Excellent service. I regularly book tow trucks in my line of work and Hayward Elite Towing lived up to the name. They provided super fast and fair priced service and excellent communication. I will be using them for any future tow needs in the area.
Picked my car, got to a destination, person who was supposed to accept the car was late 1 hour and 45 minutes, Driver arrived at the location 8pm, waited an hour. And he told he can't wait that long, so I called dispatch, and offered 50 bucks more to wait additional 45 minutes so the person can come and accept it and pay them, he agreed and said no problem and I also offered more opportunities in the future, after 30 minutes, dispatcher called ,started telling me about safety violations and that 50 bucks dont cover hourly wages , he didn't let me talk, he didn't let me finish my sentence, he said "he won't argue with me" and hung up on m now neither dispatch or the driver pick up their phone, they taking it to the yard and I have to pay another 850 or more to bring it back. Very misleading and irresponsible people, don't recommend!!
I had a severe flat tire on highway 880 and had to park in a dangerous location (narrow shoulder on the left side of the highway, with many cars passing by me very fast and close). All the services I called from Audi/GEICO estimated to arrive in 2hours... Zack arrive within 30min, saved me out of the danger location, got me home safely and helped me change to a donut tire. All on a busy Saturday evening. I’m really grateful for his excellent work and kindness.
Elite Tow helped me back in November 2023. The young man who helped me was Zack I believe. He was very pleasant throughout the whole experience. He picked me up swiftly from the 880 and drove me to a shop in Newark CA. He gave a quick quote, without hassle, and charged fairly. If you ever get stuck in a jam and need towing services, Zack & Elite Tow are exactly the kind of people you want to help you. Thank you for saving me that day in November. You guys were awesome.
I got flat tired this morning on 101N near San Carlos. My insurance company dispatched 2 other companies before contacting Elite Tow, and neither of them came to take my car. My insurance company contacted Elite Tow, and I immediately got a call from David, and he assured me that he's on his way. He gave me another call when he was near where I was.
When he came, he let me stay in the towing car, loaded the car very fast, and drove me to the shop. David was very professional and kind!! He gave me some tips on what to do in the future if this happens again (hope not!). I was so stressed from all the calls and waits I had to deal with before I was assigned to Elite Tow, but I felt so much better once I talked to David.
If you ever need to get your car towed in the future, call Elite Tow!! They're efficient, kind, and careful!! Highly recommended.
My car was vandalized and my ignition was damaged in attempts to steal it so i couldn't start it and steering wheel was locked so when it needed to be towed, it made it quite challenging to do so.. But Sam did an awesome job of getting the job done despite the situation and was able to get it to the shop! I was very happy with his work!
Excellent to work with when I couldn’t be on site. Highly recommend. Would use again in a pinch. My driver was polite, courteous, and asked all the right questions to put me at ease.
Called them twice to help with my car, both times they came and were very professional. The service that stands out the most is that for both incident they were very kind and understanding in assisting me in a very stressful situation. They waited until they made sure all is ok with my situation. Always doing extra than what is required.
I used their car towing service two times. The service was very professional. My SUV was towed to the garage skillfully. I checked another company which could not deliver the vehicle to the garage, only to the street. Great job!
Tow truck arrived promptly and was courteous, but company was slow to get my vehicle to car mechanic. They could have dropped my car off on Friday night or Saturday, but did not deliver until Monday afternoon. This is delaying my car repair.

Right from the start on the phone he sounded so nice and helped calm me down when I was stranded with my father after hitting a huge pothole and getting a hole in a tire. He showed up super quick, was so skilled in handling the tow, and was overall such a pleasant experience. I didn't know getting a vehicle towed could be so easy. My son car broke down on the side of the freeway after 10 pm, I called Elite Tow and the gentleman showed up in less than 45 minutes and kept in touch with me regarding ETA I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I ever need towing service. Another satisfying customer
My car broke down and after waiting 2 hours the tow called and said his truck broke down. The 2nd tow company was supposed to arrive in 90 minutes and after 1 hour called and said he could not make it the name of that tow company was Nema the first one was Rasin or something like that. I then called elite they showed up in 20 minutes and were reasonable priced after waiting 3 hours I was so happy that Elite showed up and towed my car I am so grateful for them thank you very much Zack and the other guy that was with you. Thank you for coming through.
On time and great communication. I originally called Cowboy Towing and he connected me with Elite Towing. Both are great companies. Cowboy Towing is my mechanics recommended company and for good reason too! Both have unbeatable great prices for the tows. Thanks a bunch!

Found myself Halloween night, with my two-year old son locked out of my car (lost my key somewhere along our two hour trick or treating walk). The spare was inside my car in my purse. The driver arrived in reasonable time and had it unlocked within 5 minutes. If I’m ever in trouble in Hayward again, Elite tow will be the first place I call. Thank you so much!

Zack at “Elite Tow” is the BEST…very professional and arrived on time as promised! I had a car issue on the freeway around midnight and had called my AAA insurance since I have the membership with them… waited for 1.5 hrs but still no driver show up ( AAA promised the maximum waiting time was 75 min as my case was emergency and their top priority as they claimed)… called AAA again two times to check on the status of my call .., still no driver for another 1hr ( meaning I have to wait till 2:30 in the morning (2.5hrs total) for AAA to come… I was soo fed up and disappointed w my AAA so I called “ ELITE TOW” for help as they also offer 24/7 service.. ZACK arrived within 20 min as he promised and save my night!! Hand down to him and I would definitely recommend anyone to use his service if you ever need one!! Very friendly and professional!
I appreciate the tow I got this afternoon after a trying morning dealing with another tow service and issues with mechanics. After getting a quote they arrived shortly after got me hooked up quickly and on the way. Zack made me feel at home during the ride and overall gave excellent customer service. If I end up in another jam, I will keep him on speed dial as I learned they service the whole Bay Area.

The scope of our job with Elite Tow changed at the last minute, but they didn't hesitate to go to extra mile (miles! in this case) and deliver the vehicle safely. Very communicate, very understanding, true professionals. Strongly recommend.
Zack has been my hero, not once but now TWICE in the same year. He quickly grabbed my car after an accident and even made sure to let me know what could happen & give me time to collect my belongings (thankfully the car was not totaled!) Then today for the second time we met again, my ignition would not turn and the vehicle couldn’t be started. He did more than he had to and got my car on his truck and towed long distance to a shop closer to home. He easily could’ve made me wait for a different truck, but he instead went out of his way to help me! Every step of the way he kept me informed both times and made the hassle of not having a car seem like a breeze. I was so excited to see a familiar face the second time around; hoping there is no third.. but If there is I would GLADLY wait for it to be you again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Elite Towing was great! Zack kept me updated via text on his ETA and arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about safely loading and towing my 2013 Chevy Volt plug in hybrid, which is a bit more challenging than most. He even taught me something important about my hybrid that I didn't know! He wore a mask at all times to protect against COVID, which I greatly appreciated. After being stood up by another tow company, I was grateful that everything was so effortless and smooth with Elite. I definitely recommend them and will use Elite (and hopefully Zack) any time I need a tow that is within their service area.
Car broke down in hayward, and after calling a few companies this one had the best prices. They arrived promptly when they said they would. They worked calmly and competently and got my car home in an hour.
Called to see how much towing service was and this was the most affordable price after calling 3 other places. He arrived pretty fast and was ready to do his job. He was professional, and even offered to jump start my car but towing was the better option. He was very nice and helpful as well. Giving 5 stars because Zack offered fast and friendly service.
