My car was stolen and recovered by this tow company. CHP told me they had no release on my car. Rude guy that I’ve talked to twice told me I’d have to pay that “they always charge fees and people have to pay”. Called a little while ago to see if my car was still there and he acted like he was too busy to tell me. The Alameda location is not that big but it’s good though. People really aren’t worth a damn. If I could give a half a star I would.
These guys were amazing. My friend got in a scary accident just off of Coliseum Blvd on a Saturday night. The insurance company's tow truck never showed, and we were effectively stranded in Oakland and had to fend for ourselves.
Called a few tow companies, and it was clear from the start these guys knew how to provide professional service right from the start. Oscar helped us locate a body shop in SF that worked my friend's insurance, communicated well, arrived on time, and added some comfort/humor to what was otherwise a real bad night.
My friend called the body shop on Monday and the claim is underway.

My car was stolen and recovered by this company CHP never called me but I found out it was here I called and they were very rude. I was calling to get information about my car but the owner blocked my number so I couldn’t call anymore so now I have to call blocked. I will be filing a complaint because how can you run a business and act like that like your a child acting like you don’t have time for the customers it’s a small lot and when I went down there it was not any customers there so how are you that busy.
The police towed my car in perfect condition and with my personal belongings inside, when I picked up the car my back door handle was missing along with a Bape bag and other things. They are thieves and will destroy your property without any accountability
Needed to tow an old trailer to alco for recycling. Driver was very skilled, everything got loaded/winched up and securely fastened. Everything happened about as quickly as could be expected. Was quoted half the price of another tow company I asked for a quote. Would tow again.
