I want to give a shout out to these guys, Matt in particular. They came to the rescue of a good friend of mine by helping her find a hard to find part (a specific wheel for a specific vehicle) and they did it quickly and very affordably. Hats off to Sparkman's garage!

We were two days in on a road trip from Alabama to Yellowstone when we broke down on the highway. They were not only able, but willing to help us by dropping everything on a Saturday to tow us 45 mins to Russleville where the only shop was open.
They also send a 2nd driver to pick my family of 4 up and transport us. I can't say enough good things about this company. They helped make the impossible possible and keep our vacation on track.

We blew a tire on a rainy Memorial Day. Sparkmans went above and beyond while we waited forever for our insurance companies roadside assistance to put our donut on. Sparkmans waited at the shop for over an hour, contacted the one local tire shop that was open to trade out our donut for a good tire and got us back on the road to finish our 12 hour journey! Amazing service!!
Great people. Took my old 87 Monte Carlo SS to them to have a bunch of work to get it running right again. They did great work and quickly got it back on the road. In the 13 years I've owned it, the air has never worked this good and it has never started and ran as good as it did after the team at Sparkman's worked on it. Highly recommend calling them for any service on a vehicle.
Some of the most honest and hard-working gentlemen I’ve met in a while. Brother-in-law got two trucks stuck so deep off in a mud hole I didn’t think they’d come out until it dried up. But, these guys came out and stayed out until they got the job done.
Auto maintenance, unless you’re an expert yourself, can seem intimidating and time consuming. I am pleased to report however, that the professionals at Sparkman’s Garage found a cost effective replacement for my tire quickly, and were extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I felt very well taken of, which if you have extensive experience with auto repair professionals, know is a vanishingly rare quality indeed. I cannot recommend Sparkman’s Garage highly enough!

Car broke down in the middle of a roadtrip. They came out immediately with a tow and had me back on the road in no time at all. Nice people and great service!
This place has really gone downhill. It used to be the best garage in town when Darryl Plank ran the place. Now a rude Roy Hall and Brian Freddy Kruger man. I brought a Chevy Silverado in before a long road trip and ask for them to check the brakes. They said the brakes were fine and it ruined my rotors. I also paid for motor mounts, and they only replaced one. I brought the stuff to their attention and asked for them to rectify and they refused, and threatened to call the cops. This is literally the worst auto mechanic I’ve dealt with in 35 years of driving.
This is a Sundown Town in the mostly Sundown state of Arkansas. The wheel bearings on my car went bad at 5pm on my cross-country drive from Washington DC to LA in Aug 2022. A guy at the All White Walmart recommended Sparkman's Garage. The owner said he could fix my "Slant-Eye" (Japanese) car the next day. He asked if I had a place to stay? Then, he recommended the QualityInn & said "Get what you need before you check-in & don't come out until you bring me the car in the morning." My daughter & I were followed & harrassed by guys in a monster truck. We stopped in the Sonic & waited until they left.
The people at the QualityInn looked like they never had black people there before. & the next day, White men came to talk to me while my car was being fixed. It seemed they were 30-80 yrs old & had never talked to a black woman before. When my car was "fixed" they only took cash. When I got on the highway, I could tell one of my wheels was loose. My inner voice said don't go back. Instead, I drove to Oklahoma, & stopped at a JiffyLube. The said the Bolts ? were sticking out at least 2 inches. The guy tightened the bolts for free.
In California I found out the dash cam footage of Arkansas had been erased. God saved me & they did a great job fixing my Lexus even though they had never worked on a Lexus before. I don't know if the bolts were left loose intentionally, but I learned that Sundown towns still exist. The mechanics are the best at Sparkman. Just hope you don't need to stop or stay overnight if you're Black.
I highly recommend Sparkman’s Garage. My SUV broke down on a Saturday while on an out-of-state trip. Darrell called me back while he was out cutting grass! I had my vehicle towed to Sparkman’s and they fixed it in a timely manner. He also spotted an issue that had illuded other mechanics and got rid of an irritating vibration for me. They were polite, kind, skilled, and I was comfortable around them and in their shop. The repair charge was extremely reasonable, too!
My jeep overheated and stranded me on the highway between Knoxville and Lamar. Sparkman's picked my jeep and me up on a rollback and had me going within a day. Ended up being a leaking oil cooler. They also identified a very small leak on my radiator that I'll have to address soon. Good, knowledgeable guys.
Someone ran into my car and I need to have it towed to their yard. They came there quickly and handled it very professionally. I've also had a lot of work done at their garage.
I got my vehicle stuck in mud and called this garage. Someone quickly came and got me unstuck and made sure my vehicle was capable of getting back on the road. The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable.
After a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DANIEL'S TOWING & RECOVERY we called this man..he hooked onto our truck towed it to mainstreet auto....He was friendly..caring ..and very reasonably priced...a pleasant feller ..I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM....he has been in Clarksville Arkansas for years and is also a mechanic.....a plus...He is not a ambulance chaser like another company(( Daniel's TOWING and Recovery )) Who I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Had an o5 Kia. Radiator blew on i40 was towed to sparksmans. They seemed helpful at first. But after the job was done and I had been told how much the job would cost (325) I went to pick it up and he jacked the price up to 450 when I picked it up. And tried to tax me on the 450! Not even 3 weeks later my brand new radiator is out again. And even though I was supposed to have a lifetime warranty they seem to not be able to remember where they bought it so I'm 3 weeks in out 500 dollars and cant have my replacement because they don't know where they bought it new from? Don't use this garage!!!
Good honest people with lots of know how. Been there for a long time that says alot when it comes to fixing your personal auto. Tried true and tested Darryl and his crew can handle your auto needs as well as towing it in. Thanks guys.
He is a true hero and representation of southern hospitality. When we were rear ended out car was totaled. I was taken to the hospital and he brought my wife to and pets to a hotel then brought her to pick me up from the ER when I was released. The following day he drove us an hour away to pickup a rental car all the whole refusing any kind of payment for gas or any compensation for his time that he put in beyond his job. He went way above and beyond his job description and he made a horrible time so much less stressful, thank you so much.

The nicest man works here! I was traveling through on my way home when my muffler started dragging. He was recommended by the woman at the truck stop. He took my van right in, wired it up and then refused the $20 I tried to give him. He told me just remember where the shop was and pay it forward
