My aging Miata was having some severe issues with steering. Ryan and team spent time to diagnose it required a rack and pinion replacement plus some other stuff so pricey job but now the handling is awesome. Appreciate the good work
We had a fantastic experience at Dublin Car Tek. After getting an oil change done recently at another place, we noticed something didn’t feel right. We brought my car in, and they quickly identified that the previous oil change had been done incorrectly. Not only did they fix the issue efficiently, but Ryan also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with the process.

I took a car to Dublin Car Tek so that they could do a pre purchase inspection to make sure everything checked out before I purchased the car. They did an amazing and thorough job and identified numerous problems with the car and advised me not to purchase it! It basically was a lemon and without their thorough and honest evaluation I would have been out thousands of dollars in car repairs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Very very friendly and very trustworthy!
Today's been a long day! Heavy stop and go traffic on our way to delivery this morning added 3 hours to begin with and then we started hearing a wheel hub going bad (we drive a lot of miles). Made it to delivery and headed back home and it became apparent we needed to address the issue or we wouldn't be making it home UGH found the part and tools to do a parking lot fix and the axel nut is siezed on too tight to remove it by hand. Sprayed it with WD-40 and let it set... nothing, it won't budge at all. We called a mobile mechanic but they want an arm and a leg to drive over for 2 mins of work. All we needed was an impact tool to bust it loose. God was watching out for us because across the street from the park store is a mechanic who is friendly and willing to help!! Thankful there are good people and places like this one still!!

Backstory: I brought my car in to fix my catalytic converter (super pricey operation) and when doing the diagnostic, his mechanic and him found that my car was still under warranty. Instead of continuing with the process, they halted their diagnostic to inform me that my car may still be under warranty with subaru. That I should check with them first before continuing with fixing my car with them. I was blown away by his honesty.
Even after instructing me to check with Subaru for the warranty, he offered additional help and assistance in case the folks at Subaru gave me a hard time.
Even though I did not go through with the repairs using Car Tek, Ryan's honesty earned a future loyal customer. I plan on bringing my vehicle back for repairs in the future.
Been taking my vehicles to Dublin car tek for over a decade. They are always straight with me on what repairs are needed andwhat can be delayed. Highly recommend

Ryan is very friendly and really takes the time to explain the issues with your car and what fix they recommend and why. He can come off a little terse over the phone, but don’t let that fool you or turn you off to this place as the service is great. Additionally they are super transparent about costs and do not overcharge. Have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so as a fantastic alternative to dealer service.
We were on our way to Disneyland as a family and we got a simple nail in the tire. Hobbled in to get it patched up because we needed travel another 6 hours to get to LA, and make it to the most magical place on earth.
Every other tire place in the area was going to charge us some crazy price to patch a tire for us and gave us estimates that it was going to be 7 hour wait time. The owner personally made us a priority and the repair was insanely affordable. Tons of respect for an honest mechanic and business.
Initially good service. MAKE SURE YOU READ CONTRACT. I almost died because I didn’t see that the didn’t actually inspect my cars breaking system. I called and asked if they could do a set of repairs cheaper than the dealer. They said yes. They then claimed I refused a car inspection. I NEVER REFUSED INSPECTION AND THEY NEVER OFFERD IT. One month after my brake pads were replaced my car brakes failed while driving in the rain. It was a cylinder issue. When I called to ask why this wasn’t caught they claimed I refused inspection when I hadn’t. They very quickly got an attitude over the phone. Would not recommend
Ryan is professional, knowledgeable, consistent and efficient. I trust his judgement and recommendations. His pricing is fair and transparent so there is nothing to question or negotiate. He has taught his son Ryder to do expert work, to be thorough and not waste time. We have had 5 different vehicles services here over the years without incident. Highly recommend.

I originally came in in need of help replacing a damaged tail light that was much more complicated then I expected when I tried (and failed, lol) to repair it myself. Nissan treated me horribly when I attempted to get the work done at the dealership so I looked elsewhere - and am so glad I did. They did such a great job, I brought my other car in when I had an issue with the battery.
I was well taken care of each time and will continue to visit this location for my vehicle care. I refer them to everyone I know.
I did not personally bring my car here but my cousin did. She brought in for a diagnostic call. I was helping her and the pleasure of speaking with Ryan. I was extremely impressed with his honesty and integrity! He was honest about diagnostic which was not best news but he could have made minimal repairs just to make money, but he did not! He explained to me very clearly the problems and basically said that in good conscious he would not put anymore money into her car. He stuck to the 1 hr quote but I suspect he spent more time than that. It is very rare these days to find an honest mechanic with integrity and a conscious to not take advantage of my cousin who knows very little about cars. I highly recommend Ryan and his business. A very rare, good and honest man!!!!

Got my Toyota corolla smogged today at this new to me place. Others in my area were charging way too much. This one charged about $50, with the coupon they gave me. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. The business was clean in the garage and waiting room/office.
He also told me they could fix my car if I needed a new mechanic as I am new in town. Their prices are competitive. And yes, my car past the star smog.

My car needed smog test and researched for best reviews with reasonable prices. I saw this place and they had great reviews . This is my first time at this place. Ryan was awesome in helping out the clarify gray area on coupons . He was still able to accommodate our car’s needs. Because of his awesome customer service and knowledge , we had the smog test AND ADDED the oil change.
They did not disappoint - we even waited for our service. They give you estimates on how long it will take and they were on point!

Had to take my car in for a SMOG check, and I got an appointment the next day at a convenient time. The service was very quick. I was able to use a coupon that I found online to save money, too. Before I left, the associate offered that they also provide regular car maintenance service usually for a fraction of the price you can find elsewhere. I did mention that I usually take my car to the dealership (for consistency) and he did state that their service is the same for less money, but he did not push the issue. The environment is clean and the lobby where you can wait for your car is pleasant with magazines to read. Compared to other places I've been to for smog service, this was far more comfortable. I would not hesitate to bring my car back and I would recommend this to others.
Awful. DO NOT bring your car here. I brought my Lexus for air conditioning service but the air was only cold for 1 day. They don't back up their work and try to get as much money from you as possible.
