This company go above and beyond to help their customers. One of my driver was stock in Malvern AR, called couple of tow companies and they where asking for ridiculous amount because it was Sunday. Called Malvern Tow and the help out ASAP. I strongly recommend them. Dustin was the tech who help out.

Had a flat at the onramp to I-30. It was a Wednesday night around 8:15. Shane was polite and quick. He arrived and made short work of changing the tire. Hope we don't need him again (LOL) but if we do, we'll call and request Shane!

Car broke down in Malvern. Shelter insurance quoted an insane sum including our roadside assistance and eventually called us to say they couldn't find anyone in contract to help us. Called Malvern Towing & Recovery and they came out quickly on a Friday evening. Professional, safe, friendly and reassuring. Towed us 80 miles home in comfort; and it cost $300 less than it would have through the insurances choice providers. If we ever break down again i can but hope it will be close to Malvern. Perfect service.

Best towing company around! They say it will be 30 minutes from your initial call, but they show up before that and get the job done quickly, whether it's local or out of town. Dustin and Shane are great guys! Definitely recommend!!
Dustin was awesome!! We were coming from Florida to transport a patient to hot springs and we had a flat on the return trip and stopped in malvern, Dustin was quick and polite and he ran to Walmart to get the right tool to get us back home! I had completely lost faith in the towing industry until Dustin and Malvern towing came to the rescue.
After my wife’s car broke down locally on a Sunday evening, we had three providers plus ourselves trying to find anyone that would tow our vehicle. Out of almost 10 towing companies Dustin and Malvern towing were the only ones that came to help us like they said they would and they showed up exactly on time. They other providers all said they were in their way then would make up excuses hours later when they never showed up. I will only ever use Dustin and Malvern towing for all my towing needs. They are the best in Arkansas and extremely professional. You are and in great hands with them.

I was traveling back from Texas to Arkansas and my brakes went out in Malvern AR. Still almost 2hrs away from home. After waiting for over 2 hours on Nationwide Insurance Roadside Assistance… Which never came… I called Malvern Towing & Recovery. Shane was great from the first moment we spoke. He arrived within 15 minutes our call and towed my vehicle 75 miles. Customer service was outstanding and really took care of me in my time of need. He also sent confirmation pics at the final destination. If you are ever in need, call them!! I can never thank them enough for what they did. Truly the best of the best!
At 2:30 am my water pump blew up near Malvern AR. I called roadside assistance and Dustin Beene , service tech , showed up with his flatbed way earlier than projected and got after it . He was so professional and personable that it really helped calm our family in a very difficult situation at such a late time of morning . Also he was knowledgeable of the local area and helped make the right decision on where to take the vehicle, close to the hotel he was kind enough to drop us off at and the returned my keys to me at the hotel so I could get in my vehicle when the dealership opened . Needless to say I was very impressed and so thankful for the terrific service I would recommend Malvern Towing and Dustin for any such need . (Side note) Dustin actually diagnosed my breakdown correctly and the dealership he recommended got my car fixed before the day was over ! Such quality—not surprising from an army vet . Thanks , G
My fiancé & I broke down heading to Texas last night from a blown out tire. I called & they were quick to answer & very helpful answering any questions. We had Shane come pick us up 20 minutes later & was so nice! He drove us all the way back to NLR an hour away & was beyond friendly & accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with towing needs!

A female family member in her early 20s was stranded along I30 late at night when her rental car broke down over an hour away from us. The rental car company tried to find one of their contracted companies to help with no avail including another company in the Malvern area with higher number of positive reviews.
After three hours on the side of the road and at 1 am I called Malvern Towing and Recovery and asked if they would be willing to take on a request to tow the car to Little Rock airport from area South of Malvern and without hesitation Dustin accepted. Dustin connected with me several times to provide updates on anticipated arrival. The pricing for such a distance early in the morning was incredibly reasonable and Dustin was quick and efficient.
Had I not made the trip down to the area to help my niece I would have had zero hesitation in her getting in the truck with Dustin for the ride to Little Rock.
Dustin and his team are incredibly professional and will take great care of you and your vehicle. If you are in the Malvern or surrounding area and in need of a tow give them a call!
Great customer service! I used this company twice within 3 days. They took care of us and our vehicle! The first time I used them was to tow a vehicle from Malvern to Little Rock. The shop in Little Rock said our vehicle needed to go to a GMC dealership as they couldn’t do the repairs at their shop. I could have used a tow service in Little Rock, but I used MTR again, because they were so nice and made me feel at ease about the vehicle being towed. They sent pictures of the truck both times to show me that it was loaded on the tow truck. Would definitely use them again!!
