I called Ready Set Junk to remove several items of metal junk from my backyard that my son had left there for years. Three old engines and other miscellaneous pieces of junk.
Ernesto arrived a few hours later with a co-worker Jorge. They cleaned up all the junk from the yard and also cleaned up some old decorative boulders f on the front yard

This was my first time using this company and I was not disappointed. They were professional and patient. I misread my confirmation and thought they'd arrive after 12:30pm. I get off work at 12 on Wednesday so I thought that would be perfect. The confirmation was for 12 or later. I get a text about 11:30am saying they'd be there in about 10 minutes.
I worried cause I was still at work. Luckily I was able to leave work right after i got their text . They actually waited for me to get home. I was so surprised but so thankful. I know they didn't have to wait for me but they did. I never expected for them to do that. I figured I'd have to reschedule. No, I didn't need to reschedule and they waited a whole 20 - 25 minutes. And the price they charged me wasn't crazy (was quoted $150 - $225 other places) just for one queen size mattress.

My husband and I needed to have about a third of a one car garage worth of items hauled away the same day we were moving out of our apartment. I reached out to Ready Set Junk Inc. for a quote via Yelp on June 24th for service the morning of June 27th. I heard back from Ernesto almost immediately with a quote and we were able to lock in the date and time within 24 hours (the delay being due to me not having the time decided on my end). I let Ernesto know that the garage was further down the driveway and asked if their hauling vehicle would be able to fit. It wouldn’t, but Ernesto said it was fine. Two staff came on time the morning of June 27th and were done within the hour. Great service from start to finish and I highly recommend them.

These guys are great! Fast to respond to calls, texts immediately, and prompt. Their estimate on the phone was honest and pretty accurate and there were no surprises when they gave me the bill at the end. This a Hayward business and I was happy to be doing business with a couple of guys who were also conscientious about the community they worked in.
