Staff of clueless best help Minimum wage can buy but this location has gotten better at being able to order parts. Use to be if they didn't have and mnt home or harrison didn't if you when to mnt home or harrison usually next day order Flippin use to be 3 days from Springfield mo. Recommend Flippin auto or just drive to mnt home or harrison. Management will argue with you that they order the right part when they didn't

Called to do a price check but when I got there price was a whole lot more. Ordered from Amazon for approximately $300 less.

Went in looking for a bulb and the guy made sure my old bulb matched up perfectly before charging me

I had bought windshield wiper blades, I don't think they put on right, bc they collided and it bent one side of wiper blades.

Very, very helpful employees who are more than willing to go the extra mile for there customer.

This O'Reilly location is one of the Best. Usually not very busy due to the small area. Great employee's working here. Very clean well kept establishment!!!!

They test my battery and sold me a new one and put it in, less than 20 minutes. On a Saturday. It was great.

If you're looking to get exactly what you want for your car with good customer service it is the place to go.

Website says parts are in stock but when you get there you discover that you must order them ahead of time and then they will get them delivered a few days later. Don't order on the weekend and expect your parts on Monday - they don't deliver parts on Mondays.

Got good selection, always available staff to help, Nationwide returns available and point system

Great store, usually has everything you need. If not, your parts can be delivered next morning, unless its special order on some cases.

Gave me the wrong part at first for my 4 x 4 but when I went back inside the store manager took care of me personally to make sure I got the correct part.

Auto parts store. No matter which one you shop at prices even out. At this Flippin, AR location I haven't had any incompetent cashiers that were lost in my queries. So that's a big plus.

Great service, very helpful employees. Looked up parts for me & helped locate items i was looking for.

They hooked the jumper cables backwards and fried a fuse, had to get towed to my repair guy. 300$ repair bill plus a new battery that I didn't need. Definitely returning to auto zone for any future needs.

The store on hwy 62 is friendlier and more helpful than the o'rileys on main. The one on Main street gets 1 star.

The people who work there are very educated in auto parts and try hard to help you. They do seem to act that they know more than you which is a down fall. In their defense though, most of the time they probably do.
