WeatherFlow approached TowBoatUS regarding transport of a technician / equipment out to weather stations located on USCG navigational aids. While it wasn't something they had done previously, Capt Phil listened to our request, worked with us on scheduling and carried through with the mission. His team is professional, organized and highly skilled - would hire them again for this type of work.
Experienced boaters here. Bringing home our newly purchased 57’ Viking, broker said we had 300 gallons of fuel; nope! We ran out of gas, about 8 miles out. Called BoatUS they came to us quickly with fuel to get us to next harbor for more fuel. Captain Wade in the San Francisco Bay was very professional and patient. They shadowed us all the way, 6 miles to the next harbor for gas. Amazing service. Membership worth every penny.
Hot Pursuit
These guys are the best! Our boat was grounded at low tide in San Pablo Bay. Capt Phil's crew, Mike and Curt cane out and were able to get us back in deep water. It was a difficult job but they skillfully got us out saving us from having to wait hours for high tide.

Just after buying live bait in San Francisco Bay my motor died and the starter quit working. I used the TowBoatUS app and immediately received a call from Capt. Phil. He made sure we were anchored and everyone on board was safe. He gave me an eta and arrived much sooner than his eta. He was professional and quite personable. He wasted no time in getting us back to our slip in Alameda. He and his mate got the job done with very little communication, the sign of a great team. He gave us some good ideas to get repairs done at local businesses since we are not from the area. Capt. Today I was in a bad spot with my yacht . This company was assigned by my insurance company to tow me . Thank god is what I said to myself after it was all done . . I was not sure what was a head when I called . I am very thankful my insurance company uses this company. Clean equipment is the first thing you see , then we’ll manured and professionally and proficient experts come in and takeover , they don’t need to be told anything they do their job there polite and very hard-working. I couldn’t of asked Boat tow Us to do anything more . I am disabled and was injured and was told no worries we have this Jerry . It made me smile . There is not a better company out there I think. This place is great. All the necessities plus the wine selection in all the Carrefours is as affordable as it is wonderful. The French really haven’t a clue as to how badly they’ve been spoiled. If I spoke any French, I would want to get a job here.
Got hung up on a silt bar near San Rafael. Called and within 10-15 minutes we were being towed off. Guys knew exactly what they were doing. Friendly and confident. Professional all the way.
