They are all extremely polite, very fast, and not only to they do great work, they also have incredibly pricing. If you're in the Greenbrier / Conway Area, and you need a tow... Call these guys!!! They are all our family uses! 10/10 service.
My car's alternator decided to call it quits but not before taking the battery with it. Which left me stranded in the middle of the road without neutral thanks to an electronic shifter. While that was a bad time, my experience with JT Recovery and Towing was nothing of the sort. They're professional, courteous, and will keep you informed. They were able to get to me quick. Great service.
Tristan did a wonderful job and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He was professional, caring, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of service he provides. Highly recommend this tow company and especially Tristan for anyone needing reliable help.
I had a complicated work schedule but needed a tow and they worked easily with me. Tristen found my car on a college campus easily, communicated well, was friendly, helpful, and took care of my car. I'll use them again.
I didn't go to JT's. But, I highly recommend them. Found them years ago. Very nice. Fast, reliable and reasonable price. I have used them quite a bit for my son.
We only waited 20 minutes, then Tristen arrived and had our truck safely loaded and us on our way. He was friendly, professional, and great at his job. We highly recommend him to anyone else who breaks down!
J. T. Towing and Recovery is top of the line. Our recovery driver was Triston.He was fast, efficient and went above and beyond for us. 100% recommend this business.
I personally would NOT recommend this company. My truck driver got stuck in a ditch. I called this company back to send them pictures to understand the gravity of the situation, and get an updated price. Due to the truck being in worse condition than I initially thought. Whomever I spoke to immediately got aggressive and stated "What do you want me to do with these pictures? Our starting rate is $500. If your trying to nickle and dime me I'm not doing it." To which I kept it professional and stated "Ok" and he hung up the phone. As a business owner myself I would never speak to a potential customer in that manner. That attitude is also what will lower your customer acquisition and retention for that matter.
They were quick to pick up (even at 1am), quick to get to me, and quick to help. Despite how hard it was to do, they were still able to get my car out of a rough spot without damaging it at all when other companies told me that it’d have to be damaged to be moved. In addition, there price was 100s of dollars cheaper than any other companies in the area. Amazing service and a great attitude from all involved. It was a literal god send.
