Sean from R.lance towing was great. knowledgeable, friendly. Sean alleviated all off my concerns, i felt like he was a friend. i got stuck on top of the altamont, the first thing he asked if i was OK and if i was in any danger, which i appreciated. long story short i was very angry about my car, it was F.U.B.A.R. but by the time i was home i was in better mood and extremely happy with the service i was provided. thanks Sean.
I have never had a tow truck driver be the most kind and considerate person like Tom was. Even though he was busy, he still managed to make time for me and provide the service I needed. He was pretty good at listening while keeping a conversation going and telling us about his day (which I don't mind) and vise versa. He was kind, fast, reliable and just awesome as few words can describe! One of the things that he said is that the company is all about customer service and I believe it because all other tow truck drivers I've had in the past, barely held a conversation other than, "What's wrong with the car?" Or "Where do we go?" So, again thanks so much for having someone like Tom and thanks for helping us out today! :)
This guy was awesome. Told him where I was and when he showed up he put my jeep on the truck as quick as can be. Was a pleasure to chat with on the way to Alameda. Discussed all our favorite shows. Seriously, you're upset he didn't speak Spanish? Yeah, that would piss me off if I lived in Mexico or Spain, but we don't.
