I’m here to UPDATE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW; This place is a SCAM. I took my vehicle here and my car was done within 4 hours. $496 later, and he claimed to have fixed my wiring issue and I was all good. WRONG- here I am with my car in the shop a month later. Same issue again, but I called and said “didn’t you repair it” And now they’re claiming to have fixed it “enough for me to drive it but it has a much more expensive issue.” NOBODY TOLD ME THAT. But here’s the catch. I took it to another shop, Edward’s Automotive Repair on the airbase, much better. Repaired and only about $260. For one bad wire. ONE. Don’t trust these people. Their shop is a mess, and nothing professional about it. Just a huge scam here. DONT do it. Take my experience for example.

I’m a truck driver in Canada and I want to warn you about this place — never go there. The place is completely messed up. They don’t even have the proper tools for trucks, not even for something simple like changing a hub seal. The woman there was charging me $317 plus tax, even though the real cost should only be around $50 plus half an hour of labor. On top of that, they don’t have proper parking for trucks, and you can’t even turn your truck around inside. The woman running the place is crazy. I strongly suggest you never go there. Thank God I called the police, but even then I still had to pay her a lot of money. I should have ask her before start the job but it’s okay god is watching

I just want to say, this was the most positive experience I have ever had with an auto repair. Nobody is excited to have to get their vehicle fixed but Wendy and Jerry took amazing care of me. They towed my car around noon and my car was ready and completely re-wired by 4:30pm. And the cost was super fair! I now know a place I can trust tremendously with my vehicle when there’s a problem. Don’t hesitate with using Glen Rays Repair!! Just DO IT!

I had a very good experience with glen ray's and a and j towing. Long story short there the only shop that could ream out king pins. Also fixed everything else with my front end . And they did not stop until the job was done. I told them I was stranded and needed to get back on the road.. they answered. From bent tie rod bar. New tie rods. Drag link. And king pin set. Also wheel alignment.. oh and fixed my light and blinker so I could drive at night. The old tire exploded at 65 mph. Very scary. As a mechanic for over 10 years in Minnesota. These guys rock. Also very reasonable for price. Way cheaper than other places in blytheville. Honestly I can't say enough. Just made safe to Florida from Minnesota. They saved me.. thanks .....

Regarding the previous response on the truck. I am well aware that the truck isn't mine, But that doesn't mean that my personal things were inside a truck i drove, Also when i left after you guys had told us that the truck was going to be ready i took my clothes and that's all because i had to go to the airport so ALL my personal tools were left inside the truck. Maybe you want to check your cameras in your shop the day i took my things back in May 16 and 17th and i was told by your employees that you guys had an employee that was stealing tools and you fired the guy. And the owner isn't happy at all. Lies after lies.

Dropped off a pickup truck there for repairs and the owner of the truck hasn't picked up the truck for a while now, So someone in their shop decided that it was OK to go in the truck and steal the most expensive tools out the truck and shoes 🤦‍♂️. Very disappointed because i thought they were honest people......DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR TAKE ALL YOUR BELONGINGS OUT!!!!

I am a truck driver from Canada I will tell the truth it was a very bad experience for me as a truck driver even though I did not pay the money but the company paid $1097 they are lying when they say they are truck mechanics they increased the fault in the truck and still detained me I asked them to at least fix the fault but they did not bother I advise all trucks not to go to them Even the stars you see in the comments are from their friends and not an evaluation from people who have had an experience with them. Just a heads up the place they are in is completely deserted and they don't have any truck repair tools thank god i got my truck fixed at the love station near them

Glen Ray's was a lifesaver! They quickly responded to my roadside emergency and efficiently fixed my flat tire. Their friendly and helpful service made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend them for any towing or repair needs.👍👍

A God send to us ... We broke down coming back from Jonesboro, 2nd day here we just moved. I called Ms. Wendy and she got the ball rolling, he was there with the tow truck with in 15 min. Gave us a ride to their shop. She took us back to the hotel that night and also picked us up to get our car. Had the car ready in less than 24 hours. Plus don't charge an arm and a leg. Best costumer service ever, both of them talked with us about school district and neighborhoods. It was a lovely experience they have all our business as long as we live here..

Showed up immediately. Was in great spirits even though he had a few more people to service in the heat. After we were 1.5 hours back on the road, he called us to see that everything was okay. I highly recommend this hardworking business owner! Thank you so much Glen Ray!

Arrived, change my tire, check the tire for damage, and loaded it into my car oh before the ETA time of 30 minutes was ever reached! Fast, efficient, and respectful customer service all the way!

Mr. Glen literally saved our road trip. We had a packed car with two cats and a dog. We blew a tire in the middle of the night and he was there within half an hour. He would’ve been there sooner if our insurance company was better at communicating LOL. He was attentive and courteous in every single way. He made us feel comfortable through each step of the process and went the extra mile LITERALLY. Mr. Glen is truly a remarkable person and I’m so thankful for him and his company.

Amazing staff! Extremely helpful! We were driving from New Orleans on our way to Minnesota when we got a flat tire. John understood that we wanted to get home so he tried everything in his power to make that happen. Unfortunately, the tire had other ideas but they made it right and for that, I will be forever greatful.

My pickup broke down south of Blytheville and I was referred to Glen Rays for towing and repair. It took a day for parts to arrive and as soon as they were in, they got the truck fixed at a very fair price and had me on my way. I’m very happy with the way I was treated.

Talk about clutch. Major shoutout to Wendy Ray and Mr. Barry for saving me. My car was on 11% and I needed to get to a charging station. Called AAA I thought but instead it was tow guys (beware ) tow guys told me this station was a match for my car. When Mr. Barry arrived he explained that he went through this the other day and that’s not a charging station. Also Wendy notified Tow Guys before hand that this was not a charging station. Tow guys never told me her doubta instead charged my card $554 for 40 miles. Upon arrival we noticed it didn’t fit. Tow Guys triedn to charge my card again. Don’t know Wendy never met her, but she had my back from that very moment. Told me not to worry about paying her that they would take me to Dyersburg. Could you imagine if they would’ve left me there. No business around or nearby no gas stations, food places. I couldn’t keep the car running be it’s no more power. What was I gonna do? Barry called up Wendy and asked her what to do. She informed him to take me 50 miles further to the charging station free of charge because she could t imagine leaving me out in the middle of no where. I don’t even know these people why would they be so nice to me? Miss County wasn’t compatible. Wendy could’ve left me there, but she didn’t please if you end up in my situation please go directly through Glen Rays towing! Do not I repeat do not go through Tow Guys

Just in these last two days they've been the most help I’ve ever received. The mechanic fix my friend truck twice. We broke down the second time in Missouri and then we called the mechanic for help and he drove a hour to fix the truck when it was out of his way. Then, he checked the truck to see if anything else was wrong. If you need a repair or someone to look at your car this is the place to go. Everyone was kind hearted and caring and the owner was so nice and respectful. If I can give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Mrs. Wendy and John for everything you guys have done for the past two days.

She was very understanding to my lack of knowledge about cars. Her team got right to my vehicle the exact same day I had it towed to them. She is very patient and will outweigh all of the issues on your vehicle to let you know what exactly is wrong. Even after they fixed my car, she told me how to keep it up. She told which oil is best for my vehicle and how often I need to check my fluids… So very thankful

Glen Ray's Towing and Recovery is the best. I'm from. Michigan. I drive a semi truck. Owner Wendy and her son came to my rescue fast. The Semi ran out of fuel on the NB I-55 ramp @ exit 63. The gage needle read half fuel but the tanks were empty. Wendy's son did a great job getting the truck running. They both are knowledgeable and professional. If you have a problem call them first.

Absolutely wonderful service! The owner was understanding and respectful and the mechanic was detail oriented and made sure our repairs were done correctly! Recommending to everyone I know who needs work done on their vehicles! Thank y’all so much!!

It is 5:41AM January 18, 2024 I called the number provided by my insurance company because I ran out of gas. Dodge’s in Blytheville has no gas and I was trying to make it to Osceola and my vehicle quit before I could. I called the number provided and a lady answered. She seemed irritated when she said hello. I POLITELY spoke to her and told her I was in need of gas and that I was on I55 south. She hung up. I called back and it went directly to voicemail. Because I have an alternate number I called from that number and the call was answered. She blocked me and I can’t tell you the reason at all. It is currently 22° with a windshield of 12°. I would never in life refer them to anyone based off of the interaction with whomever the lady was who answered the phone.

Ms. Wendy is the boom!!!!! the entire company is great they work hard at making sure the customer is satisficed in every way shape from and fashion. She made sure that the employees went up above and beyond what they need to do. Great place for a fix and friendly indeed. Thanks so much Wendi.

Look, if you're reading, it is probably because you're looking for help in northeastern Arkansas. Your search is over. I was over at Nucor Steel and blew a couple of airbags on my trailer. These guys came out to fix it after hours. So they committed to fixing it first thing in the morning, and that's exactly what they did. The pricing was very competitive. Too many companies will take advantage of a stranded trucker. Not these guys. Good, quick work at a reason price. God bless America.

My truck broke down in Arkansas. Best place to reach out. Mrs Glen was the one who handled everything. She was very supportive and charged me very reasonable price. She was very helpful and her mechanic was quick. It was a very pleasant experience on the Road. I positively recommend her.

On a Sunday morning my girlfriends vehicle broke down in Blytheville AR. We needed to get her car towed back to a dealership in north Mississippi. We called Glen Ray's towing and Wendy had a tow truck driver helping us in no time at all. She is kind and very professional. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership (on a Sunday) the driver took a picture, it was sent to us. It gave us peace of mind knowing the vehicle was where we needed it to be. This place was a life saver! I had a blowout while driving on I-55 in between joiner and turrell. So I have roadside assistance through nationwide. I called them immediately and after talking to 5 individuals, they said they couldn’t find a wrecker to come out so late at night. I started calling places and after the 4th one these guys answered and sent a wrecker within 45 mins. Very professional and timely!! Would recommend!
