they towed my vehicle from my underground apartment garage that you must have a garage door opener to park in and a permit and they told mine because I forgot to put my handicap placard on my mirror and you have to have cases when your car is towed from places like apartments so the managers or owners knowing that I am handicapped knowing that that’s my car they all know my car towed Mind you that is my assigned permanent parking spot that I’ve had for seven years who’s gonna illegally park in my handicap parking another tenant you can’t even get in the garage without a garage door opener. That company sucks.
Outrageous pricing $500+ for 12-18 hours of storage. The customer service is awful, they didn’t have anybody working in the office when I went to pick my car up. The door was locked and I had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to come and deal with me. These guys are pirates and will take advantage of you because they know they have all the leverage.
They are disrespectful and arrogant, they towed my car and demanded $430 to retrieve my car from their garage which is only 13 minutes away, this is robbery!! The employees are very rude and extremely disrespectful!! I am calling out to the city of livermore and livermore police department!! please stop working with these people!! They are rude, disrespectful and robbers!! Don't give these kinds of people any business anymore!! I tried to talk to the manager of this business, she told me her name is CARINA, I don't know how true this is, she is completely disrespectful and irresponsible. Her employees are extremely rude and abusive. They tried to make me sign a paper, when I asked why I had to sign this paper, they answered very rudely and said that if I didn't sign the paper, I wouldn't be able to get my car. I just expected an explanation from them!! I am warning everyone from here!!
this place is the absolute worst. absolute absolute absolute worst. they can’t even give a straight answer when they’re taking cars for no reason! i genuinely hope whoever works there is reading this because you guys need to know how terrible you are.

My car was towed at midnight from a “Reserved” spot with no clear signage, no warning, and no verification. Turns out a random resident called it in, and this company towed my car without checking if the person actually had rights to that space.
When I called, they were completely unhelpful — just said “you got your car back, so it’s done.” No interest in fairness, legality, or documentation. I had to pay $430 just to avoid extra storage fees. If I hadn’t acted fast, they would’ve hit me with another $130 the next day.
This is textbook predatory towing — no oversight, zero empathy, and no customer service. Avoid any property that uses this towing company, and if your vehicle gets taken, document everything and consider filing a complaint under California Civil Code §22658.
Worst tow service I've ever seen. They are a predatory company that will take your vehicle, and then charge almost 500$ for 1 night, thats stealing! I've caught them illegally placing 72 - or 48-hour notices on vehicles, and then they tow them right away. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and every other service that I can. We need to get these guys out of business. They drive around in white tow vehicle with no decals. If you see them, please beware and record everything!!!
Horrible experience I wanted to warn my next door neighbor (mind you they have disabled son (in wheel chair) But driver drove car into my shin and left bruise be aware be careful they don't care about anyone safely
They charge storage fee ($110) and they didn't even have my car. Asked them to waive since my car is not even stored here because they were towing it still. They refused. Making money by robbing people
Hello all recently we had our car towed. One thing you should check when getting your car. Is if they scratch your car on the bottom. Our car is leaking oil due to how they pulled it. All ways check before leaving and go get it check out right away
Horrible company. Towed my car without merit. Apparently they do “drive bys” I had JUST moved into my new apartments for ONE day and my car was towed from my OWN parking spot. I let them know it was a mistake had to to pay an ASTRONOMICAL amount ($425) to get my car that only been in their yard for more or less than 4 hrs ..
Cant say that I was happy to be there. But as far as service is concerned, the two gentlemen behind the desk were pretty friendly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Except for the fine, an overall pleasant experience.
Shady business, questionable policies, sketchy location and sketchier people. Worst experience working with these people. Accepts “only cash” and a random “storage fee” of $110 with no reasonable explanation. Do not work with these folks.
I cought up to the driver on foot and he looked at me and accelerated. I followed it with my friend and we ended up catching them on a main road with no emergency lanes or even a bike lane and he was finishing up putting the wheels to the back of my car. Seems shady and will definitely have my lawyer look into this.
This guy's doesn't have humanity, I was asking to release the car urgently which was towed 5 kmin back but,this person made me wait for 2 hours and also threatened not to give my car until next day
Trust the 1 star reviews on here. This place is not only in a sketchy location (please see photo) the staff and business practices are just as sketchy if not more. They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST. They tell you a time you can pick up your car but they never show up on time. So that after several hours of waiting you are forced to come back to pick up your vehicle, just so they can charge you a storage fee. Beware of this junkyard sorry…I mean tow company
THEY STOLE MY CAR FROM MY APARTMENT COMPLEX where I’ve lived and parked for over a year and randomly this morning decided they decided to steal it then saying it wasn’t registered to my complex when it really was!!! … this company is a bunch of scammers stealing cars from peoples homes and forcing the people to pay to get them back!! Company’s like this should be ashamed of themselves and not be open
