Took my car to get cam swap,when I went to drop off parts, the new water pump was in the box while the new pump well he said he forgot to do it.and throws away a rocker shaft with good rockers car is damaged,oil leak
I called 2 days ago to have them come get my car, and they said they would get it the same day I called. Well they never showed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called up there the next day. They had lost my phone number and I was fine with that, it happens so he gave me his and said they would come pick it up the same day again (yesterday) so I sent the number my address and a little while later I still haven’t gotten a call or text so, I messaged again and I got nothing back. Today is now the 3rd day I’m waiting it’s July the 30th and still nothing. I don’t recommend this place. I called someone else because, I’m tired of wondering and waiting for them just to not show up when they said they are coming.
very nice and friendly! they not only had what we needed they even took the time to install the sunroof for us. Young couple that worked very well together!
Family friend took her truck in for exhaust issues. They replaced coils, spark plugs and sensors which were just installed that week. And when she picked it up 1700$ later just to have to take to someone else because the exhaust was left unbolted. Anyone who is a mechanic can realize new parts when they see them. Don't take anything there to have work done. If it's not tore up when you get it back your wallet will be.
The staff at MS auto were very knowledgeable in providing information on parts compatibility and inventory. Both Mike and Ben were extremely professional in prioritizing: craftsmanship, parts delivery, installation and full filing orders on used but mechanically sound parts. I would highly recommend them as a local used parts supplier and look to them for diagnostics and repair. Expect quality at a reasonable price and stellar service delivered to the community as a family owned and operated business.
