**DISCLAIMER** NOT YOUR TYPICAL SKETCHY USED CAR DEALERSHIP! Oh contraire amigos, this is the place you should consider first for a used car option. I lowballed at first if I’m being honest (big time thrifter I do it by nature) & Joe’s response alone gave the gut feeling it was the right choice to head over because most of the time I get cursed at for the offer I gave originally. I’ve had 5 cars in 6 years (not by choice) so I’ve had plenty of experience dealing with buying used cars from dealerships to private parties. This was bar none the best experience I’ve had without a doubt. Joe & Mrs. B are definitely a power duo, both wholesome, honest & are just regular folks who just happened to sell cars really. No nonsense, no deception. Transparency is elusive when buying a used car from a smaller dealer 90% of the time, but that was present clear as day. I HIGHLY recommend you pop in & take a gander if you’re looking for something, my fiancée & I are super hyped.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I never heard of Mrs. B's in Livermore until recently, but I was blessed when I did. I needed to obtain a salvage title for a vehicle and had no idea what I was doing or what was required to complete this process. Felicia at Mrs. B walked me through it. She was on the phone calling people to see what was possible and even handled all the paperwork with the DMV! The entire experience was nothing short of pleasant. Felicia was incredibly nice and did a fantastic job getting my new trailer registered to me. She did all the paperwork and was able to mail my new plates in less than a week. I’m so happy I didn’t need to go to the dmv! She made it very seamless and was very professional. And the rate was very reasonable! Highly recommend them!
Look under the cars. They were parked on gravel so it’s hard to tell which ones are leaking oil and whatnot. Also picture quality is terrible on the website. The fuzzy pics makes the cars look better then they actually are.
such amazing and kind people. got 2 surrons impounded on a friday and needed to register them to get them out. as you know dmv are closed on the weekends. not only did Joe and Felicia do a complete registration on the bikes, they even went in on their day off to get it printed. we don’t even live in area and they showed such kindness. amazing job and than you for everything Joe and Felicia.
Helped me with boat registration + new mussel stickers. Nice owners and easy to work with. Will definitely be taking my boats and cars here in the future.
My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Mrs. B’s! We went close to closing but Mrs. B and her son were more than willing to help with our title, registration, and VIN verification. They were very personable and got the job done; much better experience than the DMV. 10/10 recommend!
SO kind and so helpful!!! We come here as often as we can for dmv related services. They always provide the best service, and are always so friendly and patient with our rowdy bunch of kiddos.
I bought a car a couple months back from Joe, he was friendly and nice enough to deliver the car 100 miles from him. Otherwise For two weeks the car was fine until I noticed it was leaking coolant. There was leakage the day I went to buy it but he said it was from a different car so I took his word for it. He said a pre purchase inspection was already completed and nothing was wrong. I got the car back this week from the mechanic and it cost $1,800 to fix. Regardless the cost it’s the car I’ve always wanted so I didn’t care but when someone says the car is in perfect driving condition you would expect it to be.
My husband found an Eclipse posted for sale - which wasn't meant to be posted yet because of some mechanical issues, we found out later. But we went by and I test drove it, and I loved it. A few days later I brought in the Camry I had been driving (and hating, because...boring!) for a trade-in consideration. We were offered an amount $300 less than we expected to get selling it ourselves, so we jumped at it. The only thing was, a part was en route, so we had to wait until it was repaired. I mentioned the AC didn't seem to be putting out very much cold air, and when they replaced the catalytic converter, they fixed the AC.
When the car was ready they took it to a mechanic of my choosing for a "pre-sale check" and fixed the primary things they found. My mechanic mentioned something about a transmission issue that will be a problem later on, so I didn't mention it. I knew I was not buying a new car (it's a 2007) and that something could go wrong the next day just because it's older. I was willing to take that chance. As of now I've only had the car 5 days! Hopefully I'll have it for 5 years!
Joe and Felicia are awesome. Very fair, communicative, real, down-to-earth, genuine and friendly. I would definitely go back to them and recommend them to everyone! I love that I was able to help support a local business in my search for a car. And then we went across the street to Pierson's Auto Stereo to upgrade the tunes. Stay local!
I purchased a van from them for $2100 with a clean mechanics report. 1 month later, I had to replace the alternator which ruined the battery and now I have an intake manifold runner issue which costs 700 dollars. DO NOT buy from them. Don't be fooled because it's a family business.
Stopped in to see if they would be interested in buying my SUV. They made me a fair offer and the deal was done. Didn't take too much time, was able to do it on my lunch break. Super nice, friendly, local family run business. definitely recommend checking them out. Selling your car or buying a used car.
Bought 2 cars off lot so far. Havent had problems with them. I personally know the family always good people. I trust the family who owns this place and havent had issues. They have helped me tremendously and would highly recommend them.
If i was yall i would not buy a car from them i baught one it started messing up they switched it out wit another lemon to me that is not good business might be time for a lawyer...
