Excellent customer service from the lady at the counter. I had an oil change, tire rotation, filters and fluids checked, and was out in less than an hour. It is a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Took my truck in for a recall job and set the appointment up two months ahead of time. Showed up and dropped the vehicle off and they told me it would take about 4 hours. Never heard from them again. So I waited till the end of the day and when I showed up, one of their mechanics was casually leaning on my truck and the manager told me they couldn’t do the repairs bcuz this was only an inspection and they needed some part. This was EXACTLY the reason I set the appointment up two months ahead of time bcuz I was told that would give them enough time to order whatever parts I needed. They could have called me to let me know but instead wasted my whole day. The entire experience was ridiculously unpleasant and unprofessional. How would they like it if it was their vehicle? Very disappointing and the safety recall was never completed…?

Brought my truck in at 7:45am (8am appointment) for a “hour and a half” recall repair and tire pressure sensor. 8hrs later still waiting in the shop. Not to mention the employee at the desk has been incredibly rude during the whole event. Take your vehicle somewhere else; save yourself the headache and a whole wasted day.

I've never heard of not being able to call in and rent a car when you're coming into town and we'll be driving it locally in town.. Trying to set it up beforehand because of the fact that they will not be open when you come in, but was told that she cannot do that. Because you have to sign the contract rather than in there..

I would highly recommend Ryburn Motor Company if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Service Manager, Chris Strickland, went above and beyond for me. He had my part ordered before I left the dealership. I was TOTALLY surprised to be called the next morning, letting me know that they had already completed the service on my Ford Bronco. The service team knows what they are doing. My Bronco runs great now. Ryburn Motor Company and team are friendly and competent and they take care of your service needs quickly and efficiently. Thanks again for your service

I took my vehicle there to have the rotors turned, called first and confirmed the year make and model vehicle I was having service done on. I arrived and spoke with a service pro, gave him my key, and left to return to work while they turned the rotors. Well after approx 2 hrs I get a phone call from there quick lane dept informing me that they didn't have the right chuck for their machine to work on my particular vehicle and that no service had been performed. However, they said that they could change the rotors for me but it would cost twice as much. At that point I opted to take my vehicle elsewhere.

They give good,fast and reliable services but their regular-priced vehicles are too high,which is why many monticelloans go to Pine Bluff and Little Rock,Hot Springs and other surrounding cities in Arkansas to purchase vehicles!

I had sat there for 2 hours only to find out that they hadn't even started on my vehicle and then every vehicle that came in after me was getting serviced and out the door. One lady had left and ended up having to bring her vehicle back because it was still messed up and another one had to take hers somewhere else to get fixed because they had messed up more than what was wrong with it in the first place. If your vehicle needs servicing take it somewhere else! They are unprofessional and have a lack in their customer service! I will NEVER go here again

Chris at the service department lied to me to convince me to spend more money on a key I didn't need. I provided them evidence that the work they claimed to have done never happened. It's been a couple months now. They still haven't provided proof of a diagnostic test they had claimed to run (My battery was also dead. A diagnostic test can't be ran without the battery to complete the circuit).

Great experience. Very relaxing and non pushy sales approach. Left the decision to us and I left there not feeling I was talked into something I didn't really want. Will definitely use them next time.

I'm not sure where all of the positive reviews are coming from, but my experience was terrible. I dealt with Mr. Strickland, in the service department, for some repairs to my f150, and I wish I would have never even bothered. After multiple trips to Ryburn's service center, my truck is still having the same problems with no effort by them to make it right, and no option to get my money back. Don't waste your time here.

First class service and no high pressure sales or gimmicks. Phillip Hall found me exactly what I was looking for in amazingly "clean" condition, below KBB. I was very impressed with the experience.
