Noah did an amazing job getting my car towed. It was it’s a really awkward spot behind my fence and he maneuvered it out like a pro. I would definitely use him again for all my towing needs
I called this company and told them I was unfamiliar with the Alma area I was broke down at KFC and needed it towed to Wilson’s Brothers needless to say on my way to pick my car up from being fixed I realized it got towed only 1.2 miles across the street. No wonder he was quick to take my $100. I am still upset. I am the Admin of a group with about 4 thousand local followers all females I believe I will share this so no other female get done this way by Aaron. He could have helped me out instead he took advantage of me not knowing the area and took my money I gave him two stars because he was quick with it. My group is very active as well Sir you should be more mindful of how you go about your business now these ladies will know not to call you for help. I understand now I was informed by different towing company Thank you Wilsons towing for all your help. Aaron must have been really hungry on Monday. I still need my receipt, please. Thank you
We call late in the afternoon to get our truck out of our driveway. Mr. Newell came out and in a very short time had our truck unstuck! Thank you! Will recommend his company highly!

We had our transmission go out just as we were getting into Van Buren, AR after normal business hours. We called Aaron's and told them our situation, and they were there in about 10 minutes. Tony was friendly and professional, even helping strangers to the area get to a pet friendly hotel and getting our defunct truck to a reputable transmission repair shop. And all for under $100, even with an after hours tow. I highly recommend these guys.
We were picking up groceries when the car quit running! We had to call for a tow and the driver was super nice, let us load up our groceries. Took the car to the shop and dropped us off at home.. Even helped bring our groceries in. We would definitely recommend them and and the price was reasonable.! Thanks Aaron!
Car was slid off the road and hanging out in a dangerous place on a steep hill. So icy you could barely stand on the road. Everyone i called said they weren't towing or only doing emergency calls, but i had to move it before someone hit it or got impounded. Called aaron, quickly came and picked me up and brought me to my car, swerving around all the people spinning out in the road in the ice storm, blocked the road off, and jerked my car right up out of the ditch. Big thanks over here. I know who I'm calling

We were stranded with a car that kept heating up drastically, and gave us no choice but to turn it off and try to get help after being stranded for a couple hours. We tried calling several tow companies who were either not available or said it would take a couple hours at the least. We called Aaron’s after almost giving up and one of the guys said he’ll be here as fast as he can. It only took like 5 minutes for him to show up and he was so nice and it turned out he was actually working overtime and about to be finished for the day so he didn’t even have to come help us but he did anyways and quickly got our car ready to be towed and drove us back home. Price was very fair too and ended up not costing nearly as much as we thought. I wish I had gotten that guy’s name because he was awesome. It was Friday at around 4 when we called. I have added Aaron’s number to my phone and will be using them from now on anytime we have car trouble.
I was stuck on I-540 today. I called 2 different random towing services neither of which were available, but I called Aaron's Towing and he came out immediately. He was super professional and got the job done fast! I recommend Aaron's for sure!
This guy is without a doubt a racist and as unprofessional as someone can get! Ive never in my life been treated with such disrespect. When dealing with getting a car out of towing or your posessions you expect a little bit of a hastle but this guy made it as difficult as he possibly could for me and my family. He overcharged us and even went as far as to say i was part of the cartel because im Hispanic! Horrible experience dealing with him!!! I feel bad for His other employee who was super respectful and understanding to our situation he diserves a raise for even having to deal with the owner.
This service is a provider for my insurance company's roadside assistance program. They were contacted to tow me. When the man called to get my location he stated that my roadside assistance did not cover the cost to come get me, that they only paid for the hook-up and 15 miles of towing. He stated that to come and get me it would cost over $200. I stated that I needed to call my insurance company because that did not sound right. When I called my insurance company they stated that was not correct. The next wrecker service that came and got me did not charge me a penny extra, thet is why people pay for roadside assistance. Wilson's towing was wonderful. They came and got me and even brought me water. Wilson's towing was great...Aaron's towing seems shady to me.
My sister had her car impounded & was transported by Aaron's Towing. It rained a WHOLE DAY, & a day before we went to go pick the car up. They left the windows down, & there was a dresser in the drunk that she was transporting at the time. So when we went to pick up the car they didn't even bother to roll the windows up. Ignorant people work there. Don't trust them.
The only good thing that can be said about this company is they showed up quickly, after that the experience quickly went down hill!! The tow truck driver was rude, and it ended up costing way too much money for a 4 mile tow. Id rather push my car than deal with this bunch of losers again!
