If I could give this place 100 stars I would! We spent a weekend here and as we were getting ready for a long drive home, our vehicle wouldn't crank. I made a call here, they were very friendly and responsive. The mechanic immediately bought a battery and met us at a cabin on the middle of the woods and took 10 mins tops to help. Literally A++++. Thank you!!

Awesome service! We were visiting from Wisconsin and our truck broke down. Castle came to the lodge we were staying at and picked up our truck and had it fixed quickly!!! Very friendly and accommodating service! Highly recommend! Fair price and cute pup that greets you when you arrive!!!

If you need emergency repairs on your truck while stranded anywhere near Murfreesboro - THIS IS THE CREW TO CALL!! I can't recommend this Diesel shop highly enough at only '5 stars' - they were LIFESAVERS! We towed our camper to see the 2024 Eclipse at Parker Creek campground near Murfreesboro. When the eclipse was over and it was time to go home, I got into my 2017 Ford F250 and started it up, then... nothing. My truck would not move. My transmission was dry. The park rangers delivered 2 quarts of ATF fluid to help me out, but it literally went straight through to the ground. It was around 4pm when I finally managed to get cell service and call. Jared told me he didn't have a tow truck available that late, "but hang tight - I'll see what I can do." Cell service was non-existent at Parker Creek, so he didn't call back. Instead, one of his friends rolled up. "I have a message from Jared. He can't get you tonight, but he'll be here with a tow first thing in the morning. In the meantime, is there anything you need? Can I give you a ride into town for groceries or anything?" WOW! Jared, his wife (sorry, you probably told me your name but I forget), and Ronnie were all wonderful folks who offered repeatedly to help us with whatever our stranded selves needed during our breakdown crisis. As promised, they were there early the next morning to tow my truck. He diagnosed my problem quickly - ruptured transmission coolant lines - and ordered parts from a supplier in a distant town. But with Murfreesboro being so tiny and remote, his wife was going to that town on her own business, so he would have her pick the parts up on her travels so I wouldn't be charged or have to wait for extra shipping. I had my truck delivered back to me almost exactly 48 hours from the time it was towed away. The cost was more than reasonable, and the job was professionally done with no issues whatsoever on the long haul back home to Alabama. THANK YOU everyone at Castle Repair (including your 'parts runner' wife!) You guys ROCK!

This is probably going to be a weird statement as we had a fulfilled trip, but these guys were the highlight. We traveled 13 hours into town with three vehicles, and 20 minutes from our destination one of the vehicles broke a strut. Well of course we thought out of town and going into a weekend our plans would be ruined, so we resigned ourselves to a probable flop of a trip and started calling around. We were getting just what we expected until a friendly voice on the phone said "well hold on let me get my boss". Wow just wow. I would have thought these folks were long lost family members. With a tow and much reassurance, we got on with vacationing while they fixed up the truck for a better than fair price while working their weekend. Crazy but true. You could clearly see they weren't hurting for business, but just genuinely good people that were willing to help a few strangers in desperate need. I won't go into details, but my sons truck was towed and both struts picked up from a different city and installed on Saturday of Easter weekend for what I have researched should have been close to double what we were charged.

I regret being so late with a raving review for this company. In June of 2023 our 34' motor home broke down and it was towed to Castle's Repair, we feared the worst and received the BEST! Their kindness and professionalism is second to NONE, we can't thank or recommend them enough!

We are campground hosting at Crater of Diamonds state park. One of the guests here had a problem with his truck. Castle Repair came to the park and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. They even went so far as to recommend that he have to hauled to a dealer, because the dealer could get the computer module sooner and he could be on his way back home quicker. The guest was very happy As the result, I took my Ram diesel truck to Castle Repair for some service work. Jared and his guys did an excellent job and his price was very reasonable. This is certainly a good to place for any auto repair. Thanks Jared and Company

These people were amazing. Their business is semi-truck repair, but I had something wrong with my breaks suddenly & had my grand kids with me. I went to a parts store in Murfreesboro, AR because their website said they also did repairs. When I got there they said they did not do repairs & sent me to Castle Repair Shop. My heart dropped when I realized they worked on semis since there is no other auto repair shop around for miles. The owner (I believe) told me that a bolt was missing on one of my calipers. He looked around his shop for the right size to repair it....no luck. He drove to town to find one....no luck. He called someone in a neighboring town & they delivered it within 30 minutes. The whole time we were waiting, we were wondering around outside & in the bay where my car was, they were very hospitable. Also, they squeezed the job right in. I was so grateful that they were there. AND.... there was no price gouging (because they WERE the only place around that could fix it). Thank you all. I am ever so grateful for your kind, hospitable service. You saved the day for my grandkids.

We broke down right outside Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro. Police officer stop to check on us and suggested Jared Merkle at Castle Repair. Jared came to our location and was able to get our Ford F250 diesel started. My husband was very impressed with Jared. We were able to tow our camper to the state park. Dropped off the camper and drove the truck to the shop.

I'm from Michigan. Had a problem with my 1998 Dodge diesel before I left in March. Took it to the dodge dealer there. Said they fixed it. Left the next day. They didn't fix it. Serious lack of power. Couldn't figure it out. Took it to Castle Repair,, diagnosed it, turbo charger shot. Got a great deal on a used one. Highly recommend the years of knowledge at that shop.
