I am extremely disappointed in the service my husband received. Not only was he severely overcharged, but I highly suspect part of the price gouging was the result of the color of his skin. For such a simple fix, there is absolutely no reason why it should have been that expensive. The man who showed him what they’d fixed was extremely curt and dismissive, speaking down to him. We will never return there, and I will recommend others not either.
I was visiting Arkansas when my passenger side door window broke Found this place and the people could not have been nicer They ordered parts however it needed a new window which we didn’t have time to order because we were leaving town They explained everything as to why it was not an easy fix They pur it back together and did not charge us a dime although they had already put time into it I would highly recommend them They are so helpful and honest which is hard to find these days
AJ’s Automotive & Diesel Repair in Franklin, AR has been nothing short of excellent to work with. They’ve worked on my semi multiple times, including diagnosing and replacing my clutch, and every experience has been top notch.
AJ and the whole crew are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about doing quality work the right way. Their prices are more than fair for the level of work you get, which is hard to find nowadays.
One thing I really appreciate is that they actually take the time to show me what’s wrong (or what’s not wrong) and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand instead of just throwing parts at problems. That kind of transparency builds trust, and I truly trust these guys with my truck.

He upholds his work and employees great place. I've been going for oil change for years but I think its time to find someone else or do it myself. Being charged way to much for oil change now. Kelly blue book average is 93 dollars on high end of it and im being charged 135.00 by AJ's auto now. Thats ridiculous when full synthetic 5 20 is 35 to 40 bucks tops at Orielys for 5 quart buy another for 12 and still cheaper to do myself that is high end name brand oil Castoroil. He still does my oil change but for 50 bucks cause I buy my oil n filter myself but also cause I trust him anything vehical this man is gm certified and very picky of whom even works for him. Ive been goin there over ten years I would recommend him every time. Still doing oil change for me. Reliable place for automobile work by far. Prices better then I did post earlier i buy my own oil n filter. Trust is a givin with AJ'S Auto. He 8s an upstanding business man and employees are also. Im very happy with over 10 years of having g him to anything to any of my vehicals. AJ's Auto is the place to go!!!
I was happy with what was done with my car. I was given options taking into consideration the age of the car and the high mileage and my desire to keep it running. I knew up front the approximate price range, which I knew was just an estimate, and what was entailed because it was explained very well.
Overall a bad experience. Problem after problem. The owner cussed me out on the phone when I asked him why he did work I didn’t authorize and threatened to return my truck “in boxes” Doesn’t return phone calls and claims he called me to try to get ahold of me. Which he didn’t. I pulled my phone records and he did not call or leave a message. A lot of people had good experiences here, which confused me because the treatment and quality of work I received was poor.
Well very reasonable prices they do good work but as one customer had said before man never returns your phone call when he says he will and to me that is part of customer service/bad! Whenever your vehicle's been done for days and nothing was said. Say that will call and give you a quote on a repair but they don't call you not once twice several times but all in all if they can straighten that out I would give them five stars!They do a good work. I recommend them just stay on their coattails about responding
Nice to have a place you can trust with great service and follow through your repairs or service cases. Both our cars, including a diesel truck, have visited AJ's, and come back healthy and fixed - at a fair cost and timely.

Went to get A.C. charged. $153.00 !!! They were informed it's something I do every year... Don't know why they would think I wouldn't know what that should cost!!! Won't be back . WATCH YOUR POCKETBOOKS people!!!!
Very busy place but very professional and are willing to work with people to find solutions to major problems. Employees have great customer skills and are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place
AJ's has always provided expert auto repair for us. From installing a new engine in a work van to tuneups to A/C service, I could not be happier with the work they perform on our vehicles.
Nice professional looking shop. But that's as far as it goes. Failed to communicate when they had problems. Failed to communicate that they didn't order the necessary parts. Failed to do half of what was on the work order. What little the mechanic did seems to be OK, but the failures of the front office to ever communicate delays, problems, issues, or anything else makes this place useless. 2 stars for the mechanic actually getting something done, even though he failed to read the work order and do all the work despite having my vehicle for 3 weeks.
