  I needed a rear brake light replaced and they had them in stock. Tristan was very helpful and was so kind to install it for me. It took a little bit of work because the bolts are getting old and the burnt out brake light was a little fried. Tristan did it excellent job. Thank you so much

  They are the best ones when it comes in purchasing auto spare parts. They are very nice, quick, attentive, and always willing to help from their heart. Especially when you ask for installation help, they help you right away plus they teach you how to do it in case of emergencies. I recommend everyone to do their business here. Appreciate y’ll!

  Went in today with my car battery causing concern. Luis checked the battery and showed me on the tester that it needed replacing. He was helpful in every way. This is my go to O'Reilly location. Consumer service has always been excellent!

  A staff member named Alexander was so helpful. Others employees are always friendly and welcome customers. Not crowded so it's quick in and out. Sometimes employees are talking too much to one another and not giving attention to customers but I guess if you know what you're looking for it doesn't matter.

  The folks here are really helpful. You can find stuff on their website, and have it shipped to the store for free so that you can see if it's compatible with your truck before buying it. Convenient location, too if you need something on the way from work and you live in Alameda.

  You'll find most of what you need here at a pretty good price for a local parts store. Make sure you are armed with plenty of knowledge of your problem and parts you need. While the staff is friendly, a few are young and "spacey", so do your homework and know what you need.
