We had a wonderful experience with this company. We are on a vacation on our way home when our car got a flat tire. They were able to pick my family and I up in a timely manner. They were able to bring us to were we need to go. The guy who helped us was so kind and generous. Definitely recommend them 110%
Amazing, absolutely amazing. Ryan was so fast and kind. We had a camper that was stranded at Devil’s Den State Park because of a truck breakdown. Their team was there with 20 minutes of the call, helped with the camper pack up, and delivered the camper to its place and my wife and me to our ride. I can’t recommend these folks enough and will be keeping their number in my phone. Worth every dime. If you need it, call them.
Tyler came out to help my grandpa, Dan Fleming, get a tractor unstuck. He arrived within 30 minutes and got the job done quickly! He was so polite and respectful. They couldn’t say enough positive things about him. Thank you for your help, Tyler!

Highly, highly recommend. Had a difficult situation and they showed up in 15 minutes, flawlessly extracted my vehicle with no additional damage which I didn't think would be possible. I was thoroughly impressed by the expertise of the driver who apparently is the 4th generation involved in this business. I could not more highly recommend McKnight for extremely fast and expert help, not to mention they are a solid Christian family. I will never all anyone else for any towing and hauling I need.
Had a breakdown today. Called multiple towing companies, and McKnight's was the only one that could handle the large truck. They showed up faster than my Uber and gave me a ride in the huge tow truck.
My vehicle broke down on the side of 49. Called and they had someone out within 30 minutes even though it was after hours. The driver was extremely friendly and was able to transport my vehicle home for me without any issues. Awesome people and I would recommend them to anyone.
Been ran off the road by these drivers multiple times while having my kids in the car, I have called there office more than once, and they just say well why didn't you make a police report. Wow some people
Tyler with McKnight's came and moved our shipping container from behind The Bike Route. He did an exceptional job as he had to pick up the container and move it around a gas meter. He got it done and moved it to the new location and made sure it was level and operational before leaving. Not an easy job, but he made it look easy! Definitely recommend if needing to get a container moved.
Mrs.Mary and her team are absolutely AMAZING!! I was stuck on I-49 with the roads horribly iced over and they came and saved me with a smile. Customer service 10/10 . Shout out to Tyler and his partner for helping me in my time of need . You guys are unsung hero’s !

Friendly, courteous & helped me change a blown out tire. It costs a small fortune but I’d use their services again if necessary. I hope their services aren’t necessary the next time I visit NWA.

Tried to have these guys come pick up a car since 8am…. It’s 5;40 pm and every time I call, there’s a new excuse for why they aren’t here yet. Don’t waste your time nor money. If you really need someone out in west fork go to American towing. Thank you
We had McKnight's move a storage container on our property and were very happy with the service. They had to bring in a second truck to complete the work, but got it done right. We would definitely recommend them!

Although we had tried to work it out ourselves, it was really too big of a job and a total nightmare, but you came through for us and delivered the truck as promised. My grandson wrecked his car while dodging a deer on the freeway at 2 am, two nights ago. McKnight's towing towed his car early the next morning, approximately 6 hours after the accident, and then charged him $430.00 to get his car out of impound. He couldn't afford that so he ended up signing the title over to them. The law says you get 24 hours to deal with your car, not 6. This seems like legal robbery to me and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this towing company in the future.
These people are criminals. Over $400.00 and they towed my nephew's car only a couple miles. It was in their parking lot for less than 48 hours. Then when he couldn't pay it they made him sign over the title of his car. They have no moral compass. You would think during a pandemic where people are struggling just to keep a roof over their heads they would have a little compassion. It's sad and wrong.
I was traveling with horses on I-40 and had a tire blow out on the living quarter horse trailer. Spare tire was bad so had to get towed to Ft Smith to get new tires. A local tow company had the large tow trailer but wouldn't tow me. Mary at McKnight understood my situation was potentially dire because it was hot and I had horses in the trailer. The tow driver was excellent and he did a great job securing my truck and trailer on his trailer even though it put him alongside interstate traffic. He towed me to a tire dealer in Ft Smith so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. I appreciate their service, understanding, and professionalism. I hope to never need them again but I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.
