Power steering line broke while we were traveling to Indiana. The store helped us find someone to repair line in another town. Great customer service.

Stopped in here while on a road trip. Had what we needed and the staff was friendly. Great location to the highway and standard O'Reilly as you would expect.

I needed new windshield wipers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also installed my wipers.

Paul, the ASM was friendly and got me checked out quickly and on my way. He was friendly with the other customers in the store answering their questions and helping them find what they needed.

No wait in line when I arrived, the employees were very nice and helpful, the prices were good.

The manager is great and helpful. But ask for the big guy with glasses. Nobody else knows anything.

The assent store manger Miranda is absoulty amazing and very knowlageable went above and beyond helping me and my husband, as well as an employee named Lloyd. Amazing people work here I hope both these delightful works get a raise and their costumer service skills are unbeatable.

Had battery put on they were quick about it but not too easy on the paint when they were trying to test battery and there battery tester didn't work so I just bought a battery

When people that work there and don't work there who will help you out when you need help or answer.

The manager and the employee really know there stuff. I had no clue what the part was called, I told the employee what the problem was and he jumped right on it like the car was his own car. I was very impressed. The manager came over to make sure the part was in stock. The employee was a new employee. I would recommend anyone that needs a part of any kind stop by this o'Reilly in Forest City Arkansas if your in the area. If I could give ten stars I would.
