When you rv full time and travel to mission projects or work camping jobs, you never know who to trust when your vehicle breaks down and you need a mechanic. Certified got me in for new ball joints and tire in one day. Rick was great to work with, explained everything where I could understand how the worn out parts were suppose to work. Let's face it, having vehicle issues on the road can be scarry, but these hometown folks will take care of you and they are the only ones in town that can do a front end alignment on a one ton duelly with an 8ft bed. Preciously have had my car all serviced with new oil pump, oil pan, new fluid in transmission, all engine seals, transmission seals, gaskets, timing belt, CV joints, front end, rear end ...You name it $6,000 in parts and i'm on top of the fluids in my cars. I would if i could drive this car around the world almost.. Probably not Ukraine . .. Point being I took it in for alignment, come out with engine light on, transmission fluid so low it burnt out my pump on the way home. There was a leaky water line that was just replaced and magically loosened back up (you need a screwdriver for that) that made my coolant leak out slowly. Will not take it there again. Will not recommend them.I'm sorry about that. My favorite part of the experience was meeting Dexter. Im in search of a reliable transmission guy if anyone knows one...

I had taken my Explorer to the dealer to see what was wrong with my car. I was told that the mechanic that was working on the car could not diagnose the problem and I needed to bring it back a later date. I drove to Certified and spoke with Rick and explained the problem, he then took the car out for a test drive, came back put it up on the lift and in less than five minutes the vehicle was back out side and Rick came back in and had an answer to my problem. I had a bent drive line,Rick ordered it that day and it was in the following morning. Certified called me and by 2 o'clock my car was back on the road while I waited. You can not ask for better service and support from a Local Shop. What a wonderful way to start a new relationship on the first visit Ronnie And Glenda
Certified repaired my truck. I have a white cloth steering wheel cover and no greasy hand prints. Thankyou certified. Would have got 5 stars if I would have got a receipt. Pay with cash no receipt. Pay with card get a receipt but it cost 3 percent more. Wouldn't that make you feel like your paying 3 percent of your bill for a receipt???
They totally destroyed my friends car and my car. They had no comprehensive traing or knowledge of what was asked Tobe done. They hot wired my car to ..make it home then claimed brothers work prior to their work was insufficient. He's been a mechanic for 30 years. Waybeyond their experience. I'm calling BBBBETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY have caused to many of my friends those their cars. Only to recommend salvage sale totem. Then they don't buy it because the guy who buys them is ou there one day week. Never had a worse experience. Plase go to magazine for your cars needs wouldn't recommend this company TO ANYONE. BE CAUTIOUS my brother works so hard he didn't have time to fix it. So I tried certified. BIG MISTAKE
Completely dissatisfied, was hesitant on trying them out due to other people in the community alerted me they are crooks. Basically called asked for a price was told a Sum. Was reasonable a reasonable sum so I took it on. An additional 150$ for what was suppose to be apart of the original sum was added. Finally to tip the ice burg they found an issue that would in the long run cost 10x more. So instead of having the integrity of calling an asking if you wanted the service to continue with charge that wouldn’t fix the issue they continued to Charge , then up charge an extra fee that they didn’t have the honor of coming out front that they made the mistake. Future events I’ll Gladly drive an hour or so away to get my vehicles taken care of by people that I know are honest , accept accountability of their mistakes, an have integrity.
Going to an auto repair place is never fun because it means you are having problems with your car or truck but these people are easy to talk to and will spend time checking your vehicle out. Their prices are what you expect but the customer service is excellent. Our car is there now.

I have had several things fixed over the years here. I have always been treated with respect and decency. Hey car repairs can get expensive and if you are smart, ask for a quote first, they will give you one. If you don't like it go somewhere else. Heck I've done that before. Different shops have different prices. What one may be high on at one shop might be lower at another and vice versa. The waiting room dogs act good and don't jump all over you. They are good folks here. As a matter of fact I'm going there this morning to get a fuel filter changed
Our family always takes her vehicles to get worked on there they replace a rear end turned the drums fit on the brake pads or shoes redid the brake lines and the somehow broke the back window they got another window but they didn't put it in so apparently had to take the glass stuff other than that there works seems to be pretty good and they charged I figured he charged about $1,700 for what they did
Overall they are pretty nice people and do good work but they are a bit pricey. I will say that they will fix anything on or in your vehicle from front to back and they have a salvage yard as well if you need to go the quicker cheaper route. They work pretty dang fast too, most minor work is done within a few hours.
My husband and I have been using Certified Auto Repair primarily since moving to the area about 10 years ago. We have always been completely happy with the work performed, their rates and the kindness they show us. They do great body and mechanical work and are very quick to get it done! I have yet to be disappointed! Rick is The Man when it comes to my car but they all treat you as if they have known you forever. Great business! Certified has done service work on two of my vehicles and did great work each time. Not only did they repair/fix everything needed, but didn’t over charge. This is an honest business that I would recommend to everyone! I will be back to service all of vehicles in the future!

Certified Auto has worked on all my cars and I cannot say enough good things about this crew!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and honest! I reccomend them 100% for body work plus any engine or transmission trouble you may have! They will do you right!!!
Don't know if I will go here again when in for a alignment and they checked front end like they should and found a couple problem that need fixed. Ok that's fine so I asked how much to fix much exhaust system and he told me 100 so I told him to go a head and fix it. When he was done he said oh its going to be 127 he had to charge me 27 for checking the front end so I got ripped off 27 and i got a bent up pipe for my exhaust. I have work at a shop for 13 years doing alignments never charge some for a front end check.
Send someone down there to have their vehicle checked and they charge them $35 to tell them they had a low tire yes the tire was low about 4 lb of air but also a bearing was about to go out who knew this day and time for lb of air would cost $35 terrible terrible terrible
