First time going and was greeted by what looks like the manager, his name was Sonny. Looked very unhappy to be working and seemed like I was inconveniencing him with every question I answered of his. Very unpleasant to deal with. Told me I would have to return the following day if I wanted to drop off everything I came with because they couldn’t take everything at once. When I returned the next day I again was greeted by Sonny who was in the same bad mood but this time told me I was lieing about where my items had come from and that I must be working as a clean up business or something and that my story wasn’t the same as yesterday. Mind you these are the first two trips I’ve ever made to this place. Guy is extremely argumentative and had I not remained cool and polite the entire time I’m sure would have found any reason to not take my items. Definitely will avoid this place unless absolutely necessary , whole thing was so unprofessional.
Simple, easy, convenient, quick.... I made an appointment online, brought my items, and left the facility within 5 minutes! This was an awesome experience. The world needs more place like this so people won't dump hazardous materials into the drain! Thank you.
Reservations and Covid 19 precautions required to drive up and dispose of household items. But it's free and easy! Just take proof of residence and your driver's license with you, as they require that also. Friendly and fast staff too!
This is a great service the city provides its residents. Very convenient location in town and also the process for disposal couldn't be easier - you don't even need to leave your vehicle.
Nice people, easy drive through, very quick, just one minute, all used engine oil in my back trunk were gone. Remember to print out the form and fill it before you go there, that helps to speed up the process.
Glad to have a place where I can drop off hazardous and medical waste. Convenient location and hours. They take fluorescent and other light bulbs, batteries, paint, household chemicals, medicines, and sharps.
Didnt think I would encounter a drug smuggling ring. Watched a employee name Reuben put my prescription pills in his pocket. Not once but twice this month.
