The folks that work there are so salty, I almost offered them some water. The store was cluttered, but they had the parts we needed. If you don't mind a little salt, go there. They'll probably have the parts you're looking for.
If you need auto parts this is the biggest little store ever. They have all the hard to find parts and if its not in stock they will gladly order for you !
I have only been to Valley Auto Parts one time, but I am in love with the place! I instantly felt like I’d stepped back in time when car parts stores looked and smelled garage(y), not way too clean for working on cars. It is wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling full of boxes of parts, and the walls are covered in a plethora of tools and various automotive hardware that is pleasantly nostalgic.
I needed a car battery, but the big stores didn’t have the brand I wanted, they didn’t have my size in stock, and they were asking close to $200 on up for brands I did not want. Valley had a brand I trust at a price well below the big store prices, and he had it in stock!
Valley Auto Parts is a locally owned auto parts store that I am grateful to have found, and I will definitely be going back for any parts I need in the future. I highly recommend Valley Auto!
My new go to for all things car related. Long story short, I was a fish out of water and easily could have been worked over for what I needed. Dom quoted me a price, ordered my pie e and even went the extra mile to help make sure it was installed correctly. I was literally in tears with his kindness. I would definitely recommend this location for all your needs.
Great customer service. They know what they are doing. I order some parts and ended up not using them. I returned the part with no problem and they refunded all my money within 3 days because I pay with my debit. Recommend it 100%. Also there was young man who help me with the heavy things very polite and did his job happily.
Excellent service! Needed to replace a fan relay in my car and Autozone and O'Reilly didn't have it in stock and said that was it. Valley did not have it in stock, but Don said he could order it and it'd be available the next afternoon Sure enough, it arrived when he said it would and saved me a lot of cash and hassle. Guy that works the counter is a cool dude(his name is Don) Knows his stuff and is full of advice. Excellent customer service.
I ordered a part online at a discount that arrived damaged. Called these folks up because i already had my car torn apart and within an hour they had a replacement available. Only a few bucks more than the cheapest price i found online.
Would definitely go back.

This store has taken the number one spot as my go to for parts. Look around the store and you will see there is an excellent inventory on hand. When they happen to not have the part they get it in very quickly. Try them out. They'll likely become your first call as well
Don is the person to go to if you have a part you can't find. Their prices are very reasonable and you can usually get a part same day if you order it before 12-1pm. You might find prices a few bucks cheaper on Amazon but go here and support ou local business because when you really need them they'll be there to help.
Make sure you talk to Don! He was so knowledgeable and helped me get the right parts to get the job done correctly. He didn’t try to upsell me other parts that I didn’t need like the other company. Thank you Don for the great customer service!!!
If you haven't met with Don.... You have chosen the wrong path in your auto adventure. Your local 1 stop supply center. If it isn't it stock..... Ordering in store is guaranteed. You WILL get what your looking for at Valley Auto. Plus there's a friendly feline to pet while you wait.
Been going here for years and always get the beat advice they are not so concerned with salting you parts , they are more concerned with you getting your vehicle running they have saved me hundreds of dollars with their sound advice.
I went to Valley Auto not knowing if my company work truck needed a new alternator or a new battery. Don was so knowledgeable and tested both the alternator and battery. He even kept the battery overnight to charge it and make sure it was good. His expertise and vast knowledge of car parts are impressive. He’s like a walking computer when it comes to them. And come to find out he has been learning about cars since he was 6 years old. I called other places and he was definitely less than his competitors. His prices are unbeatable. I will call on Don for all my cars in the future. He’s gained a lifelong customer. And I’m always up for supporting local small business owners.
I love coming here to get my parts for my car. His prices are better than other stores I have been to and everyone that works there is so helpful. They even have 2 cats that are in the store that I love to visit when I go there.I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is the best parts store in town. Its probably one of the last remaining old fashioned parts stores in the bay area. David and Don really know their stuff! I always get the best prices in town. I even make them prove it to me and show me the competitions prices online! This is my one and only parts source. They are the most helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you again.

I called around and my brakes were absolutely the cheapest price at Valley Auto Parts. Went in and the staff was very nice and helpful. I wil always check with them first from now on.
Wonderful customer service. They know their cars for sure!! Always have what I need and if he doesn’t have it he will order it and will have it in a couple hours. And talk about best pricing ever!!!
Best auto parts store I've found in the Bay. They have a large selection of parts in stock and are quite knowledgeable and helpful. Their price for a MAF sensor was $50 cheaper than anywhere else I have found. I will use this parts store a lot in the future.
