I originally thought they were closed but just a little hard to find, they are off to the side of the building at 1565 you just have to look for the sign and go around back. Very easy and simple.
This place is truly remarkable—cleaner than most recycling centers, with an incredibly friendly and positive staff. There's a refreshing absence of negativity here. They greet you with a warm hello and send you off wishing you a wonderful day. If you're looking to recycle, this is the ideal place to do it. Give them a chance, as many places may seem like they're doing you a favor, but this one genuinely values your business.
They tried to not tare off the weight of the garbage cans used to weight up my bottles n cans. I don't know if they were ignorant or if they just thought I was. Either way I had to tell them how to do their job. Don't recommend this place at all, go to Old First Street they run a clean and fair operation. I wouldn't trust this place but good luck if you want to go here.
Best recycling center and pays you a fair price and helpful staff. Small sized recycling center though so best to go when it’s not busy but only place I found that pays you the honest rate and weight for your recyclables as others take out fees or give you less per pound so they can keep more and try to skim as much as they can for themselves , but this place actually gives you the amount you deserve and are all very nice and helpful.
Perfect place to go for recycling. Very clean, and unlike other recycle places they will assist you with getting all your items into their large ... I mean large bags.
I was there not more than 10 minutes and I had a lot of plastic bottles -- enough that the bags filled a Honda Odyssey up.
This is by far my new choice for bringing my recyclables to.
It was worth the drive from East Contra Costa County.
Loved this place. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very clean and honest location! A little hard to find because it's kind of hidden around the back of the building. Best place to recycle!
When I arrived, there were 3 other people ahead of me. I was still in and out of there in under 10 minutes and everyone is so helpful and friendly. They will definitely get my business in the future.
While not as organized as the apparently “shut down forever because of Covid” Pleasanton buyback center, this place is much friendlier and helpful. Woman running the place works extremely hard and is a joy. I’ll be going here from this day onward. Took over 4 months of recycling in two trips and if you pre-sort, she lets you leave in your plastic bags so no transfer to garbage bins required!
I went there for the first time when the recycling center close to me here in Dublin closed down. The couple who was assisting me were both so kind and so attentive. The place is clean and well organized.
