Great service. The staff knows their equipment and are very knowledgeable with the types of writers that come in thprices are a little average to high. But quality products definitely and a lot of the products, if not, all of them have a warranty that come with them. I had a pair of gloves from icon that the velcro had come off , and they replaced him for free cause it was within a year , pretty good for a set of gloves

Came in for a tire service. Staff was extremely easy going and informative of the entire process. All options upon the process were presented, and didn’t feel forced. Service was completed same day within a couple hours due to low staff. Still a lot faster than I was expecting. 10/10

The twins are dope guys! They’re cool, calm, collected and had the info I needed being in there the first time. I swapped out a tire for my motorcycle and they were fast!!

bought was trash. Both keys broke in half on me trying to remove it. Spent 30 min braking the locking pin
I ordered a helmet sun visor to the Hayward Ca, store, but when I went to pick it up we realized that my helmet visor mechanism was faulty so I had to return it . The return process went smoothly. So I decided to get a new helmet.The sale person was really helpful and found me a discounted helmet for a great deal that I just couldn’t resist. Because the store didn’t have it in stock he ordered for me for delivery to my house. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful . I also ended up buying a glove and surprise- surprise it was also deeply discounted that I found out when I was paying for it. It was a happy day for me and definitely will use this store in the future.

Was able to determine online that Hayward store had the lead acid battery I needed. When I got there I decided to go with much lighter Li-ion battery. It was also in stock. Bike started right up. Customer service was great.

The bike nights here have been fun with good turn outs. Every attendee has been super chill, respectful, and friendly and no matter what your background, the common bond is our passion of motorcycles. My only wish is that the property itself would get a little help with a facelift, perhaps repave the parking lot, fix the garage door, and modernize it as I believe this location has a lot of potential! Regardless, it's the customer service and the staff here that keep me coming back and remain a loyal customer to my Hayward Cycle Gear.
Needed a rear tire, found it in stock and below retail price at my go-to Cycle Gear shop in Hayward! Got a mount and balance without an appointment and done in 20min! My hat goes off to the guys working at this location!
I’ve been going to this place for years. Though it’s a bit of a hole in the wall building and their stock is limited I always find what I need or at least can get my size and order later. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Received help finding the right size helmet and also had my upgraded face shield installed for me too, definitely will give great customer service always Thank you!
The young man working was incredibly helpful. The perfect mixture of friendliness and professionalism. As a small business owner I couldn’t help but notice. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably and interacted with all customers the same way. The proprietor should take care of that kid, another shop would love to have him.
First time coming in for a front tire change on an R12R , I typically use the Michelin Road series and they had that in stock. Staff were welcoming and accommodating, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They use an automated balancing machine, bike ran beautifully and no scratches on the rim.
The employee (Mike) was helpful and very knowledgeable.
But as for the products, not all that great. I purchased a pair of Bilt gloves and used them once and the material already came apart on the inside where the thumb meets the pointing finger. I’ll be exchanging them for another brand.
The selection on locks at this particular store was limited. Include some Kryponite products please. Yes locks are only deterrents to keep the honest people honest but have more brands so we have more to chose from.
Everything else looked well stocked and the riding gear selection was super plentiful as was helmet selection.

Once again, the guys at Cycle Gear were both knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me select a holder for my cell phone to be mounted on my BMW R 1200 RT. They assembled the holder for me and went out to my bike with me to make sure the new holder fit and did everything. I wanted it to. Everything worked out perfect. I highly recommend this store for anything you need for your motorcycle.
