Went in for oil change and to get a replacement motor for my motorized driver seat. Very professional group of people went out of their way to research and fine the parts I needed. I think I have found my new go to auto service.

Best customer service ever! I have been following Riz for a few years from a different shop to now his shop. He is super friendly and honest. Best of all I don’t ever feel like the shop is ripping me off! The entire staff is very friendly as well. The guy working the front desk is excellent!

Kunal and Ravi provide an excellent, timely and competent service at very reasonable prices. They performed a very challenging work package in an extremely professional manner, always keeping me 'in the loop' when unforeseen difficulties occured. Before taking costly action, they obtained my approval by providing a detailed estimate. Their invoices never overran the estimated costs. I had to have my 2017 Ford Explorer towed in after the water pump failed. Empire Automotive took my car in without hesitation and got to work immediately. They kept me informed every step of the way and laid out all of my options clearly — no surprises, no pressure, just straight honesty. Not only did they do great work, they made the entire process way less stressful than it could’ve been. The team here is knowledgeable, professional, and the kind of people I’d genuinely grab a beer with after. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust — these guys earned that trust. Kunal and the team at Empire always treat us with care and honesty! They take amazing care of our car and go above and beyond other auto shops without suggesting work that doesn’t necessarily need to be done. They are not trying to take advantage of you like many other mechanics. I will continue taking my cars to them for everything from an oil change to bigger issues like we recently had. As I am new to the area, I was referred to Empire Automotive Services from Carmax's MaxCare dept. My car, a fairly new Hyundai Kona's, engine light came on and it started running sluggishly with an engine "knocking" sound. I called at first to schedule my appointment and spoke to Kunal, the Manager. RIGHT FROM THE START, he was very courteous and instinctive and addressed all of my concerns before I came in. I let Kunal know that I am a full-time caregiver to my Mom who is bedridden and that we have limited funds to cover additional expenses. And as we are in need of a car due to any emergencies, time is of the essence. I drove down the following morning and Kunal arranged for one of his mechanics to give me a lift back home and even offered to pick me as I cannot leave my Mom home alone for an extended period of time. Over the next few days, Kunal communicated with me with a series of calls explaining the diagnosis of my car. He informed me that the overall repairs would cost approx $5K. But he would continue to push the estimate to go through with MaxCare, and my co-payment would only cost $250 (which is my out-of-pocket expense) with my contract. The car was in the shop for about two weeks and, as honored by Kunal, the car repairs were covered. During this stressful time, Kunal and his staff were very friendly and understanding of my situation. He could tell by my tone of voice that I could not handle any more additional stress as the care and well-being of my Mom was bad enough. He took his time and pushed the repairs through and made sure MaxCare honored my copayment under contract. The car runs great and the engine light has been off ever since. Compassionate and great full service shop! These guys will not lie to you. As I am new to the area, I finally found the mechanic I trust. Hands down the best customer service! I have a 2020 Toyota Camry and I needed brakes and an oil change! Saw this place as I was driving and I pulled in. Even though they were busy they asked what I needed done and said if I’m willing to wait or leave my vehicle with them it will be done by today with no hesitation! I left my car there and about 3 hours later they were completely finished with my vehicle! That’s with ordering the brakes installing them and doing an oil change! They even replace my windshield wipers! I couldn’t believe it! I highly recommend EMPIRE and I go there with any automotive needs! Again thank you EMPIRE! You guys are the BEST!

I trust Riz and his brother Kunao to repair my first car that I bought when I was in high school and developed sentimental value with it, Riz revived my car and I'm able to drive my first car again like when I was in high school. He and his brother are transparent with the repair process and kept me in loop with the repair, Riz quickly diagnosed issues with my car and I'm just so happy that I can drive my old high school car again! I appreciate their help and diligent work they've in on my car.

I have now brought my Mazda to Empire Automotive Services for and ABS sensor light and also for a 75,000 mile service for my Mazda. Each time it has been great quality work that is always done in a timely manner. The staff there is always friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciate that they always email the work order to you before they start any service so you can see exactly what they are doing and the price breakdown of each job. Super nice guys, my coolent hose has to be replaced and my mechanic was able to take care of me, I didn't feel like they took advantage of me on the price either

Great location. Everybody is very friendly and does great work. I was in for brake pads and rotors and it only took 30 minutes. Surprising right? My husband has been there as well and they done a great job on his car. It’s hard to find a honest mechanic these days and I can say they’re pretty honest on the work. I will be returning for any other problems.

Did not like the way they handled my repair. They were unable to fix a simple problem. I ended up fixing it myself because they couldn't figure it out. They just started replacing parts and also installed a bad part which possibly led them to give up on the repair. The solution was to pay up to 8 hours at $175 to find a wiring issue. There was no wiring issue at all. One part was replaced with a bad one. And after all that they tried up-charging tow fees by $140.00. NEVER use their people for towing !! Shady place and will find any story to try and upcharge your service. Releasing the vehicle the mechanic said he did not install everything back on to the car. At that point I didn't want them touching anything else so I opted to just leave everything as is. Terrible service!! Will not return !!

Went to Empire for some mechanical work and they were very professional and the work is outstanding. Highly recommend the repair facility. One Stop shop. Smog and brake job all done in the same day!! Thank you Riv and Rizz !!

These guys were very helpful with our vehicle. Check engine light was on and needed to be smogged. It was not an easy fix, but they stayed with it until they figured it out. No hidden fees or charges. They were up front and very professional. I will recommend them to my friends and family. I am very thankful for there help.

Quality over quantity. This is what you will get from Empire. Owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Mechanics are knowledgeable and always learning from the owner. Quick turnaround and honesty on the service , you can’t beat it. My 2015 Dodge Challenger needed major work. With parts being a challenge, owner was very communicative. Able to find the parts , car was fixed and back up and running. Even gave me a walk around of all the work done.

Recently I had my 2014 ES350 struts (4) replaced at Empire Automotive Service. Workmanship and service were beyond my expectation. Car chassis performs like new after service. Kunal was fully engaged and willingly to accommodate all my requests. He offered follow-up after-service free for tires realignment when struts settled. It was a pleasant experience for whole transaction.

I recently had my car serviced at Empire Automotive and I couldn't be happier. Riz and Jason were fantastic. They were incredibly courteous and honest. The quality of their work was excellent, and they even went above and beyond by offering pick up and drop off services when I was in a pinch.
