The big rig service was fantastic. The gentleman arrived exactly when he said he would, was polite, and assessed my situation perfectly. He got the job done with no damage done to my truck or trailer. All in cold weather and pouring rain.
I was in a car accident and my vehicle was towed to this shop. I set up an appointment with Statefarm so the vehicle could be towed from the tow yard to where I wanted it repaired. We called yesterday and Statefarm tried to get the charges so my vehicle could get picked up. He told us to give him a call back later. State farm has been calling to get the charges, the tow company they use has been calling and then Statefarm reached out to me this morning so I could call and still no answer. They are delaying the process of me getting my vehicle picked up and fixed. This company is disorganized and unprofessional. This is my first time using them and most assuredly the last!
Update: After posting this review the owner called me and after speaking with him I could see there was some miscommunication between all parties. My car got to where it needed to go with no further issue so I decided to delete this review and even told him that I had. The business I needed taken care of was handled and I was satisfied with that and had no other issues with this company. To my knowledge this review had been deleted, but this morning 12/15/23 the owner texted me about this review and made commentary about my other reviews and tried to tell me how I should go about things which I felt was unprofessional and overstepping. Any review I make I base solely off of my experience and perspective. I can't speak for anyone else or their experience, but I can speak for myself and can do so how I see fit. You can't tell me how to feel about your company and not one thing I said was a lie. If he had a problem with this review still being up he could have simply said "Hey, I saw your review was still up and was just wondering about it since I thought we had resolved those issues." I would have fixed it with no issue because I did say I would delete it. After being contacted today with the message I was sent, Instead of deleting my review I'm changing my final rating from a 1 to a 3 . The work I needed done was taken care of. There were some hiccups in communication between myself, Statefarm and the owner, but after the issues were spoken on everything went a lot smoother. It is not higher because of communication and because the owner contacted me today about this review in a way that I felt was overstepping. I have also asked not to be contacted again which I'm stating here for a second record.
Best service we’ve had in awhile. Had to have road call today for semi truck ( Bullz Pit Trucking) paramount Towing was not like most places out here in todays world trying to price gouge . They were professional AND reasonably priced. So glad first number we called were a*sholes and we tried calling another place ( paramount towing) .. will defiantly be keeping their number and using them if ever needed while in the area. We need more places like this around. I shld add the truck they brought was to big due to the way our semi was parked they even went back to their location to get smaller truck and still didn’t try to over charge . Most road call service places think you “ need them “ and try to Rip you off - i call Those places one& done ( never have a returning costumer) they get that first one off but ppl don’t go back.. dummies ? thank you paramount towing !!
We were the unfortunate ones who got pulled in to the DOT inspection station and had to have our load adjusted to be able to move our truck. After several calls to different places we got ahold of Sure towing and recovery and they made things happen. They were there as quickly as possible and worked to get the load right. With out their help we would have sat there for several more hours. Thank you guys so much for your help. If we ever need help again, you will be the first one we call.
On Thanksgiving and in the rain, I was blessed by the outstanding service of Sure Towing. I will be telling all my driving friends to do business with these great people whenever they are in the area. Thanks again Aaron!

This tow truck company was amazing service and professional. Excellent transaction! Aaron who towed the truck was an awesome communicator along being a veteran at his job. He was also able to accommodate my company due to changes in the drop off location which is more than 30 miles from the original drop off location. I will definitely be using the company AGAIN for my future towing needs.
I drive a semi truck. Was stuck for 3 days until Monday when peterbilt dealer opened. When the time came to call for a tow truck found SURE TOWING online saw the good reviews than other tow companies. And gave them a call and sure enough I've realized I had made the right move. Guy who answered asked me where I was.. gave him the exact location. He arrived exactly at the time he said he was going to arrived. Fast reliable and professional and most importantly at a good reasonable price!!! I hope I'd never have the need to call a tow truck again. I got stock at the scale with Ower weight on trailer axle I called probably 5 different towing companies they pick up phone at first time and not getting back to you but I found Sure Repair Diesel & Towing LLC and explain what I need they told me will be there in 45 min and they show up on time was very surprised I was not expecting that quick,and by the level of services, and price. Very kind and honest guy. Some other shops were charging me list 2 times more for same services .”and plus at and he wave the storage fee it was nice to working with people like Sure Repair Diesel & Towing LLC. Great quality work at a reasonable price. The only place I can take my trucks and don’t have to worry about being overcharged, problem not fixed, and a lot of downtime. Aaron and his crew will have you in and out. Great, honest, knowledgeable, mechanic that I think will stand behind his work! Notice I said think, bcuz I never had a truck fixed by his shop that I had to bring back for the same problem!

Great service and they work tirelessly to get you your truck back to you quickly. I have a Freightliner with a DD15 engine. After purchasing bad DEF my truck had all kinds of lights flickering along with fault codes. I took my truck to SRDT and not only did the owner Aaron resolve that problem, he also found and repaired another problem dealing with the after treatment that would have eventually had me making another visit elsewhere and possibly needing a tow. I’m very satisfied with their work and I recommend their services!

Great experience. I broke down coming from Oklahoma and headed to Florida. The team at sure repair had me going in just a couple hours even though it was a Saturday. They were friendly, professional, and knew what the problem was almost instantly. If you’re in the area and need any work done I highly recommend Sure!!!!
