Parkside watch out! My neighbor was literally printing out the day permit when they swooped in and towed his sister's car in less than 10 minutes. It's $580 if you get your car towed. They charge gate fees even though the gate to the apartment complex was already open. They randomly come in looking for cars to tow. As a tenant, I will definitely call any other towing company if someone parks in my spot.
Predatory and rude. Didn’t even bother stopping when I was right there for the car and made me run after him for a while block and then demanded I go to the ATM and get him cash.

$500 dollars it was even 40 minutes, then say wait till 8am then its $400. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
Given I had a lifted vehicle I asked was my car towed properly . Specifically as that can mess up my transmission and suspension if a flat tow was not used. Michael proceeded to tell me I’m a Monkey in a racist manner . Further stating that I talk to much and that I did not know what I was talking about. Michael the associate of All braun decided to antagonize me further by laughing that my car had gotten towed . To say Michael was Unprofessional does this no justice. I’ll be suing to the fullest extent of the law .
There’s no reason race should’ve been brought into this . This company is horrible .
They withheld my property, denied me access to my car, demanded I leave the property until the presence of a peace officer, and this is my first and only interaction with them. My vehicle was towed at 11am, and the photo they took is at night.
I just wanted to confirm the reason for the tow, PAY, take my car and leave, litigate this later. They effectively holding my property and, by extension, without means to travel to work, me under duress. My kids are not able to see their medical care provider.
When I arrived from work I noticed my second car was gone from the parking space ($100 additional per month). When I called to find out if they had towed the car I was told yes and that I had an expired resident parking permit. When I told him (Michael) that I have a confirmation email of the renewal, he then said that I didn’t have a sticker displayed. I have never received a sticker from the complex and when I told him this he insinuated that I was lying and to take it up with the leasing office. He then told me it would cost $400 to get my car released. He was rude and condescending.
The next morning I went to the office and told them what happened, they informed me that the towing company had made a mistake and they printed me out documents proving that. When I called Braun towing again and told me that I would have to pay almost $500 to get the car released. I had to call the leasing office again so that the property manager could call them directly and get my car released without charge. Luckily she was willing to do it and I was able to get my car.
This towing company is a complete scam and should be sued and if the they are in the wrong go to the police and report the car stolen, if you have to pay the pay and take them to small claims court. All Braun's towing prays on the weak and the uniformed and needs to be reported and reprimanded for their behavior.
All Brauns Towing Services the worst I urge everyone not to use their service they are bullies they are like Hyenas will do anything to make money’s. By the way I report the driver to the police today 6/2/2025 gave them your truck number and his picture. I hope we meet again.
Scammers of the highest order. They made us wait for 2 hours to get our car since they wanted cash. We were willing to pay the $580 but wanted cash and pushed our payment time further. I hate the apartment managers who have a contract with this scam company.
Unprofessional service with rude folks. I pity the housing complexs which employee them .both seems to be extorting money from customers by adding unreasonable fees . Looks like they survive on this .
Terrible and inconsistent service. Unfortunately, my car got to apartment complex (Understandably). I didn’t notice my car was towed till the next day around 5pm. I called their service line and asked if I could get the car out and they said it would be $490 for tonight or $365 the next day if I pick up from 8 AM to 8:45 AM. So I ended up going the next day Because the cost was lower. This is where the service was terrible. The information was completely false. The payment due was $585 the next day I went. I was extremely upset and mad and they did nothing about it And didn’t seem to care saying that someone was wrong. This company sucks, gives false information and is employees are unmotivated/ caring to offer true support. How do they get away with this!

This tow truck company is predatory. We live in a property with an HOA. We had properly registered my mom’s vehicle for a guest pass. The tow truck driver tried to take the car even though I showed him the pass on my phone. He said it’s my fault. Double check the app. But I literally showed him the app and we had the parking pass confirmation number. It was not expired yet. They are trying to take any car illegally. This company must be stopped. Their driver is also racist. Calling slurs and maintaining zero professionalism.
I'm extremely disappointed with this tow company. They arrived at 11:22 PM to tow, I was just like few steps away to move my car from the spot but they still chose to tow it. That specific area is used by many to park their cars to move stuff and then parked cars at the designated spots. I explained that we were dealing with a medical urgency and had forgotten to move the car. Not only did they refuse to show empathy, but they also became AGRESSIVE and CONFRONTATIONAL when I asked questions. The tow operator's behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Horrible service and this should be illegal. I found out they towed me because I was parked “unauthorized” according to them although the sign there could be interpreted differently. They charged me $550 for a tow, same night. The person named Micheal or Mikey on the phone was extremely ride when he didn’t even need to be. The least they can do for overcharging people is be nice on the phone when we’re asking why it’s so much. The first person I spoke to before Miserable Mikey told me all my questions will be answered when I get there by the person at the desk, when I got there the guy said he just gets the total charges and doesn’t handle questions. There’s something very shady about how these people operate and the dollar amount they charge. Hope they get investigated.
My car was towed at 10:47, I called them at 11:15. They have overcharged me like 550$. The guy was very rude when asked about why they were overcharging. I would give them 0 rating for their rudeness and over charging.
They need to be investigated. They are overcharging . My vehicle was towed 11/6. I paid on 11/8 but they charged me for 3 days. Dude working there try to tell me by Ca law it’s 3 days. I said if you check into a hotel on 11/6 and check out 11/8 the hotel charges you for 2 days not 3 days. He just laughed at me. It’s criminal what they are doing and getting away with. And every review is met with the owner saying we are sorry about your experience and to visit their website. No resolution as they laugh all the way to the bank with your money. They made me pay cash because the vehicle was rented. Horrible people running shady business .
Horrible horrible experience. These people should not be allowed to dk their jobs. Very unprofessional and rude. Appointment schedules don't mean anything to them. Called me at 3 pm and made me wait in front of a locked door for 2 hours. No one should hire them for towing jobs because they don't know how to do their jobs well. Very furious.
These people pick and choose who they want to tow. You can park in front of your home to unload groceries and they will tow you. However if you’re parked in guest parking with a notice on the car for 3 weeks, they leave the car alone. Be aware if you live in the Tennyson area, they are looking to make a quick dollar
My car was towed by this company, and when I called their number, I was directly connected to the driver instead of someone in the office. I’m not sure why I had to speak with the driver rather than an office representative. Anyway, the driver was waiting in a parking lot of a store near my home and was expecting my call. When I reached him, he offered me two options: pay him $350 to retrieve my car in that parking lot or go to the yard and pay $550.
When I began asking questions, he became angry and started speaking to me aggressively before hanging up on me, telling me I could pick up my car from the yard in three hours. I have no idea why I had to wait that long just to get my car back. In the end, I was forced to pay $550, which is far more than the average towing fee.
If you're a business considering hiring this towing company, stay away unless your goal is to mistreat the people whose cars get towed. Unfortunately, individuals like me don’t have the option to choose which company tows their vehicle, but businesses do.
I had a very frustrating experience with this towing company today. My car was parked right outside my garage while I was loading items inside. Despite my immediate presence and attempts to stop them, the tow truck driver proceeded to tow my car. I ran after the truck for two blocks, but they sped up, causing further distress and an unsafe towing situation.
While I acknowledge my mistake in parking, I am appalled by the lack of basic courtesy. I would have gladly paid the fee to avoid this situation if they had just stopped when they saw me running after them. Was it really worth $315 to handle the situation this way?
Sucks that the car got towed, but on the other hand the staff was nice and calm. The reason why I say this is that other people that were there got frustrated and started talking loudly to the staff. But in my opinion they handled the customers really well so I won't dock them in my star rating just because my car got towed but I did give them a rating as a business. I gave them the rating because I have had previous experiences with other tow companies that either damage the vehicle with scratches or have rude unprofessional condescending staff at the front office When trying to claim a vehicle.
The biggest scam
At 10:00am on Saturday realizing our car was towed .called the tow company at 10:29 to try and pickup the car.
The person answered the phone did not identify himself got the information and verified the was there and told us the it will be $550 to get the car out and made an appointment for 1 pm.
We get the there and the place was closed.
Call the person back ( same person) answered the phone and stated some is on there to help us.
Called back at 1:08, 1:27 and again at 1:45
and confirmed that again the charge to be $550 .
But when I got ready to pay the price went up to $820.
They would not give us the owners name or the person who we have been talking to on the phone .
So the bottom line is that they held our car hostage till we paid $850
There was another person with similar issue but he told her that for her is cash only.
This company is a scam.

Just like others have shared , I have the same experience. Company is a scam. I was out of town for a few days. I am a legal tenant/owner , Car was parked in a completely legal parking zone of the community but was towed. They couldn’t provide a reason why it was towed. Very rude in overall communication . My car didn’t even had a tag on, yet it was towed. Rule before towing is to have a tag on for at least one day. And there was no tag. Just for one day I was charged $550. And was forced to pay cash to release it. I have violated no rules no laws , yet was forced to pay such an exorbitant amount and again NO EXPLANATION on why it was towed
Terrible business. Our neighborhood has a 3 day only parking policy, and we had just moved our car the day before AND EVEN had proof with our ring video that our car had only been in that parking spot for less then 24 hours. But they said because there is no license plate shown the proof is not credible! The logic doesn't even add up because the car they towed was that of the car in the video. They still demanded $360! Outrageous.
This experience was nothing short of a scam. They towed my car and forced me to pay $550, insisting that everyone pays the same, but that's far from the truth. What's even more baffling is that, despite claiming to charge extra for non-working days, they were towing cars at 1:30 am on a Sunday. How it’s is non working days for release if you are towing on same day. It's evident that they're in it for the money, not customer service. If they had asked for $255, that would have been reasonable, but they tacked on gate and storage fees without my consent. It's their responsibility to keep the car in the same condition when they tow it. I had to sacrifice our Thanksgiving plans with my family because of this pure scam.

Called over the phone to ask about my vehicle the lady said system is down and could not give me information weather my vehicle was there or not. I Had previously called the police and they said my vehicle was infact there. So I decided to still show up. When I got there over heard another guy say "you guys told me to bring cash" so he did. That kinda raised a red flag. He also mentioned he had a parking permit and was confused as to why they took his car.
It was my turn to pay, system was still down apparently. All I had was my debit card/ID so she scanned my documents and credit card to I guess charge later. At first didn't think much of it but now I'm worried they will use my info. to scam. Because as soon as she finished doing all this she kept my copy to "shred" and system was back up how convenient. Right ? Weird? If anything missing on my account I know who to go after, will definitely be calling the police.
Reading all the other reviews worry me and have me wondering if anyone actually did call to have my car towed or if they go around apartment complexes taking any vehicle they find insight parked in any place to make some money since they look desperate. I just say why steal from others if you can't afford the rent to operate the business just close it down.

I would not even give them a star my car was towed even after having a Parking authorization sticker on it. These people don’t have the decency of talking and my post was removed from their page. I want a full review of this and apology for their actions. As it caused me a lot of trouble personaly. I will keep reposting this if you want to keep deleting. The people should know.
