Orielly needs to go back to hiring qualified people and giving them the training to do said job.
Truman Arkansas store is awful they may as well close it if they are gonna hire people who know nothing.
You need some parts you got the make and model know if it's a four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive know what engine they can find it on and if I don't have it in stock they'll have it the next morning
employee answered the business phone after he got off the phone you could tell he was very mad at the customer and took it out on us do not appreciate getting belittled by him tell them the lady beside me that she does not know what she's talking about and then telling me that part does not exist on my vehicle If I could I'd write it below zero I would much rather go all the way up to Paragould or Jonesboro to get my parts
Very knowledgeable assistant manager friendly, helpful, reasonable prices.. I told him what I needed and then I went and got other stuff while he was getting my parts.
Needed a tool that I would probably wouldn't use again that was a lot of money for one time use. But luckily thay rented me one. It was $160.00
To rent . Got every dime back when I returned it. That's alright in my book.
To busy answering phone instead of taking care of a cash paying customer.. The parts couriers are great!! One nice lady even stopped an helped me with when I ran out of gas(gas hand didn't work)
Used the store numerous times, and in my past experience they were friendly and fast! extremely willing to search for the best price. I called today, and “Nancy” was very dry, not mean or rude, but didn’t offer to go the extra mile I’m used to. I inquired about a part, she told me a price and I asked if there were any lower and she simply said “no”. She didn’t look at her online or ordering options to see that same part was half the price she originally quoted me from a different manufacturer. Could definitely use a customer service boost.
Ok auto parts store , guys try to help , sometimes they lack knowledge but they still try , merchandise is overpriced as any local store but if u need parts in a hurry they'll try to get it for you by next day most of the times
They is not much you can say about chain stores. They are all the same. With that said I visit this store about once a week. They are open on Sundays, always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
They know their stuff. Always quick to ask you if you need assistance in finding something. If you aren't sure of the part. They take time to check it for you.
