I requested roadside assistance from my insurance for a flat tire. The service was timely and efficient. The flat tire was quickly replaced with a spare tire. I appreciate the communication and quick response.
I had an unexpected emergency when my car battery died, and I needed both a jumpstart and a tow. This towing company went above and beyond! Not only did they quickly recharge my car to get it moving, but when it became clear I still needed it towed, they transported it safely to my destination.

It was a hot Sunday afternoon and my car died. I tried giving it time to cool off but it wouldn’t start. I finally called roadside assistance and the person who came to help me was extremely kind and helpful. He struggled a bit and said he was certain he could get me back on the road but needed to try to get me going first. After several attempts he said he was sorry and that my car needed to be towed. He never once made me feel badly for being stuck or for needing to grab a bunch of stuff from my car before towing me. It was the best of a worst case scenario. Thank you!!!
GEICO roadside assistance sent me Metro Towing when my van got stuck halfway between my driveway and the road, late in the night! Zarif not only showed up a few minutes early, he messaged me when he showed up and did everything to try and revive the van. When it did not work, he towed it to the service shop and assured me that he will drop off the keys. He was courteous, professional and calm. Thank you Zarif and Metro Towing.

Wife hit a curb and popped the tire. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance and they came with 20-25 minutes. Matt was courteous and professional. Took my key fob and took pictures and he took it from there . Tesla took care of the towing charges .

It was good experience on a not so good day. It happens that I hit a 4x4 wood on the freeway and hits my Front LH tire and damaged my mugwheel and causing to be flat on the spot. But Metro Towing company are open and help me out with the assistance from my GEICO insurance. Thank you and I went back home safe and sound. John was nice and professional driver. Thank you.
They were responsive and relatively quick but the driver replaced my Tesla 12v battery and it resolved nothing, we later found out the replacement battery was also dead. In the meantime the driver door window ended up getting broken since the windows won't close with a dead battery and they have to tow with open doors and wrap it.
I would like to give a personal shout out to Mr. Jawid for his exemplary service and extreme care and professionalism when helping me tow my Tesla off the Altamonte. Jawid was dispatched and showed up within 10 minutes of my call. His spirit was uplifting and encouraging through my incident. It's never fun to break down on the highway and have to be tow home. That being said Rishad from Metro Towing made the experience as pleasant as it could be made. Super fast, helpful and courteous service. Eric was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out our options to deal with a sports car breakdown on a late Sunday afternoon. Car was treated with great care. Very good experience. 100% recommended.
My heavy duty box truck was broke down on CA 84 highway at the midnight before the Thanksgiving day.
I called lot of towing companies, but no one had the heavy duty towing service available on that night.
I also called Metro Towing, but unfortunately, they also did not have the heavy towing vehicle at that time.
And I had to slept on the truck overnight.
On the next day morning, I tried to look for other towing companies, but still no luck. All of them just replied there would be no heavy duty service during the holidays and I need to wait till next week.
I had to leave my truck on the highway emergency lane and took the Uber back home.
When I back to home, I tried to give a call for Metro Towing one more time and this time they said they could help me to tow the truck because their heavy duty tow just came back.
Thanks to Metro Towing, my truck did not need to stay on the highway over the weekends. Appreciate for their service.
Called a few tow companies for quotes/ETA and out of the 4, Metro Towing had the best overall. Their quotes was 30% cheaper and their ETA was quicker by more than half. I was stuck on 580 going home,Wes came and tow my car from Pleasanton to Stockton. Really great service and honest people who are worried about the customer as opposed to profit. Before you choose your tow provider, give them a call and see what they can quote you, i promise you will not be disappointed.
