I needed to get a car towed from my home to a garage due to some mechanical issues. GEICO assigned Metro Towing to help. The service was rescheduled once (15 minutes later than the initial estimate); but once the assigned truck driver—Mirwais—arrived, he immediately started to get my car moved, wasted no time, and handled everything professionally. The job went smoothly from the beginning till the end. I appreciate everything Mirwais has done.
Extremely good customer service. I didn't have to wait long for the tow truck to arrive. Loading up my truck onto the tow bed was a very quick process. Within 15 minutes of arriving he was done. I had to get a ride to the tire shop and i felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and use their services again.
Matt was awesome and very friendly. My tire blew out and I was stranded on highway. Matt arrived quickly and towed my car to local tire shop and I was back on the road safely. Thank you Matt!

Wife hit a curb and popped the tire. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance and they came with 20-25 minutes. Matt was courteous and professional. Took my key fob and took pictures and he took it from there . Tesla took care of the towing charges .
