I bought a CB550K carb rebuild kit. One float needle turned out to be defective, the spring plunger was overly stiff and the float wouldn’t seat. I verified it by swapping the needle across carbs 1-4, the problem followed the needle, not the carb.
Support initially referenced the 30 day policy and pointed me to purchase more needles, which was frustrating for what seemed like a manufacturing defect. After I placed another order to keep the project moving, 4into1 followed up and issued a one time $6.95 store credit for the needle. I appreciate that courtesy and the responsive follow up, thank you. I would have liked a bit more flexibility up front when it’s clearly a defective part, but I’m glad they ultimately helped make it right.
I’ll likely order from them again, but I’ll be mindful of the 30 day window and plan installs so I can test parts promptly. Not ideal, but I'll respect the policy.
I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve purchased. They are quick to respond to questions and so far everything has been working out great. I’ve yet to have any parts that didn’t fit or were not quality. Very happy!
I’ve made a couple orders and plan to continue using 4into1 for my vintage Honda needs, they seem to have just about every original part or an acceptable reproduction available, ship quickly(with a variety of speeds and carriers available), and respond to customer questions and needs promptly. Plus the prices are very reasonable, especially compared to competitors. Definitely recommend.
This company has the absolute worst customer service. I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for a part that was suppose to be here within 4 days. They take no responsibility for the mistake. They are literally 2.5 hours away in my state. They don’t give a crap, he just says sorry it got shipped to Kansas City by mistake. So i offered to pay for another. I have multiple classic Hondas that it would fit. Acts like I didn’t even ask. Jason doesn’t seem to care about his customers at all. It would have been so easy to put another in the mail. He didn’t care at all. I told him I would pay for the second also. Didn’t even offer any help what so ever. Just it’s not his problem.
Purchased some fork seals for my motorcycle and the description said it fit. Upon attempting to install them they were unfortunately too small. Contacted customer service with the discrepancy and they are willing to accept the unopened items as long as I pay for shipping. They will not accept the opened items but not sure how I can install them without opening the package. I assumed they were correct. My time is too valuable to squabble over this. I purchased many items over the years for my various Honda motorcycles but will no longer do business with them. The right thing would have been to send fork seals that fit and an envelope to make returning hassle free. Customer service is very important and even more so in 2025.
I am frustrated with some of the parts I’ve bought from 4into1 for my 1977 Honda CB550F mototcycle.
Points and condenser kit. One of the point contacts was loose and caused sparking. The condensers failed soon after installation. I opened one up and found that the foil inside was shorting to the can.
I was refunded for my purchase but troubleshooting new parts took a lot of time.
I also bought a “ultimate carb kit”. After rebuilding the carbs, I couldn’t get the engine to run well on acceleration. I discovered the hole configuration on the new emulsion tubes was different, the float valves all leaked and the O-ring on the new main jets was too small and could allow air to bypass the jets. The idle air screw supplied has a passage down the center and a hole in the side. The removed screw was solid. I ended up putting all the original brass parts back in. I was sent some main jet O-rings by a person on a Honda forum that responded to me about my problems with the new carb kits. They sealed much tighter. The float valves I put back didn’t leak. I imagine I could have polished the needles and seats on the new valves to see if they would stop leaking and causing the carb bowls to overflow but I’ve never had the problem with new valves on any kits I’ve purchased in the past from other vendors. 4into1 would not refund my money for the carb kit because I was outside the return window. I bought the parts on Amazon.
I had other issues with my motorcycle that contributed to it not running properly but getting sidetracked by the failure of new parts from 4into1 made it much harder to figure things out. I ended up putting an electronic ignition system on.
I will no longer buy parts from 4into1. I learned from online forums that 4into1 has a reputation for supplying parts that aren’t correct and don’t last.
My Honda is running well now but it’s been a hassle having new parts induce problems.
Wrote with a question about the 2 carb rebuild kits they sold me with some other items. A few days later they reply saying i had to go thru ebay with questions? I bought all my parts ftom their web site not ebay. long story short many emails back and forth i had to prove i bought parts before they would answer a simple question. Why they wouldn't help anyone out is beyond me anyway. They jerked me around then they say they know nothing about my carb question. For god sakes why didnt you just say that in the begining. Ill never buy jack from you bone heads.

I stand by what I said because my intake boots were marked as shipped for 3 days before they were even given a tracking number and then it was 7 days after that until the package was delivered. I ordered from Vintage cb next time and they actually give you accurate information and great customer service. The parts that 4into1 sell are cheap Chinese knock offs and I will never buy anything from them again.
I also ordered an accelerator pump kit eBay around the same time I ordered the intake boots and I have already had to replace it because the rubber diaphragm was complete trash and i use Non-ethanol fuel. I
thought I was buying quality parts not Chinese knock off rebranded and over priced. I thought this was an American company who was reproducing the parts I was wrong. They are a third party middle man
Ordered a whole bunch of stuff on October 3rd for my build and arrived in Maryland on the 8th. I wasn't expecting it for quite a few more days. The packaging was done very well and everything appears in good shape. Only thing I wish was they had a 4 into 1 sticker in the box for my tool box but that isn't a big deal.
They’re amazing! I don’t even know where to begin, I showed up 15 minutes to closing yet the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me get my parts! Ive ordered from them online for my old honda (great parts and shipping times by the way) and I saw that they were located in Hayward so decided to check them out in person! Couldn’t recommend them more, Diego I can’t thank you enough, you made the trip from San Diego well worth it. Everything I’ve bought seems to be really well manufactured and has been flawless for me so far. 4into1 is a great business with great people behind it.
Found this website and have bought new coils, and plug wire kit for my one year make 1983 Honda Nighthawk cb550sc. Just recently I purchased an oil filter with o rings for my bike and purchased it because it came with 1 small o ring and 2 big o rings but when received only of each. I contacted customer service and they apologized and explained that emgo changed it to one of each and offered me a partial refund because of it. All in all wonderful customer service and great products they offer!
Garbage motorcycle parts, even worse customer service. They merely sell Chinese moto parts and list them for higher. Before you buy anything go check Ali express first and you’ll find what you need for half the price. Sold me an mis-threaded clutch lever and wouldn’t replace nor help me out on any circumstance. Said it was my fault.

Other than the P.O. delivering to the wrong address, your shipping time is great. My front brake was dragging badly. I removed the (Original?) parts and installed the new and what a difference. Ordered a carb kit rebuild kit, shocks and a few odds and ends for one of my bikes I a rebuilding. I find it difficult enough to find trusted parts for a classic bike so it was nice that I could find most of what I needed here. I have yet to install parts so if all goes will I’ll just be leaving this one review. Overall I have been pretty happy with the parts I have received. Shipping was easy.

I'd give them zero stars if i could. I purchased a regulator/rectifier for a mid 60's Honda and it did not work. When I checked their web site, they say they can't troubleshoot anything. When I contacted them via email, they wanted me to send it to them to "test" it. They obviously, as other reviews confirm, don't have the ability or knowledge to test it. I have vacational Training, as well as both Honda and Yamaha training, plus over 40 years experience. I tested both sides of the unit, and the output side is bad. I also tested the charging system with a rectifier, and it charges fine.
These are obviously people that buy cheap chinese parts, mark them up, and offer NO support. Never Again!

Ordered a CB750 caliper rebuild kit. OK, my fault ordered for the wrong year.
Sent it back on my dime included the original piston and seal so they could match it up and/or identify the right part number I needed. Followed up right away with an e-mail explaining the situation. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Reply said they do not offer this kind of service instructed me to use their website to identify the right kit. Found the right part and placed the order. Sent another message asking why a company such as theirs could not simply compare my old parts to the new kit. Other suppliers have actually asked me to send old parts for just this reason when in doubt. Reply once again said they do not offer these services and any old parts sent to them are trashed. (their word, not mine) Ridiculous! I repair/restore these older bikes for resale keeping all old parts if new owners want them, show condition and evidence of work I completed. No excuse for this.
I ordered a throttle for my CB350F and had some issues with the cables binding. After talking with the guys at 4 into 1, they quickly sent out replacement cables to fix the issue. Excellent customer service!

Love this store! Have ordered from them a few times now and parts always come just as expected and super fast. They are always shipped out next day and get to me about 3 days later (to Oregon in the US). Will definitely be ordering from them again the next time my old Honda needs something!

I ordered a brake kit and asked if they could customize it to fit my current set up with drag handlebars. I should state that I work at a speed shop so I know exactly what to expect from a reputable company and I am very satisfied. Not only did they ship me a kit to my specs, but they were patient and mannerly the entire time. If I'm honest I was easily one of those super annoying and inconveniencing types of customers, and they still gave good customer service. On a side note, I don't plan on being an annoying customer again, and the brake lines are perfect!
