Come on LKQ need to raise your standards on truck drivers. Your driver had a whole fuel lane shut down at the loves (bass pro) littlerock arkansas for almost 40 mins had trucks blocked from getting to the other fuel lanes. The walked out empty handed and didn't even get fuel. 8:30am so lots of parking to go in and handle buisness with out blocking the fuel island truck number 242

I had to turn around the next day and go back. When they went to get the proper parts the counter man broke the new part and didn't tell me . I found out when I got home. It took hours of wasted time to get anything done. I would recommend you to
go on the internet because the parts are much cheaper and the quality couldn't be worse than keystone. They overcharged badly and used inferior parts. Buyer beware!!! Gary Norman

Well I had a good experience with them 2 years ago I called this morning looking for a rear end for my dodge Dakota and talk to Brandon ext.3214 he said they had it in Conway AR. Told me he would call me back for a time of pick up and to make sure it had drum brakes he left me hanging all dam day I will never use them again. Jeff hollis

I went three times in a month to this store, they did three consecutive mistakes with me. First, they always late to give a core refund. When I gave them a vist, they told me that no body ship the core back so I had to wait 10 days to get a refund. Second, they ordered a wrong item after waiting three days with promises that I would get it tomorrow. Third, after paying for the wrong item, they again did not ship it back and last 20 days to get 200 dollars back.
Horrible service. Ask for part told it would take 2 days for $105 plus tax. Asked if it was being ordered they repeated its on the door still if you pay today pick up in 2 days. Offered to pay today and I would remove the three bolts and plug. Same answer. Amazon next day shipping total price a hair under 77. In a world of overnight shipping and competition that can beat your rates by 20 to 25%. How do you plan on keeping the business of people who live where you are located.

Ordered a wheel from LKQ on Monday July 8. Wheel was supposed to at tire shop to replace the wheel that was cracked. It did not arrive. After being in the phone with them for over an hour they said will was missing. Here I am on vacation in Hot Springs, Arkansas with a flat tire and riding around on a spare for 5 days. They kept saying they couldn't find it and at one point one if there sales guys said that they were not telling me the truth. I am beyond furious!! Had to purchase another hotel room, which I should not have had to do. So now it is Thursday July 11,2019, and we are STILL WAITING. Called sales person and he said it left this morning at 8 from Bryant, Arkansas heading to Hot Springs. Bryant is about 40 miles away, does it take over 2 hours to arrive!!!?? It's 10:40 am and no wheel!! This situation has ruined my vacation. Management would not even speak with me. We are basically at there mercy, because we can't drive home, 250 miles, on a spare! The car is a 2011 Jaguar XF and I don't want spare to pop and have wreck. They should refund my hotel bill at the least. This is rediculous!
Every time i try to order parts from the bryant store a guy named phillip osbourne always tells me lkq cant get parts for an 03 tahoe in any aspect and refuses to help in any way, get more people like him if you want to continue to ruin a buisness
After an unfortunate incident with road debris I was able to order aftermarket parts for the grill of my older model vehicle. They were available within two days. Very reasonably priced to make an old car look good again. Super friendly staff ready to take care someone's aftermarket parts needs.
I got the part I was looking for at a great price, but the douchebag at the counter acted like it was the most inconvenient thing in the world to have to take 30 seconds to look up my order and forward me to the correct salesman.
