The folks that work there are so salty, I almost offered them some water. The store was cluttered, but they had the parts we needed. If you don't mind a little salt, go there. They'll probably have the parts you're looking for.
If you need auto parts this is the biggest little store ever. They have all the hard to find parts and if its not in stock they will gladly order for you !
My new go to for all things car related. Long story short, I was a fish out of water and easily could have been worked over for what I needed. Dom quoted me a price, ordered my pie e and even went the extra mile to help make sure it was installed correctly. I was literally in tears with his kindness. I would definitely recommend this location for all your needs.
Great customer service. They know what they are doing. I order some parts and ended up not using them. I returned the part with no problem and they refunded all my money within 3 days because I pay with my debit. Recommend it 100%. Also there was young man who help me with the heavy things very polite and did his job happily.
Excellent service! Needed to replace a fan relay in my car and Autozone and O'Reilly didn't have it in stock and said that was it. Valley did not have it in stock, but Don said he could order it and it'd be available the next afternoon Sure enough, it arrived when he said it would and saved me a lot of cash and hassle. Thank you so much!
This store has taken the number one spot as my go to for parts. Look around the store and you will see there is an excellent inventory on hand. When they happen to not have the part they get it in very quickly.

Don is the person to go to if you have a part you can't find. Their prices are very reasonable and you can usually get a part same day if you order it before 12-1pm. You might find prices a few bucks cheaper on Amazon but go here and support ou local business because when you really need them they'll be there to help.
Make sure you talk to Don! He was so knowledgeable and helped me get the right parts to get the job done correctly. He didn’t try to upsell me other parts that I didn’t need like the other company. Thank you Don for the great customer service!!!

Been going here for years and always get the beat advice they are not so concerned with salting you parts , they are more concerned with you getting your vehicle running they have saved me hundreds of dollars with their sound advice.
I love coming here to get my parts for my car. His prices are better than other stores I have been to and everyone that works there is so helpful. They even have 2 cats that are in the store that I love to visit when I go there.I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is the best parts store in town. Its probably one of the last remaining old fashioned parts stores in the bay area. David and Don really know their stuff! I always get the best prices in town. Best auto parts store I've found in the Bay. They have a large selection of parts in stock and are quite knowledgeable and helpful. Their price for a MAF sensor was $50 cheaper than anywhere else I have found. I will use this parts store a lot in the future.
