My daughter and I got stranded 2 1/2 hours from home. They went nice and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend! They are wonderful.

My truck threw a debate message, but there was no apparent issue. I took it to White Motor Company, They found the problem was a sensor was bad, and fixed it very quickly. All of the people were very friendly and knowledgeable. And the cost was very reasonable. If I have any other problems in the future when in the area I will most definitely come back. Well worth it!!!

Grateful they were able to tow our car and provide safe transport for us and our kids in car seats from the side of the highway.

This was hands down one of the most frustrating and costly experiences I’ve ever had as a truck owner. I originally called White Motor Company Towing & Recovery because my semi truck broke down, and I was very clear that I needed to be towed to a diesel mechanic that specializes in semi trucks. Instead, without asking or informing me, the tow truck driver took my truck to their own shop, which very clearly does not specialize in semis. That decision alone started this entire disaster. They charged me $2,344 for a driveshaft repair, which is already outrageous, but what makes it worse is that they didn’t even order or replace the seal. I picked the truck up and the driveshaft was STILL leaking. Paying thousands of dollars for a repair that isn’t even complete is unacceptable. The mechanic, Terry, appeared to have little to no experience working on semi trucks, and the quality of the work reflected that. As if the mechanical issues weren’t bad enough, the front desk lady was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the process. Instead of clear communication or professionalism, I got attitude every time I asked about my truck, the timeline, or the charges. The truck was dropped off on Saturday, and I was repeatedly promised it would be done “soon.” That turned into days of waiting, and it wasn’t finished until Tuesday of the following week. During that time, my truck was sitting, I was losing loads, losing income, and falling behind, all while getting vague answers and excuses. This entire situation caused unnecessary downtime, stress, and financial loss. Poor workmanship, terrible communication, and zero accountability. If you’re an owner-operator or run a fleet, do not trust this company with your equipment. There are plenty of other shops that actually know how to work on semis and respect their customers — this is not one of them.

Batteries were dead on my truck and they were prompt. Probably the quickest service call I’ve had to date

A nice young gentleman came out to a graveyard to help us fix our trailer taillights. Turns out it was faulty wiring. Much appreciated, exceptional service!

Well, I got stuck in the mud, parking off the edge of a gravel lot (the 247). My rear tandems sunk pretty deep, and my drives were giving me no traction. Called WMCT&R, they sent Hunter out to pull me out. He was quick, friendly, professional, empathetic. He didn’t rush the job and yank me out to move on to their next client, he took his time and pulled me out slowly and smartly. Obviously, I hope to never need a towing service again, but if I do, and I’m in the area, I’ll be calling White’s again.

They had an amazing response time. And their driver Zack did extra good at caring to make sure that my camper made it safely to its destination. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price beat out the other the other tow company that my insurance company wanted buy $300. So I would say their towing is priced very reasonable.

Only reason I’m giving one star is because I was forced to! Tow truck driver was very unprofessional he removed all 4 of my axles frankly because of pure Laziness! Instead of towing me from behind like any other company would have done! On top of that they are extremely high $640 to tow me 4 miles just ridiculous! I was holding my peace until now! I’m not saying my truck was in perfect condition but after all the beating the driver did to my axles it’s causing problems! I will Never Ever Call on Whites Motor Towing Again! Hands down the worse I’ve ever seen! Period 💯

Got a flat tire on I-40 and car only had an emergency spare. Went to 4 different places and no one would repair or replace the tire. Stopped in at an auto parts store to see if they sold tires. They didn’t but a customer waiting asked me to look at the tire. He said he could fix it. I followed him to his shop, White Motor, and he removed the bolt, plugged the tire and sent us on our way. There are still good Samaritans still out there. Thank you Benji and the team at White Motor, amazing service and generosity.

I had a driver coming through Arkansas on I-40 who blew 2 airlines on his trailer when another semi had a blowout next to him. White Towing had them rolling again within an hour. I was blown away how fast they were! I don't know if their speed of service or their price and friendliness on the phone were better. It was 5 stars in EVERY AREA. Thank you!!!

Had a blowout on a uhaul trailer on I-40 in 100 degree heat hundreds of semis flying by at 70plus miles and hour and White Motor responded in minutes. From our first contact to arrival of the repair vehicle was less than 20 minutes and the owner called me to reassure me that help was going to arrive very shortly and it did. The young man was extremely courteous and made it his mission to get us back on the road. He assured me he would have us going in minutes and he was true to his word. He was pulling a jack and tools out before i could walk back to his truck. He was diligent and worked quickly and efficiently. He was lowering the trailer with a new wheel and tire installed faster than I could change a flat on my own vehicle. Great service, seems like really caring and focused people from first call to finish. I hope I never need their services again but if I do and I'm anywhere close to that area they are my first call. Towed our RV when many other towing companies declined or wanted to charge a lot more. Colton was the driver and took great care in the tow and was very friendly and helpful.

I had a wheel bearing break on my camper and was stuck on the side of I-40 for a few hours. These guys showed up as soon as they were dispatched, and they quickly had us moved to a safe spot off the highway. They went above and beyond to help me and I highly recommend them for their quality of service!

My wife and I were on our 38 year anniversary and traveling across country. we encountered so many Unbelievable problems every step of the way. The axle and wheel bearing on our travel trailer went out. as soon as White Motor company received the OK, they responded promptly. Not only was everyone friendly they were courteous and gave me tips on was to bring down the cost of repairs. I drove and picked up parts to help save money. The management immediately put several guys on the job and they completed by the end of the day.,. This is a reputable company that has been in business since 1936. This is a reputable family business the with integrity. I felt their prices were fair and accurate especially for quality work. I would highly recommend them

These guys are awesome. Had a driver that went exploring off-road in a loaded semi and they came to the rescue at midnight. I was expecting for a hefty bill but they were very reasonable. Not like some other crooked towing companies that want to rip you off.

I got my semi trailer stuck in a ditch, and I googled wrecker services and located these guys, I made the call and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and got me fixed up right away, they sent out Hunter and he was on the scene within 30 minutes! (I'd call that fast service) When he arrived he assessed the situation and made a determination of the safest way to extract my trailer... he hooked up his rig to mine and slide it out just as smooth as silk! I was very impressed by his great attitude, speedy work and effortless extraction of my trailer, I highly recommend White Motor Company & Towing! I'll definitely use them in the future if the need arises!

Our family was stranded on a weekend at the start of a 7 week trip and no towing company was able to help us out because of the size of our motor coach. (42 ft). Hunter and his dad called and asked a few questions and then came out and towed us to the mechanic in the area. They took great care of our rig and were kind and courteous and we would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs.

Lost a baring on my boat trailer at 10pm, 1600 miles from home ! The crew at whites came right out and got me! Had me back on the road the next day ! Cost me a fraction of what I expected! Can’t thank these guys and gals enough , they where a true blessing!!!

Five stars isn’t enough for the good folks at White. We were headed home to CA after visiting relatives on the East coast, pulling our brand new travel trailer. We had stopped for fuel about 35 miles west of Memphis and were just merging back onto I-40W when the front axle of the trailer separated from the rest of the suspension. (See pictures.) Fortunately, the trailer remained manageable. We limped down to the next exit and parked in a truly disgusting pullout, lots of trash and human waste. We called AAA only to be informed that the roadside assistance plan we had covered our truck but not the trailer. They did however give us the telephone number for White and that’s when things started getting better. After doing a little remote diagnosis via texted photos and phone calls, service manager Kendall sent driver Joey out to rescue us. He loaded our entire rig, F-250 and trailer together, onto the largest flat-bed tow truck I’ve ever seen and took us back to the White yard. It was of course Friday and well after dark by that time, so we were going to have to wait until Monday for parts and service. White let us stay in our trailer in their yard. Monday AM they put the whole trailer up on blocks, removed the suspension, and hauled it over to Custom Spring and Trailer in Memphis for repair. Both axles, all four leaf springs, and two shocks were irreparable and had to be replaced. Custom Spring got the parts and transferred the hubs and brakes onto the new axles by end of the day Tuesday. White picked it all up Wednesday AM and completed reassembly (working outdoors in the rain!) by end of the day. We were back on the road first thing Thursday. White did everything they could to get us back on the road as soon as possible and their prices were very reasonable. Kendall even suggested that I pay Custom Spring directly to save me his mark-up. All the White employees were not only knowledgeable but also friendly and cheerful the entire time. They did an excellent repair job and the trailer now actually handles much better than before. Apparently having the axles correctly attached makes a difference!
