Needed a battery and the staff was very helpful. They had a battery that fit my car and my wheels are back on the road. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door and back on the road in 15 minutes. The efficiency of the staff was a relief as I was already stressed out over having to swap a car battery. The dead battery came at a time when I didn’t have a lot of time to spare. I really appreciate the speedy response and professional service from the staff at this store.

Richy was truly helpful today. I called in advance to if by any chance they had a tool to remove a qt of oil from the engine of a car. And, Rich said yes. He would start to look for it while I drove there . 15 minutes later I entered the store and there was Richy with the tool. What a blessing! Driving any car with a qt more of oil then required -puts internal pressure pistons and rings. The oil has now been removed because of Richy. 5 Star service over the phone and in person. O’reilly and their customers are fortunate to have employees like Richy on Board!!!
I needed a rear brake light replaced and they had them in stock. Tristan was very helpful and was so kind to install it for me. It took a little bit of work because the bolts are getting old and the burnt out brake light was a little fried. Tristan did it excellent job.

Went in today with my car battery causing concern. Luis checked the battery and showed me on the tester that it needed replacing. He was helpful in every way. This is my go to O'Reilly location. Consumer service has always been excellent!
A staff member named Alexander was so helpful. Others employees are always friendly and welcome customers. Not crowded so it's quick in and out. Sometimes employees are talking too much to one another and not giving attention to customers but I guess if you know what you're looking for it doesn't matter.
Fantastic service. Benjamin not only pulled out my previous headlight to make sure I got the right one, he helped me install the new one.

Eddie was a life saver for me a few months ago when my car, which had been in storage for a few months, decided to have its battery go kaput while I was driving into the parking lot. I was very stressed as I rolled the car to a halt in a nearby fire lane and went into the store to ask for help. Eddie walked with me around the to the other end of the lot, figured out what type of battery I needed and installed it in the course of 10 minutes. He then made sure I could start the car a few times and ran a test on the rest of the electric system for free. He also offered some general car advice, which was much appreciated. I am so thankful for the excellent service I received and would recommend visiting this location to anyone.
I wanted to take the time to personally thank TK for his outstanding customer service. He helped me a few weeks ago when I was purchasing a new headlight bulb. Unfortunately I had an issue with the light. TK, not all assisted me with a replacement, but was also very kind enough to assist me with inserting the new lightbulb.

Didn't only get the parts I needed, but also for unsolicited advice for how to install them and they have me a few free accessories, like a package of lube to screw on the spark plugs. Jack, the sales rep, was really into cars and parts and his enthusiasm made for a great shopping experience. Only downside was that when I called to check if the parts were in stock, they did not show allow me to pay via credit card over the phone and have someone else do the pickup.
This is my favorite O'Reilly location. Prices are basically the same at all the stores, but the difference is often found in the in-stock selection and customer service. This is an average sized location which shares a parking lot with other businesses. Parking can be in short supply when the restaurant has a rush. Customer service is excellent and they seem to always have the essentials in stock, rather than focusing on the kitschy car bling.
The folks here are really helpful. You can find stuff on their website, and have it shipped to the store for free so that you can see if it's compatible with your truck before buying it. Convenient location, too if you need something on the way from work and you live in Alameda.
Yes AutoZone and O'Reilly's are about the stones throw away from my house one-on-one side the other on another and depending on which side I'm on it's really just a manner of left or right because they both always have what I need and it's electrical stuff wire heat shrink propane and solder. I'm sorry I'm so lousy it didn't pictures I will really try and think next time. In fact check with me tonight photos
You'll find most of what you need here at a pretty good price for a local parts store. Make sure you are armed with plenty of knowledge of your problem and parts you need. While the staff is friendly, a few are young and "spacey", so do your homework and know what you need.
I had to get a replacement battery for my parents' car since it just died over the weekend. I called ahead to make sure they had it in stock and then came in. Ana helped me find the right battery I needed for the car and even helped me replace it. Thanks a bunch!
I spend hundreds even thousands of dollars at this place over the years and recently I purchased some snow chains in Reno Nevada from Oreilly Auto Parts, they didn't fit and I almost got stuck in the recent storm. I had to buy other chains and I wanted to bring these chains back for at least a credit since they gave me the wrong ones. They refused, the manager was a jerk! He epitomized profit over good business relationships. So i will no longer shop there even though over the past 5 yrs Ive spent a few thousand dollars. I will give my money to another auto shop store and will stay away from Oreillys.
This is my favorite O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. I choose this one because if there is a line it goes quick, and they seem to help those Pantomiming issues with their car very well...shooooowwwp.

Great service! The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Some parts can be pricier than what you can find on Amazon. But you come here when you need help figuring out what parts you need.
Customer service is good, selection is good as well, sometimes not the cheapest prices but between this and their competitor you can usually get whatever you need at a fairly reasonable price...

Great, but one of the employees was sitting at the front counter on her cell phone the whole time. Shouldn't she be doing that somewhere else? Or doing something productive?
Need to buy a butane torch ofsome sort....their online inventory is incorrect. Their employees could not locate it anywhere in the store even though they showed inventory on stock. They lost out on all of the other parts I needed to purchase.
