At first they named a price of about 400, For the headlight. But then they showed a very high price 960. A very big difference for delivery, replacing 1 headlight. But in the end they made the price 900.? Well, at least thanks for that.

I drive to I drive to their shop to repair a trailer cam shaft break it takes maybe two hours they charge me $1200 bucks I asked them if I can buy my own part then they say no from that moment I knew they gonna charge me a lot two hours labor they charge me 6 hours they bunch of scammers please avoid this place they don’t even have good mechanics stupid people not worth going here
Stopped by to have my leveling valve tack welded back in place & the owner didn't charge me a penny. That tells you the kind of people they are, willing to help an owner/operator keep moving. The welder was nice & I tipped him $20 for helping me ?
The mechanic bill went through my truck my ulcer medicine was all over my cubby because he didn't close the bottle back that's why the pill bottle oily
Guys, I have no ideas what to say about this shop. They are the worst shop i have ever seen in my life. I am driving trucks and go to shop every time, since 2008, never seen stupid shop like this. They charged me $346.56 for just changing my 2 break lights and working on it 20 minutes. I’m so angry and inform you guys if it’s help someone not to be ripped off like me.
I lost my AC
Called this shop and they were able to get my truck looked at as soon as i showed up.
Diagnosed the problem
And were able to get it fixed and had me back on the road in less than an hour of my arrival.
With my AC blowing cold air.
I want to thank Daniel for helping me and fixing my truck.
It was super hot and humid that day.
And my drive was so much better afterwards and AC blowing cold air still to date.

James did an excellent job figuring out what was causing low voltage on my truck. He got it fixed in 2 hrs. Very knowledgeable about what they doing. Will highly recommend this shop for any repairs .

On a Friday afternoon I called B&M Trk &Trl Svc., and spoke with Daniel, asking if they had the means to replace a leaking water pump on a 2017 ProStar with a Cummins engine, and what was the waiting time to get the vehicle into the shop? He asked a few questions, then responded with "yes," we can do the work and we can start on it by Saturday. I asked if he could recommend a local wrecker to haul the tractor & trailer there. He gave me a name of a local heavy duty wrecker service.
I kept in contact with Daniel informing him the wrecker would be leaving with the trk & trl heading his way just after closing time. Daniel said he'd wait to receive the units.
I told Daniel I was arranging for an Uber to give the driver a ride to the hotel. He said he'd give the driver a ride, since Ubers & taxis were expensive in that area. Very, very nice customer service!!
B&M also allowed us to use a water pump purchased in Mexico and sent over with some company team drivers, since the part was scarce and was gonna take an additional day to arrive from the parts store. Overall, it was a good experience!!

Un viernes por la tarde llamé a B&M Trk &Trl Svc., hablé con Daniel y le pregunté si tenían los medios para reemplazar una bomba de agua con fugas en un ProStar 2017 con motor Cummins y cuál era el tiempo de espera para entrar al taller? Hizo algunas preguntas, luego respondió con un "sí", podemos hacer el trabajo y podemos comenzar el sábado. Le pregunté si podía recomendar un servicio de grua local para estirar el camion/carro y el remolque/la caja allí. Me dio el nombre de un servicio de grua pesado local.
Me mantuve en contacto con Daniel informándole que las unidades y grua iban en dirección a él justo después de la hora de cierre. Daniel dijo que esperaría a recibir las unidades.
Le dije a Daniel que iba pedir un Uber para llevar al chofer al hotel. Dijo que llevaría al chofer, ya que los Ubers y los taxis eran caros en esa zona. Muy, muy buen servicio al cliente!!
B&M también nos permitió usar una bomba de agua comprada en México y enviada con algunos choferes de equipo de la empresa de transporte, ya que la pieza escaseaba y tardaría un día más en llegar desde la tienda de repuestos automotrices. En general, fue una buena experiencia!!
I broke down on the road to be repaired here. My verdict - if you are looking for qualified, decent and honest truck repair guys, then you will not regret contacting them.
Be careful truck drivers from B M Truck & trailer once if you call for a service they will hijack your truck and the will make you to pay a lot, and you will get stuck for ever . I have never seen a greedy people like those.
