My battery had died and I had called my insurance for a jump start provider. Moe from American Roadside was able to check my battery voltage, verified it was low and was able to replace the battery on the spot. He answered all my questions and explained what was wrong with my car. Great pricing compared to other mobile services.
I was fortunate to have Ahmad come to save the day. Not only did he notice that I did not need a tow but he jump started my car and was adamant that in less than 5 minutes he could fix the problem for good! He grabbed his tools and fixed something that my mechanic did not properly install. He was kind and professional. Thank you, Ahmad!
Mediocre service, won’t use them again.
The driver arrived quickly but was openly rude and irritated, as if I was bothering him. He loaded the car in a rush, and the ride was really bumpy. We got to the destination, but the whole experience left a bad taste.

Our fleet is always on the road and needed roadside service for a tow, All American Roadside responded fast and towed our truck to the shop and our technicians made it safely back to headquarters. Unfortunately the next day our trailer needed a tow and before I could call for another tow All American Roadside saw our truck and trailer on the side of the road and called our office to ask if we needed their service. Steven was amazing, changed my battery for my Toyota Prius 2015 and on top of that had it in stock save me a trip to the dealership and prices were extremely affordable. he was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. Totally impressed with their service. Needed a jump after leaving car at SFO (airport hotel) for 2+ weeks. They were there in under 45 minutes and totally reasonable ($95). I had called regular tow companies before reaching All American. The other guys said it would be $250-$300 for a jump AND a wait of 3 hours! Naz from All American was there as promised and very pleasant. Totally recommend for jumps, or lock outs, etc, or anything where an actual tow is not needed.

For the third time, my battery was dead this morning. So I called for a jump. The nicest young man showed up and after trying to give my battery enough charge to get it on the road,, told me that the battery needed to be replaced since it was now 6 years old. All American Roadside brings batteries to your car and installs them, so after finding out the price, I agreed to the service. It took him several hours to find the specific battery that my Toyota Prius needs, but he managed it and returned to install the battery. I am impressed with this young man whose name I failed to get and I am impressed with their courteous and efficient service. I highly recommend them.
