  My car was towed despite having a valid tag. To get it back, I had to pay $430. This felt nothing short of predatory — they towed me without justification, charged an outrageous fee, and showed absolutely no remorse when I questioned it. As expected, their “response” to my review was the usual copy-paste: “We’re very sorry to see your 1-star review. Please visit our website to file a claim so we can discuss your experience. Thank you for your feedback.” This is exactly the kind of canned reply I anticipated — and it’s completely useless. There’s no ownership of the mistake, no apology for the wrongful tow, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. Just a PR line to make it look like they care. And I’m far from the only one. Dozens of reviews online say the same thing: cars with permits or valid tags being towed, outrageous release fees, and staff who don’t care. The Better Business Bureau rates them an “F” and has even flagged them for a pattern of complaints.

  They say that they are open 24 hours but they won’t open the store just to add one more additional day money to the fine and just for parking in our parking permit with tag inside car not on mirror they towed our car worst ever experience from towing and the office as well

  WORST SERVICE YOU’LL EVER RECEIVE!! I had gotten my car towed apparently for not having a parking permit. I arrived to the place and was looking around, it was hard to find where the front door was to the office so I was looking around a gate (did not put my hands on anything) a guy came out with the worst attitude and commented “stop messing with the gate” We did not put our hands on anything in the first place. We came in and the person at the front desk has to be one of the greediest people I’ve ever met. Like any other place we didn’t receive a welcome in, what can we help you with it was straight to the business. I wanted to make a call and the guy loudly said “let me hear who you’re talking to” and not respecting our privacy. I didn’t mind what had happened but if he was able to be more respectful about the situation it would’ve been a lot better. Overall just ruined my day THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE FIRED. INTENSELY GREEDY

  Horrible Greedy place ever. My car was towed illegally from an apartment complex in San Ramon parked in a spot where no sign for reserved parking. I paid $425 which is crazy . That is not fair that they took my car. I have parked that spot for only 1.5 hours.

  Horrible company. Towed my car without merit. Apparently they do “drive bys” I had JUST moved into my new apartments for ONE day and my car was towed from my OWN parking spot. I let them know it was a mistake had to to pay an ASTRONOMICAL amount ($425) to get my car that only been in their yard for more or less than 4 hrs ..

  STEALERS!!! It Seams this business been only started with the coordination of some complexes to just give an extra headache and stress to the people and these stealers feed of it Having a new car only a day old being towed from the parking space and pay a big amount for them to get back your car is ridiculous, Shame on you and the people who has allowed you to tow people cars with out even a warning
