I did not buy anything from you guys. Cycle gear let someone buy a part using my name and number and it was not me. I called on Friday and told them this and they still let the transaction go through. I can't put zero stars because it doesn't let me but definitely zero stars.
The staff are super helpful with selecting gear, installations like adding a pin lock to my helmet, and getting oil, break fluid, etc for a particular bike. The membership discounts and cash back are awesome. Highly recommend.
Very helpful and patient employees. Being my first motorcycle, I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to both teach me and answer my questions about the products they had available. I am a finicky person and I often go back and forth many times before I make one decision. They were totally helpful and patient without.
Tony at Cycle Gear was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to help me find a solution for getting a pair of gloves that couldn’t be ordered online. Super friendly, easy to chat with, and genuinely helpful. Great customer service, thanks, Tony!
This store has improved!!! Employees were really helpful and knowledgeable very welcoming. Definitely THE place to go for all your motorcycle needs. Drake is awesome with looking stuff up and getting what you need or providing you with useful information for riding gear and parts to get your clapped xr600r running right. Stayed for an hour or so I had a great time. Thanks guys!
Great buying experience. Dave and the crew members were very patient and very helpful in choosing the right helmet. They went above and beyond in getting the comms installed as well.
The person working there was on point. Being a new rider I had plenty of questions about my rusty chain and he not only recommended different types/price variations of chain lube but specifically came outside and showed me the proper way to apply to my motorcycle cause I was not about to have that stuff caked on my bike like my adolescent bicycle.
Great service. The staff knows their equipment and are very knowledgeable with the types of writers that come in thprices are a little average to high. But quality products definitely and a lot of the products, if not, all of them have a warranty that come with them. I had a pair of gloves from icon that the velcro had come off , and they replaced him for free cause it was within a year , pretty good for a set of gloves

Great and attentive customer service. Larger selection of apparel that I expected. The shoe game needs work. But overall, it was a great shopping experience.
Came in for a tire service. Staff was extremely easy going and informative of the entire process. All options upon the process were presented, and didn’t feel forced. Service was completed same day within a couple hours due to low staff. Still a lot faster than I was expecting. 10/10

I ordered a helmet sun visor to the Hayward Ca, store, but when I went to pick it up we realized that my helmet visor mechanism was faulty so I had to return it . The return process went smoothly. So I decided to get a new helmet.The sale person was really helpful and found me a discounted helmet for a great deal that I just couldn’t resist. Because the store didn’t have it in stock he ordered for me for delivery to my house. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful . I also ended up buying a glove and surprise- surprise it was also deeply discounted that I found out when I was paying for it. It was a happy day for me and definitely will use this store in the future.
I forgot his name at the register. But he helped me out with the helmet and what gloves to get also the right size for me. He was very helpful since I told him I was going to take the M1 class he guided me which one they require
My girlfriend and I are new to riding, and they were really helpful on getting us gear that fits us and what we needed according to how we were planning to ride. Not pushy, and open to giving us all the info we need to get started

The young man working was incredibly helpful. The perfect mixture of friendliness and professionalism. As a small business owner I couldn’t help but notice. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably and interacted with all customers the same way. The proprietor should take care of that kid, another shop would love to have him.
This location was great. Manager and other team members were super courteous and helped me on my way. The tech who mounted my wheels did a fantastic job with no damage to my wheels. Saved my back a lot of pain not having to spoon on my new tires, will be back.
This is our new go to shop! My wife and I recently bought new bike, we were doing a lot of shopping/online with Amazon(really over priced). We found this store and Ace helped us out tremendously! I totally recommend cycle gear. There knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. Staff was helpful we will be back!
