Attention truck drivers ,,never ever haul a load for this company they don’t have enough room to backed up truck,, and lots of small pices of sharp edges metal on the ground,,, you have to park your truck almost half mile away go check in ,, they not let you park on front street,,, they are rude,, management don’t have common sense,, they don’t deserve any star
Great people great service. If you have small loads of Steel. Even just a few hundred pounds or less this is the place to go! They paid me TOP Dollar on the Spot in a timely manner for just 600 lbs of junk metal I had laying around! I give Triple S Metals 5 out 5 Stars.

Maybe things have changed and gotten better, since a lot of these reviews were written or maybe I got lucky. I want to shout out the forklift drivers Jaime and Marcos, they were really awesome friendly really good guys and super fast, I was in and out, nothing like the reviews I read and people complaining. They had somebody with a small street sweeper cleaning so I didn't come across any metal or anything on the ground nothing like that and it wasn't anywhere near as tight as I was led to believe by the comments but maybe it's different when there's a lot of people and maybe I got lucky back on my experience was awesome. Now I want to shout out the scale girls, they were very nice really friendly named Monce (I hope I spelled that right cuz she was really nice) and the other scale girl named Marina, made my day, from the start she was nothing but perfect and I can come back to this place over and over and over if my experiences were the same and with the same people. As I truck driver I really appreciate the quick service. They have a few clean bathrooms and friendly service. The parking is kind of tight but nothing unusual for the area. Easy on and off the freeway. Fare prices on scrap.
Worst place ever to deliver load. I came for a delivery scheduled at 9am and got out at 3:45pm. It took 5hr45min to unload. The dock was very tight and there was no one to help. Metal, nails and screws all over the place. Only good thing was the receiving clerk named “Mariana” she was nice and helpful.
First experience at a scrap metal facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have given five stars if the web site had warned me that there is a 200-pound minimum for payment on scrap steel. I was able to leave my scrap at the site, which suited my purposes, but I think it would be considerate to have details such as a weight minimum on the web site.
Exceptional staff who show they really care about the customer. Honestly these people should be a model for how to run a business. It's a quick turnaround through the scale and dropping off and it shows that they know what They're doing.
The best prices in town with extremely helpful staff. Quick and efficient service which made my trip match the title of my favorite burger joint, in-n-out. Will definitely be returning for my recycling needs. And to the chick in the reception office, keep up the outstanding service.
