After hitting a HUGE pothole on I-40 my front left tire started losing pressure. Fortunately, I was able to get to the hotel where I was staying before the rim was resting on the pavement. I was told about Rich's Wrecker Service and to give them a call. I spoke with George, who is very friendly, professional, and kind. George came out to the Hampton Inn where I was staying in Lonoke and changed out the blown tire on my RAM 1500 in pouring down rain! He had the job done in short order at a very reasonable cost and was very friendly to talk with. Family owned. Friendly. Understanding. Prompt. I had two blowouts on I40 due to a severe pothole, and decided to use my insurance coverage for roadside assistance. After sitting around with no luck for them finding a tow truck, I decided to call and get my own tow truck. I called 2 companies before I called Rich’s. My call was answered promptly and the tow truck was there in 30 minutes. I did feel bad because it was late and I disturbed the drivers sleep. He moved me a mile and a half to the town of Lonoke. I wasn’t able to pay with my card so he took me to a ATM. Being from out of town my card was locked and I would have to wait til the next morning to get that situation rectified. I offered my keys for him to keep so that it here was a mutual understanding that I wasn’t going anywhere without paying. The next morning I went to pay and met with the brother, who I assume was the owner, he too was very friendly and informative. If I ever need a tow or repair work for that matter I’ll always keep these people in mind.
I've used them three times since moving to Lonoke, and haven't regretted it. Once to pull my wife out of the ditch and two other times to bring her car home and then to the dealership when I couldn't fix it.
Rates are reasonable and the service is friendly.
Not a very good place to take your vehicle because it probably will be sitting there for at least two months they are not speedy they blame the customer for their problems and they say they have 24 Hour road service and it’s not 24/7 They take shortcuts and vehicles returned and they just rig them together really really unprofessional would rather call andy's or east end towing instead
Traveling when I noticed a fluid leak. It took a bit to pinpoint exactly where the leak was located but I was able to narrow it down to the top radiator hose Y assembly. I called Rich's and they immediatly knew what I was talking about. I arrived at their shop and was told they could fix it TODAY. They had to wait on the part to arrive so they drove me back to the Hotel AND picked me up when the truck was repaired. The hotel is about 2 miles away. Where we live in Pine Island Florida (SW Florida) there is a shop that I take all my auto repair needs to. Riches reminds of the shop "back home". For all you fellow travelers coming through the Lonoke Arkansas area and find yourself needing an auto repair service, do yourself a big favor and call Rich's.
we are hauling a travel trailer from Colorado. we have two forms of roadside assistance. both failed us after many hours of promises. one call to George and in 15 minutes he was helping us. our luck wasnt good as after he fixed one tire we rolled out and blew another. George had stayed behind us and pulled over with us. its late at night and he found us trailer tires and followed us to motel. he had no obligation to help my family that way but he did!!!! hope no one has this problem but if you’re in need call these guys!!!!! thanks George!

Large garage, fully stocked, looks like they can fix anything, Honest, helpful, they took us in just a few minutes before closing, scanned our van, gave us the bad news ? but still, did all they could to help us. Father an son, good people.

These guys (in my opinion) are not doing good business. My property was kept here and when I finally got it back I was missing about $1000 worth of milwaukee tools/batteries, a LG stylo cell phone, all my silver jewelry, and my deceased Mothers bamboo trunk! I was under the impression it would be kept safe but it ended up being quite the opposite! Dont trust these people with anything!!!!!
I had a very bad experience with them. My Truck broke down ten miles from Petro Truck stop. U join broke and the couldn't fix on the side of the road, so I asked the tow guy how much it would cost to tow it 10 miles. He said ruffly about from $350 up to $ 550 depending on the job. It took him three hours to remove the u join and I hate to come out the Truck to see what going on it taking so long. I realize the tires to get the u join out with out taking the u join cup out so I had to hate the cup out and the u join got out and he got the drive line out and then tow as ten miles to Petro with me and co drive in the Truck. Wants we got to Petro Truck stop, he bills as $1062.00 dollars. I ask him to explain. He told me that the boss told him to bill as that if we didn't pay he will tow my Truck to there shop. So I asked how much is it to tow per mile and he said it $3.50 per mile, so how did you come up with $1062.00 he couldn't explain and told me to pay or get tow to there shop.
Next time any body get tow please let them tell you the how much it'll cost before there start the job or you'll be taken average of.
Hands down the best tow service on this side of mississippi!!! Amazing family that owns it, takes very good care of your vehicle and works with you in order for you to get your vehicle back! There not trying to keep your vehicle just to charge u an arm n leg to get out impound! They also fix vehicles and very good at that as well!!!
Went above and beyond expectations. Tried to help me out in a time of need and although we were unsuccessful in our efforts; it was not from a lack of trying. Don offered professional and knowledgeable experience and I would happily recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

This place maybe the most nicest place ever. Professional and friendly people, they helped out a lot when we’re just trying to get home for the holidays and husband and I are active military. This place is a blessing in disguise for their service.
One of the employees was very thoughtful an noticed my boyfriend testing the exhaust for the temperature to see if my converter was not working properly. An he was nice enough to tell us that he needed to check under the car from the exhaust. I just want to say it's very important to thank the young man I didn't get his name but I just think it's awesome when someone like this young man reaches out , when he could have just walked by. These guys are fantastic. I had a tire go down yesterday and called them today after getting a room called in the morning came right out and fix my tire and even got me what i needed for the rest of my tires on my lexus. Definitely recommend these guys when anyone comes through Lonoke AR

The Rich family has been working on vehicles and running tows for broken down or wrecked vehicles for a long time in Lonoke. This is a 2nd generation Garage/ Wrecker Service.
Started by Mr. Martin and his wife, Dorothy Rich several decades ago. Then their sons joined in to the business, taking it over. George, Steve and Jake, their sons, now run the garage business and Wrecker service.
These are the really tall guys with the big smiles and the joking sense of humor that you will see first upon arriving at the garage-- unless they have their heads stuck under a hood!
One great thing about the Rich's Wrecker Service, is that one of their wreckers is a big, honking, flatbed machine with a wench at the front of the tilt-down bed!
Instead of having your car's back tires-- or what's left of one-- and the rim, getting even more damaged by being towed by a conventional Wrecker with your front hooked up in the air and back axle/ wheels on the road, you have your whole car strapped down securely on the flatbed Wrecker! I was so happy to see George and his enormous rig roll up and stop in front of our car out on I-40 on a hot day last August! I was not able to walk home, much less in that heat!
Now, I will have to admit that a group of photos of me being helped up into the cab of this humongous Wrecker by my husband... uh... pushing me up by the posterior... would definitely help to demonstrate the size of the Wrecker. As well as, how much laughing and crying I was doing at how ridiculous I felt at having to need an extension ladder to get up in the cab!
The view from the cab is AWESOME!! It's very cool to look down on all the other drivers!
George dropped our car off at the garage in town where a new tire was put on in about 30 minutes at Lonoke Tire and Lube.

This was so scary to be stuck on the highway!! But Steven was amazing! He got there so fast, loaded me up and drive through a crazy storm to get me safe!! I recommend their services to anyone! They will treat you with the upmost respect and courtesy!!?
George was very kind and helped me when I got into an accident on the highway. He was prompt, courteous, and allowed me access to my car in a timely manner. I even enjoyed a chat with him about the local area and some of the highway stories he has experienced. More towing and wrecker services should use Rich's Wrecker service as an example to learn from.
Traveling from Memphis back home to Harrison Ar. on a Sunday 8/3/14 and our car overheated. Steve answered his phone and set up appointment for next morning. We stayed at Days Inn for the night, not Best Western, they are rude. Steve and his crew fixed our car early and we were home at 2 pm great service, retired lawman, awesome dude.
