Twice these guys have come to my rescue, once coming back from Colorado to GA, and once from GA to Colorado in my small motorhome. Both times I was hanging on by a wing and a prayer with tires ready to blow and they handled it right away and got me back on the road...even allowing me to stay in my motorhome for the night at the shop until the tires they ordered came in. Honest and dependable! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
Broke down on a 6 hour trip at midnight , called them and he answered right away and set up for them to come get the vehicle. They were at my hotel at 8am grabbed my car and called me throughout the whole process. From towing to their shop, to communicating, to getting it tore down and the new part back in before 1pm is absolutely awesome. And they came and picked me up so I didn’t have to uber. This is what a locally owned business experience should be and as a business owner I am very happy with the experience.
It was an emergency however, I had to pay $250 for a tow that was very short. It may have been 16 miles at most. They also charged a 4% fee for paying with a card.
Cleo was fast friendly and excellent. Rick's auto proved that they are genuine good people because they went above and beyond what they needed to by towing my car to 2 different areas and being extremely patient with me as I made them wait while I acquired my funds. The service I was given was worth double what I had to pay. They really helped me in a big time of need.
Best towing company i ever used. We spun out on the highway during the winter storm and could barely make it down the road. We called rick as he was the closest to us, and he gave us his thoughts after hearing our problem, and the next morning we showed up and he gave us many options and all of his workers were very friendly! Rick has the sweetest soul and after hearing what we went through he decided to brave the weather himself and take us from Haven, AR all the way back to Stillwater, OK. If it weren’t for him we would have had to wait a long time for someone else to be brave enough to take us back home. Thank you Rick!
Rick is the best wrecker service I have ever had to hire to transload a broken down truck with my customer's gear on his trailer. The unit wound up being heavier than expected and I told Mr. Rick and he shifted gears and got the job done and even out the charge on his credit card being that the location would not let me pay over the phone. Hands down he went above and beyond from start to finish and traveled to do so on top of all of it. Highly suggest this company as I hope I never another driver break down in Arkansas but if I do I know who I will be calling first.
We travel full time in our rv. Our vehicle is a life line for us. Rick's crew was able to see us as soon as I called and had us back on the road within 2 hours. Can't say enough good things about this shop!!
On my way to a site for with my rental indicated low tire pressure. I tried adding air myself with no luck. I asked a man at a gas station for help and he turned away. I didn’t want to take a chance with the tire for another hour on the interstate. I called another wrecker service and they suggested Rick’s because they were out on a job. The folks at Rick’s helped me out and got me back on the road in time to make my meeting on time. It can be scary traveling along and having to stop in a small town but I’m thankful for the people in Hazen.
Rick and cleo have always taken care of any of my mechanical needs. They're great here. Whenever I use to work with the public I use to run into people traveling all the time and they ended up having some kind of automobile troubles and when asked, I'd send them to Rick's automotive and wrecker service in town or give them his number! Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly and they do anything they can to help you out! 5/5
Rick was available on Sunday afternoon and had a replacement tire. He educated me about age of tires mine were made 7 years ago. I was back on the road before dark. Safe at home!
Rick took a call while in Alabama, and sent Cleo to the rescue. Would give Cleo 10 stars if Google allowed it. Roadtripping to Texas with a pup in the car and popped a tire on a Saturday afternoon. He met us promptly and did everything he could do to get us safely and quickly on our way. Pricing was fair, he was so kind...they don't make them like that much anymore. Thank you Cleo and Rick for keeping us moving! Dublin and I appreciate you!
Rick saved me a couple weeks back when my motorcycle got a flat he towed me back and spent an hour of his time helping me get the tire back on the bike after they were closed. 10/10 made it back to Massachusetts
Last week my wife, daughter and I were on a trip from Texas to Connecticut. We had a flat tire in Hazen, AR. Rick was very professional and friendly. This was after normal hours so we assumed we would have to drive on the doughnut tire until the next morning. We asked Rick if he knew of anyplace that might still be open. He said that he thought he had the right tire in his shop and if we could wait 30 minutes he would go check. He came back about 30 minutes later with a new tire mounted and balanced and put it on our car quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. If I ever need anything auto related when passing through Hazen, I would definitely contact Rick. Thank you again, Rick. You were very much appreciated and a lifesaver.
We broke down on the middle of the night and these guys came to our rescue at 2 in the morning! Nicest people you'll ever meet! So thankful for Justice as well was the driver!
I called them from Texas because my father was broken down at the rest stop in Hazen. They got to him within 20 minutes, and he was on his way shortly after! Thank you so much! My dad can now make it to my sons first birthday party due to your help.
Rick and his team were very professional, friendly and timely. Came in off I40 needing a tire and they fixed me right up and got me back out on my excursion home to GA.
