Everything over priced .they want 85 for a universal joint an auto zone had the exact same one for 43

Very poor sell wrong part's ad act like the didn't. Said had to bring back for a core charge wasn't right.dont know where he got his training.

My favorite auto store is O'Reilly's. Employes are trained well & informed of items in stock & to be ordered & Friendly too!

Came in looking for parts for my vehicle with the old parts and exchanged them for a reasonable price and took their time to help match the proper part to make sure I didn't have to come back for a second trip.

Instead of telling me they didn't have a distributor cap for my vehicle they sold me a random one just so I could jump through hoops to return it and get a refund. The cashiers clearly only know how to operate the register and nothing about the parts they sell

Needed a new battery. They recommended an affordable replacement and were nice enough to put it in. I'll be sure to come back for any car part needs.

THEY HAVE THE BEST COFFEE, AND. I LOVED THEIR BAKED POTATO SALAD, THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY

I was the only one in the store when I asked them for what I was looking for . The phone rang and the service guy got tied up trying to figure out what the guy was looking for . Another person walked in the two service guys switched places to see if he could figure out what the phone guy wanted all along I have my card out and what I am going to buy is on the counter . before the other guy was done with their purchase at the counter another person came in . I am still waiting at the phone guy . so they ended up helping two people that walked in after me. while I am still looking at what I was going to buy on the counter so I said I am going to AutoZone have a nice night..

Had to exchange the first part I was sold because of an unasked questions about the vehicle. Also I was notified they no longer sell thermal paste.

If you need hydraulic hoses its a hit or miss.. the only one that knows how to make them is the blonde girl. She is very good at it but apperently none of the others will learn how to make them. They are easy ...real easy...I even offered to make my own but nope. Only on kid working on a saturday and he looked lost. I was willing to pay their inflated price for hoses... 3 of them and long ones too...but down until Monday it looks like. Look there are people working on Saturdays that could need hoses ,especially during hay season. Manager is not doing his job.. train your employees!

They helped us find what we needed and we will go back again.
