Absolutely the best service with these men, very patient and considerate; I needed a rim for my tire after getting hit this morning. My $$ is low but these men came through for me! Thanking them so much!!!

Very accomodating but did misrepresent the condition of a part that I drove 2.5 hours to pickup. I could not use it in its' present condition, but they led me to another parts dealer about three more hours away, whom I am still waiting to hear from. Overall, I am very unhappy with my experience. The price was high also, based on the rusted confition of the body part.

Avoid this place at all cost… do not give this place opportunity to take your money. Paid $2700 for an engine with a 90 day warranty . The engine was no good. So I told them I wanted a refund. They told me there would be a 25% restocking fee on a bad motor. . It should not cost me money for them selling bad products.

This place has went to heck after Rick passed. Went out there and found a dash bezel piece from an old Chevy truck and took it to the front counter. The guy (didn’t talk very good English) said 50 bucks. I told him you can buy the same part online in excellent condition for 35 bucks with free shipping. Even told him I’d show him. He didn’t care about any of that. So I left the part on the counter in front of him and left. I won’t be back and will tell everyone I know to go over the bridge to Buds to get their parts. Rick had a good business when he had it. Now it’s an overprice trash pile.

Adam in the body shop does some INCREDIBLE work, and he does a few on the side. If you have a restoration project, CALL HIM. You won't be disappointed.

Great prices and the staff actually seem to care about helping you. They go above and beyond to provide info without even asking them. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good deal on used parts.

The guy answering calls has absolutely no knowledge of modern day cars. Ask way more questions and more clueless than these autopart store cashiers.

Called them and asked about a car they had listed online. Asked them over the phone to go look at it to make sure the door was intact. They said sure we'll go check and call you back. They never did. Decided to just go there. One hour drive. Get there. "Oh yeah I think it's over there" 500 ft away. Check over there. No it's not there. Go back inside. "Oh maybe it's over here." Nope not over there either. "Oh I guess it was crushed..." Oh thanks for wasting about 4 hrs of my life because you guys can't keep track of your inventory.

Rick’s was my Christmas Miracle! I came in December 22 without an appointment and they changed my battery for me. They were so sweet and courteous! Awesome experience!

I will definitely be back here next time I have trouble. My van broke down. After I got it to the shop, they cleaned up my battery cables and it started right up. They didn't charge me anything. Wonderful service

This place did an amazing job replacing my door, he took his time to make sure it was done correct and didn't overcharge me like the other places I called

My Subaru Impreza WRX went in because it was running hot. They said they could fix it. It took them 4 months to replace the motor. Got it out of the shop... It wouldn't go into any gear. Drive it 2 miles down the road and it is running hot again. I message them that the shifter is so loose it won't engage in any gear. It's wobbling on acceleration, and that's if I can force it into the right gear. You guys said you had driven it after replacing the motor, and it ran like "a bat out of hell." 2 months later, the 2nd engine arrives, but they drop it as they are repairing it, and that one "shatters into a thousand pieces." ... Wait a few more months for a new part to arrive. Meanwhile, they replace the radiator because that was suddenly the problem, and also put another engine in it, for a discounted 1/2 charge, instead of the full price they planned to charge. Get it back out of the shop- runs great for 5 miles. Hot again. I park it. My friend pops the hood. Right away, one hose isn't even long enough to make connection with where it needs to go. It's just unattached under the hood. As we investigate further, we discover none of the hoses have been changed, even though they were cracked and leaking and 20 years old. I bought them a bright purple hose kit for the 3rd go-round, so I could be sure they replaced the hoses. But, turns out, I kept my possession for too long parked in my driveway. They want more money to look under the hood and correct what they screwed up. Apparently, honest work for honest pay isn't in their company mission. They also lost the knob to my shifter and said I returned it to them like that. .... They towed it back to their shop btw. They search high and low to find the "last one on the continent," verbatim. Alas, I find my old gear shift knob under the seat. It was never missing. Someone at the shop just misplaced it, screwing around, then had the nerve to pretend they went above and beyond to replace yet another thing that didn't need replaced. When asked about why they left the hoses cracked, they said, "Why would we look at the hoses if we were replacing the motor?"

Would list a negative star if it was a option. Lousy communication i made a list an told Charlie what all needing to be done waiting 2 1/2 months an still not running did apologize though but vehicle should've been locked up if it wasn't getting worked on wasnt happy about my door being left open an hood popped open an my headlight hanging down an I told him not to leave battery unhooked that it would ruin the battery hope things turn around for the better the steering column wasn't wired up paid $200 for that and close to $200 for that an get it towed back to my house

Needed an ecm for my Nissan. 115$ This was a new one for me. The first one wasn't the right fit. In the businesses' defense, the information I gave them wasn't complete. Did not have the old ecm anymore, thought we were junk the car I just want to mention Tiffany who ordered and sent the part (both times) She was very helpful and assuring me that the part would not be sent out unless she was 100% and as promised it was the correct one...So thanks Tiffany!

Bought a Rack and pinion for my truck (electric power steering) from ricks. Had it installed and took it to the alignment shop and was told it was faulty and won’t last much longer. Talked to Matt and the lady at the front desk about it and he Allegedly ordered me another. He kept telling me stuff like “ they sent the wrong part this time” or “I had to order it from somewhere further away so it’s taking awhile “ then it was “ I ordered one and it’s on its way but fed ex has been dragging their feet and it hasn’t been delivered yet”. This is the run around I was given until the original 90 day warranty was up and then they said “ sorry Matt only works here part time and you are past your warranty period so there is nothing we can do to help you” would give them 0 stars if it was an option

Great! They were the only place around that had the glass I needed. Saved me a ton of money by not having to use my insurance. Was in and out. Friendly staff.

I had a good experience the first time. And not so good the second time. But nobody's perfect I will go back and Shop there. They have a lot of stuff for people on a budget. I hope they remember the budget thing the first time was a little pricey but I understand.

Everyone I worked with at Rick's are wonderful human beings-- good to their word professionals, very hard working (especially Tiffany and Adam - the Wizard of Art! ). Thank you for taking on my grim-looking vehicle restoration and bringing it back to life at a whole new level !!

Hello,I have bought several vehicles from Rick's and they stood behind the Volvo, Altima and Cadillac STS.my husband has had work done on his 03 Chevy avalanche Z71 and we were well please with the work they have done, the price Rick charge was very understandable and my husband like the work they do, they are very good on the prices on the work they do on the vehicles we have taken there. They are nice and will always work on our vehicle's. The mechanics and the crew there are very knowledgeable and easy to work with when it's comes to treating you right and doing the what is best for the customer.

Horrible customer service and absolutely poor business etiquette! Called for a part, given a time and price. Get there and told something entirely different and can hear one employee whispering to another “sale this one but tell him a hundred”. #1 know what you’re talking about when you say it. That is literally your business. #2 if you are going to be shady and liars at least do a better job at hiding it. It shouldn’t be hard, you can put the energy you’re not putting into being a decent human or business into being better crooks.

I ordered an inner fender from Dalton on October 15th and he charged my credit card $80. On October 25 I called him to get a tracking number because I had not seen it. He had no knowledge of the part until he found the invoice. He then apologized and said that he would get it shipped same day. I tell him we all make mistakes and just ask him to make sure that it ships. Today, October 28th, I call him again for a tracking number. Now he says the inner fender was broke during removal. Problem is he did not call me to notify me and or course did not give me a refund until I asked during the call. Perhaps a note book or a different method to handle open tickets may be a good idea for Dalton in the future.

The best yard around. They don't have a bunch of nonsense "rules", or admission fee. You simply go in, get what you need, pay and leave. I've been here many times. 5 stars.

Definitely the best place I’ve bought parts from for my 06 Honda Accord. Charlie always knows how to handle business and is very great with communication and doesn’t sugar coat anything. Would recommend Ricks to anyone looking for parts and mechanical work
