  This place is amazing. I bought a 2011 Volvo in January that I have had nothing but issues with since I got it. Luckily Kevin was able to work with me to get it to a condition where I could drive it safely. I’ve worked in the auto industry so I know how dishonest people in this industry can be. Kevin and Leo have been honest about the repairs I need and not overcharging me either which I super appreciate. I’m very grateful for these guys, they have saved me multiple times in the past few months with my car issues.

  I am a young female and generally have bad experiences dealing with auto mechanics. I’ve heard great things about Aabco in town and went there several times on recommendations from multiple people, but they consistently had at least one person there who treated me with contempt and condescension. This place was recommended to me by folks at America’s Tires, which has been my go-to since moving here. The person at the counter, Kevin, was incredibly friendly, and honest. I had to do a 100,000 mile service on my car and he gave me an estimate that was almost exactly what I paid. He also explained everything to me without me having to ask. Great experience and I’d go there again in a heartbeat. Edit, update. I posted this when I was new to Tiremart. I now have an extensive history with them and a very different opinion. I think they are a mix of good and bad. Kevin is well-meaning I think. He went as far to chew out the company that installed my new transmission for not completely solving a communication issue between my taillight blinker and the transmission itself. However... I just found out they changed out my taillight for one that doesn’t fit my car. I have had to have them change this part out multiple times (a result of the same communication error), and the last time they did it, it was suggested I take my car into a dealership to solve the problem permanently. When I did, the dealership solved the problem for good... Until the part that didn’t fit my car came loose and I had to come back to get the right part. What they did wound up costing me a lot of extra money—about $700 plus $200 diagnostic—that wouldn’t have been spent if the part was the right part for my car. And... while I understand it may have been frustrating to try to allay a problem they couldn’t fix, they should have done their due diligence to the end. Now, I don’t know what else they might have done that was suspect in nature. Not someplace I’d go again at this point.

  They saved my vacation! It was a Friday afternoon and my wife and I were heading to Southern California for a vacation. Unfortunately, our Ford Expedition died just east of the Altamont. We coasted to the side of the freeway and called for a tow. We called three different mechanics in Livermore, but all of them said they would not be able to look at it until at least Monday. We then called Tire Mart. Leo answered the phone. I explained my dilemma and told him I thought it might be the Throttle Actuator Control system based on the error code from my ODB2 monitor. Leo proactively ordered the part for me based on my phone call. We arrived late Friday afternoon and dropped the car off. The replacement part also arrived late Friday. Leo said they would give it priority service on Saturday morning. Around 10am, Leo called and said the Ford was fixed! Vacation saved! The Ford runs great. Prices were very fair. Service was above and beyond excellent. This was our first time to use Tire Mart. We will certainly use them in the future.

  I have been going to this place for 6 years now. Every time they have done excellent work for a great price. Even when I moved I tried a couple other shops and immidiately regretted it. Luckily, Big Kev and Leo up front have always fixed others mistakes and given the best advice. I cannot imagine a better shop that takes better care of their customers and their customers vehicles. The quality of their work is bar none along with their customer service and proffesionalism. If you live within 50 miles of this place, it is worth the drive or the tow.

  Very friendly staff, fixed only the problem. Very reasonable prices, gave me multiple options, explained the problem in simple terms. Got me back on the road ahead of schedule.   The owner (Kevin) of the shop overcharges and fixes things that does not need to be fix all the while not fixing the original problem. Highly recommend finding a different shop. (I went here for over 5 years and was continuously disappointed)

  Our family has come to Chris and Kevin at Tire Mart & Auto Express with all of our cars (Escape, Windstar, Taurus, and Corvette) for years to replace tires, perform brake repairs, oil changes, and engine repairs. They have provided quality work at a reasonable price and stand by their work. I have referred many people to their shop………3-years later (2017) I had the shop replace control arms all around and then moved out of state. Recently I had to replace suspension parts and found that they were still the original parts. I had previously gotten charged for replacement parts, but they did not install all of them! Recently a friend was told that his overheating engine would require an engine replacement at $5,000. The repair at another shop was the cost of a blown fuse to the electric cooling fan. I am sorry to say that I can no longer recommend this shop for repair work. Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware)!

  On my way to a funeral from Chico to Santa Cruz and just as I was coming into Livermore my water pump went out and left me on the side of the road. Called for a tow and within the hour my jeep was headed to Tire Mart. With no appt they kindley squezzed me in and got to work on my jeep. It only took 4 hrs to diagnose the problem then fix it. These guys are amazing! Thank you to the whole crew. I highly recommend these guys. They really went above and beyond..

  Brought my car in for a tire rotation, and also asked them to take a look at the steering since it was making a funny noise during sharp turns. They diagnosed a major axle problem, gave me a fair price and fixed it the same day. Haven't had any issues since.

  All I can say is WOW! Over heard this place recommended and was very nervous due to experiences recently in my personal life, but I took a shot and took my vehicle in for #starter replacement. When we called for availability they told us to bring it in that day. Within 2 hours we had received a call with a proper diagnostic and confirmed it was the starter. Like most car places we received a call and they expressed a concern with our #radiator (knowing the taboos and rumors that circulate around car mechanics) we we're hesitant but went ahead and allowed the radiator to be replaced... By noon the following day the car had been completed and ready for pickup when I arrived to pick up the vehicle the mechanic had pictures proving the condition of the radiator and in fact it was in need of replacement. Highly recommended! I am overwhelmed with the friendly, informative, and rapid service I received. I will be taking my vehicle there from now on. Thank you Tire Mart! Yoy truly changed my car mechanic experience forever! Keep up the good work. That's what I call... good business!

  Always a good experience when I have to get work done here. I have not as of yet had any issues with the work done here or them standing behind work they have performed! I must say that the management knows customer service and they are sure to remember who it is that is ensures that they stay in business. They will make sure you understand what has or is going on with your vehicle and they are not driven by profits and will suggest better ways of accomplishing the same results with a lessor price tag! I will say thank you to them for doing that. In this day and age watching your funds is very important and they understand that. I have had several things done here and on several different types of vehicles and they are always professional and know what they are doing and if it is outside of their expertise they are not afraid to state that and let you know that they will be referring elsewhere for advice or services. Stay customer service oriented guys! It is rare and is part of what keeps me returning to you when I need work done.

Lou and Kevin have saved me thousands of dollars by "Not" recommending unneeded services / parts AND have provided needed services at a very competitive price. They’ve earned my trust and continued business.

  As the name says Tire Mart sales tires; in fact lots of people sale tires. But, there are very "very" few shops that can troubleshoot deep imbedded problems and fix them at a totally fair price. For example, my daughter had a car that would stop running at random intervals; sometimes after weeks of running well. There was a pretty good chance it would run after a couple hours wait; sort a cool down period. There were a few tows after it would not start on the side of the road but the car would start again like nothing happened the next day; frustrating! After several thousand in various repairs at dealers or other well-known shops, the last straw was a mid-night breakdown on interstate 5 between Stockton and Sacramento. My son recommended Tire Mart who permanently fixed the problem in about 1 hour. It turned out to be a simple bad connection in the cable harness. The guys who run this shop may be rough around the edges but they are honest, fair priced, and on time.

  After purchasing 4 new Good Year tires. The passenger rear went flat. They claimed the rim was rusted/plating coming off which caused the leak. They tried to repair it THREE times. The last time they had the audacity to say "We are tired of fixing this tire"! Tired of fixing your mistake? I took it to America's Tires they fixed it, no charge, haven't had a problem since. Dear Tire Mart sorry I "Bothered you" Trust me it won't happen again.
