Do Not Buy From Camden. I bought a 2015 Ford Focus and the past two months the PowerShif Transmission has gave me and my family issues..Car would shutter and even SHUT OFF!! In the Middle of the Highway 5 times. Almost got rear ended several times. The dealership said that's a recall Ford has to deal with and then Ford said the recall expired. Their repo man Henry Kelly has a bad attitude and toes cars. He took it upon his self to tow my car that broke down claimed it was on Landowners Property when it's a City Street. Car Mart claims they wanna sue me since they got the car back and I quit paying it. It's broken and not driveable. Do yourself a favor and do not buy at America's CarMart. They said Peace of Mind but with them you have Trouble and their so Called Collectons Agent Ky Cotton has a Smart Hateful Attitude. Most of the staff there not all. Save that money and go somewhere else

Started in Magnolia at that store and transferred to Camden, glad I did, at least I don't get lied to here!!

Sold me a vehicle that had problems from the beginning. Lost my job due to the vehicle breaking down in the middle of the interstate and was almost hit by a big truck. And that was just a week of having the vehicle. They asked me 2x to bring the vehicle back so the handyman down the road could fix it. Battery cable was loose and wouldn’t stay on. The car would shake, die and come back on repeatedly … every 2-3 minutes. Once the handyman completed his job the second time … the vehicle stopped working completely! You can tell them your problems with the vehicle and they’ll just ignore you.

The sales team was very open and helpful. They will make sure you get the best deal they can offer and work with you on your vehicle after your purchase. They go above and beyond. Everyone I met up there was pleasant and helpful.
