SCAM ARTISTS. This is the worst tow ever. They state they are a family owed business. They obviously do not have Good Ole American family values. They told us prices are based off respect ?? WTH does that mean. They charged for two days of storage and only had the truck 8 hours they pulled the door panel off and drilled through the ignition instead of picking up the phone and calling the number on the note I left so I could tell them where I hid the key. I started the process of getting my car from them at 10 am on Friday and they continue to put me on hold and not call me back till I almost had to leave it for the whole weekend which would’ve costed more money. You’re at their mercy because they have your vehicle and they just take advantage of hard-working people. And because my car was towed from a parking lot because I had broke down, they treated it as a ““ impound when there was no police involved and told me that they would tow my car to a shop for $100 which I could put on my credit card but the other initial towing from the parking lot could only be paid by Venmo Apple Pay Cash app or Zelle, which tells me that they’re defrauding the government and not having to pay taxes on that money, somebody needs to put them out of business.
Was provided Allied Towing through Life360, because our car died in the middle of the road. ETA was initially delayed an extra hour and a half, which was fine. However after the added ETA past, still no updates until I called and said they cancelled due to lack of equipment. Atleast tell us your able to tow our car so we can get another company so we are not stranded on the road
Terrible service. Lies about it hours of operations and tries to scam you out of hard earned money. Never get a tow from this company. Still waiting for someone to pick up the phone because they were supposed to CALL ME BACK but not instead I’m stuck hounding them for a response. TERRIBLE SERVICE. RUN!
David was very cool and funny despite being late hours but he came through didn't charge a arm and a leg like most of these greedy tow co.$400 really from Oakland to Milpitas that is like 30 miles. Allied did it for half that with a smile.
We had allied transport our forklift from East bay to half moon bay. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and everything went smoothly. The price was great too, we got quotes from 8 other companies. The driver was very kind and good at good job!
The driver took my car that was supposedly staying in Sunnyvale and going literally 1 mile up the road to a Tesla dealership instead takes it all the way to Hayward 32 miles away. I jumped out of his tow truck for one minute and he just drove off with my car still on his flatbed, it was like nothing I had ever seen before. He then proceeds to go through everything in my car and bent my Tesla car key/folded it into four pieces (see picture below). Please never ever do business with them, there are so many other choices out there. Stay far far away from this business and you’ll be fine. This is a serious warning. This event actually just happened to me. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. It’s the worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my 36 years on this planet.
