More than just a towing company, very personable people. They have been the most helpful garage I’ve been to. Honest and straight forward. Didn’t try to over charge me. Made the problem very clear and priced accordingly. I love these folks.
I would absolutely recommend Frailey's to anyone and everyone. My alternator went out on a Saturday several miles out of Pocahontas. I called Mr. Frailey and he came out and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me find a motel to stay in and fixed my car the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. The work was quick and extremely fair and affordable. I wish I lived in town so I could always use Frailey's.
Owner is a really great and nice guy. Wonderful mom too. Vehicle overheated cause of a cracked radiator, came and towed us 23 miles out and got it fixed up with us back on the road fairly quickly for what I would consider a great price. Highly recommended and thank you guys. Even fixed my wiper fluid sprayer. 👍
Done me fair so far. Have had them work on my dump truck several times. Awesome guys. Got an old dump and they had trouble finding a part but kept at and came through.
Randy Dillon and his crew went through my brake system with a fine tooth comb to reassure my safety and others safety. His pricing is very reasonable and if u don't have it he will work with you.
This auto repair shop was Godsent. We had no idea how we would be received, because we were black and traveling. Our vehicle broke down and not only did the tow truck driver help is by directing us to this shop but they were nice. Offered us free water and chips. They could've took advantage of us but they didn't. They were very welcoming, fixed the problem, charged us very reasonable and got us back on the road. We pray that God blessed them because they helped us. If we lived near by, we would definitely recommend them.
These guys are definitely the best people I’ve ever met. They took care of my motorcycle like royalty. They took the time for me to find the right solution to my issue while holding my bike at their location until I came to pick it up. They helped me strapped it out to secure it to the trailed back to Texas. You won’t find a better option, and price? The price was worth every penny, everyone involved from the driver Jim and Phillip, to the accountant were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. Thanks again, I have friends now to stop visit in Arkansas.
This is a good shop. My starter went out on my freightliner Columbia when parked at truck stop about a mile away from shop, they came out and tried a few things and had to order starter for next day, got me going in a couple hours and was fair priced
We own several, not new, everyday driver vehicles. They were courteous, professional & thorough. The Logan family has found a new garage for all its needs. No "crappy" 4 stars here lol.
Amazing service. Our car broke down on the highway and they towed us to their shop, dropped us off at a hotel, and took a look at the car in the morning. Couldn't ask for more. They were wonderful.

My daughter’s car broke down in the middle of 67. Nick and his team were on scene immediately to get us off the road and taken care of expeditiously. Without their immediate action and excellent service I don’t know what we would have done!
On a trip from Dennard Arkansas to Indiana when my Jeep suffered a seized brake caliper. Limped last 20 miles into Pocahontas Arkansas and was directed to Fraileys Garage by another repair shop. They immediately assigned a repair mechanic to assess situation and concluded was not a wheel bearing as I has thought but the brake caliper seizing. They called for for parts but one part had to be shipped overnight so ended up staying overnight. Fraileys transported me and my dogs to a local motel and then delivered my vehicle back to me the next morning ready to go. The service was superb, the costs of repairs was very surprisingly reasonable and was an extremely satisfying experience...except for one incident. My dog bit one of the workers on the arm strong enough to draw blood. For that to have happened was uncalled for and the young man has my deepest apology, yet Fraileys still treated me no differently. For that, the repairs, and just the general professionalism and courtisies shown 5 Stars needs a 6th to define the experience I had. Thank You Frailey's.

I had gotten my car stuck in my yard and in their off hours they came to my rescue. Fair pricing and competitive knowledge I would recommend this shop for all your automotive needs.
Stopped in cause we broke a spring hanger on our RV. It’s always stressful when you have mechanical issues hundreds of miles from home. They were so kind and called a welder to come fix it. Welder was great, the shop was wonderful, they allowed us to-work on the axel on-their lot. Can’t say enough how thankful we are to find this shop they had us back on the road in a few hours. Thank you very much for all your help.
These guys are the worst. They put a Turbo on my truck and turbo went out 2 days later and found out from shop that Frailey’s left the oil supply line kinked and staved the turbo from oil and cost me $10,300 outside of the $7,000 that they charged me. Sent them pictures and verification of invoice where shop notated that’s what caused the turbo to fail and owner Jim of Frailey’s said he will not warranty it. Will see them in court. The shop that found the oil line kinked sent oil sample off with TLG Peterbilt and no coolant was found in oil. And Cummins shop manager verified the kinked line that mechanic sent the picture of was indeed the oil supply line. Not to mention when my driver left Frailey’s shop he called and told me that the turbo was making a funny noise and it wasn’t pulling like before and I called Jim and told him less than an hour after driver who is 75 years old left his shop. Ain’t no way around it!! I Have photos and text messages and shop documents to prove it. Just want to make everyone aware of Frailey’s Natural State Garage business practices!

I called a couple shops because my car motor was ticking and no one had availability until I spoke with fraileys, they had me bring my car in, looked at it diagnosed the issues, they are very friendly people and explained everything so I could understand and got me on my way I will definitely be coming back here in the future. You guys are awesome!
My car decided to go in limp mode so I took it in to fraileys for a check up, of course it threw a bunch of codes but the fraileys team was able to figure out what was wrong and get it fixed within an hour and didn't over charge and when I brought my truck in to get fixed they figured it out and got it back on the road. I will definitely keep coming back the company and team are amazing and committed to making sure you get quality service. Highly recommend!!!!
Diagnosis 120$, Hook up to a computer 125$, 2 hrs labor service 250$, , service hour priority 100$, (everything was done in less than 2 hrs time) All is just one thing, but was separated differently, just to charge more money for nothing. When I ask why all this charges, ? They told me they will charge me more for talking too., really? Not a good place, not recommend to anyone. Too greedy.
Great job and service with replacement of our tired, sick, little engine! They can handle all your vehicle needs at REASONABLE cost.
They also do heavy vehicles like tractor trailers too!

We’re a small family owned trucking company from Laredo TX and one of our trucks broke down in Pocahontas AR. We came across Frailey’s and they were heaven sent. Great, honest, hardworking people who made sure to take care of us and made sure we had the parts we needed to fix our U joint. We were traveling from Laredo, Texas to Wisconsin when we ran into vehicle issues. A nightmare turned into a rather beautiful experience as soon as we got to Frailey's Garage. Honest, attentive & hardworking people run this garage. Although they ran into some issues trying to fix our tensioner, they did their best & made it happen! They got us back on the road in no time. Prices are very reasonable 10/10 would recommend.
I was traveling through from Illinois and the shield under the carriage of my car had dislodged and was dragging for over 30 miles . Luckily someone directed me to Fraidleys and at 4:45, just before closing, they cheerfully got my car up on the hoist and removed the panel for me. So nice, friendly and gentlemanly( I was a woman traveling by myself- that matters!). I’m sorry I’m not a local so I could go back.
