May's towed vehicle from property that had permission for it to be there and was very difficult to work with. While we were gone to get parts and a trailer, this business took it upon themselves to tow the vehicle. Then, we had to call around looking for the vehicle after the person we know keeping an eye on it next door notified us that it was gone. Not only that, this business decided to tow it after hours at their convenience because the wrecker driver was out of town all day and proceeded to charge an after hours tow fee. There was no reason whatsoever to add that in. Maybe next time he gets his hair done and the stlyist can only fit him in at 5PM, he will be charged an after hours fee! Really, there was no emergency here. After asking if they could leave the vehicle out to be picked up after hours due to us working, we were told that would be another fee. Don't you love this type of people that work with you? All of this to an 80-year old lady that barely gets by on Social Security and not one person helped when she broke down. Someone had to drive over an hour to help this lady. Very unethical and disappointment for a small town. Do not recommend to anyone!
Great place. Great service. I will always go back. You will be very please. He gets the job done in a matter of time. He keep you updated on your vehicle.
