I had a flat tire on my motorcycle and they came out and rescued me and took me and the bike a hour away to get me back on the road u can never thank you enough for coming and getting me
I got my Skidsteer stuck, and needed a big wrecker. A track had jumped off its gear. Justin first came out with a HD pickup, but ended up getting the big wrecker. The price was very reasonable, and Justin is an all round nice guy. I would certainly use them again, but I also hope I don’t have to.
The more I think about the way the first driver treated me the madder I get. I was in an accident 8/15/25 in front of Walmart in Clinton. My vehicle was smaller and sustained more damage than the other. The officer asked if I needed a tow truck and I said yes. The other vehicle was full size pickup and fine other than a dent in the door and didn't need a tow. Mine was leaking coolant and had the fender pushed against the driver front tire. The officer had Justin's dispatched. When the driver arrived he kept trying to pull up to the other vehicle. I waved him down, he stopped backing up and looked at me and I pointed him to mine. He then proceeded to continue backing up to the other vehicle. I waved him down again and pointed again. He still continued to back to the other vehicle. Finally the third time he stopped when the officer who was standing to the side also pointed to my vehicle. He got out obviously irritated and asked which vehicle and if they needed a second truck. I told him he had been called for mine. His response was very rudely telling me, "you know you have to pay cash for this right?". I told him I had roadside assistance that covered towing and he informed me that wasn't how it worked I needed. Umm ok. That's fine. I asked how much and he still had an attitude said 45 just to load it and 5 a mile. 15 miles to my house so 110 from what I added to which he said that didnt include taxes which brought it to 135. I was like so you can't take a debit card at all? He said, "Umm well yeah but I'm going to be honest I've got other things I need to do and I'm calling you another driver". Which he did. I'm not one to say women are treated differently than men very often at all. Maybe it was because I wasn't driving a newer vehicle like the other people(man and woman) were. I don't know why he acted the way he did, however in this case I believe that if I had been a man instead of a single woman alone he wouldn't have had the gall to speak to me like he did. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one is because the second driver was great and didn't act irritated about having to do his job. The first driver may have been having a bad day I understand but that's no excuse. His attitude was completely uncalled for in an already stressful situation and he kept pushing cash and didn't ever mention any other form of payment until I asked specifically about a debit card and he even seemed irritated with that
My daughter had an accident 2 hours away from home and we had no idea where to have the car towed to. We got so lucky that Justin’s was the tow truck that responded!!! They were very helpful and easy to deal with even when our insurance wasn’t! The work they did on the car looks great and we were very pleased with the service.
Once again, another great experience at Justin’s Collision! Derick is hands-down the greatest — his attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to quality are truly unmatched. We broke down late at night just outside of Clinton. Our AAA service failed us, Randy a driver for Justin's picked us up and got us into town in under an hour. I cannot recommend this business enough! This exemplary service they provided us with restored my faith in humanity!!!
When I had to later contact Justin's Collision Repair (formerly Justin's Collision & Towing) in Clinton, Arkansas, to try and track down two large packages that had been removed from my vehicle's back seat, that they had towed (and had had in their possession for a few weeks) I was greeted with hostility and defensiveness from the female phone receptionist.
Long story short, I would never recommend anyone trusting this company with their vehicle and its contents, as I have never been returned my expensive packages. Not to mention the UNPROFESSIONAISM I experienced just trying to obtain information about my belongs' location, which I had every RIGHT to do, without the female phone receptionist going into some defensive mental meltdown. Especially when I, as the victim, was STILL quite polite, and never spoke in an accusatory matter toward her or the company. BUT NOW, after this woman's bizarre behavior and reaction, I definitely view her as SUSPECT.
I highly recommend these people they were very nice they let me get my possessions out the vehicle if you have to call somebody you should call them best choice in my opinion.
Repeat Deer strike customer. Good as new maybe even better. Negative reviews are from the impound lot and unfortunately for the complainers laws and rules must be followed regardless of personal feelings.

Towed my vehicle for Clinton P.D. When i got my car back I was missing several items! A subwoofer, my grandparents jewelry, sunglasses, chargers and a few other things as well! So who is it the police or the tow truck drivers that their manager says wears body cam an all of it was on film blah blah blah! I called to ask she told me I must have a problem with the police then! Very unprofessional just because I have a addiction don’t mean they can steal my belongings
They took my car in when it was stolen! An they won't give me my personal stuff back from it as that is all I wanting. They stole all my stuff out of it & I hope they get sick from wearing my stuff. My husband had corona an KNOW ALL OF YOU CAN HAVE THE DISEASE. Horrible service n I wouldnt recommend them to anyone....if you want your property that is in it!
This is the best collision repair place in North Central Arkansas... They pride themselves on perfection, and go to great measures to accomplish this..
They definitely did the job, and very timely, I found the price to be on the high end of going rate, but I'm not from the area. 4/5 I would for sure call them again, if I needed someone in this area.

I was in my first accident ever on the evening of Jan. 2, 2020 in Clinton, AR - 35 miles from my home, after being to see family for the holidays. The men on call at Justin's that p.m. were awesome!! After moving my totaled car to their lot, they also loaded all of my luggage/item's into a company truck & kindly drove me to my home that p.m.!!! I am beyond grateful for their efficiency & their kindness!!! I would highly recommend Justin's Collision Repair & Wrecker Svc to anyone needing their services!!
Just got my car back from Justin's collision repair. I have to say, they did an amazing job and went above and beyond! Even the inside of my car is spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair!!
Took them almost 4 months to get my truck back. Then the back up camera and backup lights didn't work when I finally got it back. Went in working fine. Came out totally non functional. Tried to make it up by ryno lining the bed for "free" gonna cost me $1000 to fix this. Very disappointing.
