This place was recommended by a highschool friend. Needed a torque converter installed. $1000. Not a big deal. But I told them to replace my rear main seal while the transmission was down. Not only did they not do this, but they improperly seated the converter, didn't account for the fluid already in the converter that is going in, and resulted in an overfilled transmission. So, the rear main seal continued to leak, and the converter makes airplane noises. It didn't even do that before I took it in. I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone but an enemy. I ended up selling this truck right after I just bought it for winter weather.
Only because can't go lower on the star rating first my bike got picked up at 8pm couldn't get them to tell me how much till I showed up in person at 3 then I was told the guy was on lunch waited a half hour for him to pull in riding my bike then charged me 2 days storage for 6 hours they broke clips to my air intake so possibly sending plastic in the motor driving like that they also refused a receipt saying had to charge 40 more dollars to get one something about would have to add taxes
Worst shop ever. They have had my car for ONE MONTH. still haven't fixed it. ONE MONTH and they can't get my car finished. Do not use this shop EVER, FOR ANYTHING.
They put airbags on my pickup truck for my food trailer at a reasonable price and great timing. I have recommended several people to GBF, and they were satisfied as well
Do to very bad fog, i miss my turn and landed in big ditch, very nice man came with wrecker and pulled us out, taking care not to damage our car, very good price. Will use again if needed. And would recommend his services.
Wonderful play. They fixed my 2019 pruis when my brakes were bad and the rotors were all bad. Replaced them and was a good price. Then they came and pulled my fiancées truck that was stuck in the mood from the bad weather we had. Very nice caring gentlemen that came to help. Answer to my prayers.
I wouldn't recommend GBF to work on your vehicle! It's pretty sad that my tire almost came off because they didn't tighten the lug nuts! What pisses me off even more is that I had my son with me! If you want your vehicle worked on the right way I'd highly recommend looking for someone else besides GBF to work on it!!!
I have to say I highly recommend dealing with Tony, Brent, and all of GBF staff not only did they get me back, running on the road and get my starter changed for me. They also fixed my tail pipe on my truck just noticed it and to top it off he had to tow me as well. Such great and easy people to deal with y’all definitely have a lifelong customer and I am forever grateful for the treatment I received from you all. Thank you again.
And went into a ditch and hit my head so they sent me to the emergency go big fabrication tow my car they charged me for 3 days of storage because they were closed on Sunday and Monday I just think that's so unfair when you want to pick up your car and you can't and they left it outside the gate with all my windows open and it was wet inside lost my GPS which was almost brand new a credit card was missing from my car they are big rip off. My bill was $669 outrageous
