Supersonic Towing is the best in the game! Great response time along with great customer service paired with their incredible prices. My tire was flat and they quickly came to tow my car to a great shop. I will definitely be visiting them again in the future.
I was assisted by Guy. My batery died. I called alstate to jump my car, the guy they sent was no good and he told me i need a new starter. I called guy to tow me to an auto shop. On the way i told guy what happened. He pulled over and gave me a jump and my car started.
My dad's dually truck wasn't turning on, so he had to get it towed back home. We called the insurance, but they had a us waiting almost 3 hours. We then call a bunch of places, but it seemed like no one had the proper tools to tow my dad's truck. Until finally we got a hold of supersonic, and Alberto picked up the phone and gave us the best customer service. Very understanding if our situation, and gave us clear instructions for us to follow. We paid around $460 ($225/hr+credit fees). But for the customer service and the towing service we received it was just right.
Give that man Alberto a raise!
I called and they said someone would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later (100% longer than they'd said), I called and was told that someone would be arriving in four minutes. 30 minutes later, I was told "any minute." The driver then arrived another 30 minutes after that. I was also told it would be $180-$225 for the 1.3 mile tow. When they arrived after standing me up for two hours, they said it would be $225 and that Supersonic is not the tow company, but a third party that contracts out. They had also heard that my insurance would be paying for it, so decided to charge me $225 since I was going to be reimbursed. Locking me into the call while telling me it will only be 45 minutes while they scramble to find a driver and lead me on for the next two hours wasn't cool. Next time I'll call a tow company that actually does the towing - which I though this was.
Tow truck and driver: awesome!
Dispatch: Needs better phone than whatever Google Voice system they’re using, or a dispatcher that will just switch to text right away and actually respond. It took multiple calls and texts over more than an hour to get confirmation that they were going to come, and another hour of trying to find out when they might actually arrive.
But once they got there, all awesome.

I locked my car keys in the trunk after a long time ibn the supermarket. I couldn't wait to get back home. I called Supersonic and they arrived super fast! These guys are professionals! They helped me open the car and the situation was over in 1 hour and 5 minutes. So thank you guys!!
An absolute scam. When I called them for a tow, they said over the phone it would 295. I said I only needed to pull my car out of a park lift. They pulled the car out 10 feet which took 30 minutes then gave me a bill for $885, saying that it was a minimum 3 hours. Do not come here, they are trifling.
Terrible customer service to a point where I'm unhappy enough to help future prospects out.
I called in at 8:15am and was quoted $85-$135 for a tire change depending on the difficulty. I called back at around 8:20am and took the job. They told me they would arrive in 30-45minutes at 8:20am and arrived at 9:30am.
After the job finished, the driver told me he was charging me $165 for the job -- almost double the minimum and well over the maximum. They didn't mention anything about the extra fees and the "difficulty" was probably at the minimum.
Save yourselves money, a wait, and go somewhere else
My motorcycle just died on me in traffic and I gave them a call and they got someone out to me very quickly. The driver and helper were very polite and friendly and handled my bike with care. I truly thank them and recommend them.
Supersonic came 45 mins. after my call. The driver lifted my car professionally and drove it to the local auto shop. He was very kind to give me a ride. 5 stars!
Terrible experience!!! DO NOT call for their services!!! When I call for a quote and provide them all the correct information (Garage Clarence, car model, condition, etc), we had a deal that was 175 dollars per hour with a minimum of two hours (350 dollars in total). When the driver arrived, he asked for 625 dollars to tow the car away, but it took less than 1.5 hours in total. When the car was towed to the auto repair center, I gave him 700 dollars in cash, he ran away without giving back the exchange. As a student, I had to spend 700 dollars just for towing the car to a service shop, doubling the price of the original deal. I highly recommend everyone reading this comment NOT to purchase their services because high price is certainly one aspect, but I think the most unacceptable and unethical part is the absence of the spirit of agreement/contract when doing business with this company.
What a joke. I work in the industry and have never seen this kind of service. They brought a car in to the driveway from 1/2 block away. Lady on the phone said "$49.00 to hook up the vehicle, $35 to $75 to tow depending on distance. They showed up late and charged $140 to tow the car 1/2 a block....never again, use anyone else
Worst service ever. The driver was clearly intoxicated and they chose to over charge me by $50 after the service was done. I then proceeded to drive on the tire they changed and had to tighten the bolts myself, this place is a joke.
Wow... Great phone customer service, but the driver had poor communication skills, was late, and had a bad attitude. Even the auto shop mechanics were complaining about the driver. As a customer, I've never been yelled at by a tow truck driver. Completely unacceptable. Towed from one shop to another 6 blocks and $80, 18 min total.
